Detailed Reviews
I stayed for a week and was very happy with our accommodations. I shared a double room with my sister, and although the room wasn't very big it was very comfortable. There were two twin beds pushed together, but these were very comfortable and we both slept well. The internet signal was good so I actually got a little work done. The breakfast buffet was a great start to every day of our trip, with lots of choices (and several types of delicious croissants each morning!), a coffee machine for several varieties (coffee, espresso etc), and hot and cold food options. Also, there were snacks available all day, with coffee and soft drinks available in the common area and in our room (refreshed each day). This was a very nice touch. Everything was very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location close to tons of restaurants, bars, and shopping--you could walk to the Louvre and other attractions, or it's very close to several Metro stops. Felt very safe on the street, which was quiet except on weekend nights (and some mornings due to construction next door). I highly recommend the hotel and would stay again without hesitation.

I was in Paris for a business trip and my company booked a room in this hotel. The rooms are pretty small but besides that you got all you need. It’s clean, there is tea and coffee refilled daily and you can also have a small breakfast downstairs. During the day they serve some food and drinks for free which I never tried but it’s good to know.
The hotel is super close to the business district and also a good starting point to explore the city. You have appr. 20’ by feet to the Louvre, 45’ by feet to the Eiffel Tower along the river Seine so it’s really well located.
Even though it’s in the middle of the city it is absolutely quiet at night.
There is also a supermarket 50m from the hotel.
The stuff is also very friendly and helpful.

Because we got our luggage… 😉 Jokes aside, we enjoyed a wonderful stay at Astotel Caumartin, everybody was super friendly, the room and bathroom were very clean and the breakfast was good. Although our room was located at the street side, it was very quiet, the bedding is extremly good, which was really nice after a long day of walking throughout the city.
The location of the hotel was also a 10/10.
A special shoutout to Massi, your friendliness and warm welcome made everything even better.
We’re already looking forward to our next trip to Paris and will definetly stay here again.
Take care.

The hotel is minutes away from the Opera, there are restaurants and bars all along the road and surrounding roads. The reception staff are fantastic, especially the male receptionist who was working most of our stay. Unfortunately we didn’t get his name but nothing was too much trouble for him and he made our stay easy and enjoyable and even made it possible to get our room on a slightly later checkout. The rooms were spotless , they have a free soft drink mini bar which is a very nice touch . They have a kettle and some tea and coffee options. The only negative , if I had to find one, was despite the do not disturb sign being on the door, the housekeeper still entered! Would definitely stay here again .

Located on a charming street, across from restaurants, a patisserie, a theatre, and just a walking distance from The Lafayette Galleries and a metro station, this beautiful hotel is a gem! From the beautiful and well-thought reception to the cozy and spacious room, everything makes you feel welcome. We spent four days in Paris, me, and my two sons (a toddler and a teen), and we were thrilled with the place. The room was clean, tidy, and spacious. There were two single beds that were put together so we slept with plenty of space while the baby used a crib provided by the hotel. There was a spacious desk a mini fridge and a small wardrobe. The bathroom was very clean, and spacious and had a tub. The breakfast is fantastic, with plenty of food, beautiful pastry, and cheeses to choose from. Besides that, there are snacks available throughout the day not only there, but in all of the hotels from the chain spread through the city. The lady that takes care of our food is a darling and treated us so well that we didn't want to leave! All the staff was extremely helpful and attentive. We will definitely stay there again.

I felt I had to leave a review for this fabulous hotel. It is the second time we have stayed here and for a 3 star hotel it is unbelievable. The hotel is so clean, rooms perfect, everything you need in a bathroom, great air conditioning, comfy beds, reception staff really on the ball and so helpful, did not have breakfast this time but it is fabulous, also you can help yourself to snacks - nuts, crisps, biscuits, tea, coffee, water, juices, sweets at any time during the day and evening. Very handy when you come in tired late at night. Also free mini bar in the room containing soft drinks/water, great wifi, great location and good price. I would stay in this hotel again every time and would recommend it completely.

"Our stay experience, unfortunately, was extremely poor. Despite the high price per night compared to the place and the foul smell, the room allocated to us was very narrow and did not meet basic comfort needs. We were three people placed in a cramped room to the extent that we had to pray on the bed, and two people couldn't pass at the same time. It barely fit one suitcase with difficulty. The wardrobe was poor and small, and the door wouldn't close. Additionally, the room's proximity to the bathroom door caused the handle to hit my hand several times upon entering, resulting in a painful bruise. The air conditioning wasn't working, with the excuse that the weather was cold, and they asked us to open the window! Unfortunately, cleanliness was not up to par as we noticed dust and debris in several areas of the cramped room, and the smell was unbearable and annoying. Moreover, the door didn't close easily, and the furniture overall was poor, seeming like assembled used items, and the beds' mattresses were worn out. When entering the hotel, it felt like stepping into a very old place that suffocates you, making you wish to sleep on the street rather than entering it.
The only good thing about this hotel was the receptionist, "loso", who was nice, friendly, and very helpful. Additionally, the hotel's location is good, but you would wish to book at a farther hotel and avoid this one.

The hotel is very close to the train station (to the airport and the Palace of Versailles) and the subway station. It is located in the central area and is very convenient to get there. There are many restaurants, bakeries and supermarkets nearby.
Breakfast is a buffet style with a variety of delicious food. The restaurant is open to guests every afternoon to early morning. Guests can enjoy hot tea, coffee, snacks and fruits for free. It was a very comforting feature during our trip. Rest and "gas station".
The staff here are friendly and kind, making us enjoy our time at the hotel.
The room is clean and tidy, and the bed is very comfortable, but the space is a bit small. For a double room with twin beds, there is no room to move around after opening the two suitcases.

Where do I even start, this hotel's location is such a convenience for anyone traveling with their family because it's located in the heart of Paris!!
I planned a surprise Christmas
Trip for my family to visit Paris cause it is so beautiful during the Christmas season. When we arrived at the hotel we were greeted with such warmth from Heidi the receptionist on shift she's such a kind and considerate person bless her. She saw how exhausted the children were especially us and she requested our room to be done as a priority. She distracted the children by giving them snacks and also gave them paper to draw. she gave us such great hospitality from our arrival till Christmas day. She would sing Christmas songs with the children they were hooked on her which was refreshing to experience because my children as so picky with people. She made our first experience in France and at this hotel amazing because of her kindness. She's very much appreciated by us. And I hope her employer sees how valuable she is. The reception is the face of the hotel and Heidi does it with justice. This review is entirely to share our appreciation for Heidi. We have already planned our next trip to France and this hotel. The children can't wait to sing with Heidi again. Keep up the great work Heidi.

The hotel is clean and comfortable, the bed was wonderful, there were plenty of outlets, lights and usb ports, free drinks in the fridge replenished every day. The breakfast buffet was awesome, so much to choose from and coffee, soft drinks and snacks were available in the breakfast room all afternoon and evening. There were around a dozen restaurants on the block as well a pharmacy (offering rapid covid tests for your flight home) and a supermarket. The location was perfect, major shopping and multiple metro stops minutes away. The staff was welcoming and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
