This hotel was perfect for me. I was attending an event nearby and it was in a very convenient location. I had asked for a room with a beautiful, and the team didn't disappoint as they gave me a lovely view of the street with a balcony. The room was small but as it was just for me it was perfect. It was clean, had everything I needed and a lovely big bed. I slept perfectly as it was very quiet, and the air conditioning was fine. Breakfast was also very nice, with a choice of continental, some cooked items, freshly squeezed orange juice and choice of beverages. The staff were polite and friendly. As a solo traveller staying in Paris for the first time I couldn't have asked for a better service.

Air conditioner not working, toilet paper never replaced, plastic cups never replaced, shampoo never replaced, bath room floor never swiped . Wifi the worst, it disconnect easily. There was no sheets only duvet , so you could imagine no Air conditioner + duvet, impossible to sleep.

We would have been happy to assist you with the aircon Infact, its quite normal because air condition is manipulated by the external unit which been programmed on « heater » mode since mi-October for the whole hotel! We cannot at the same time to have one room on cool mode and another room on heat mode! Regarding aminities- we do not supply if there is no need for ecological reasons! once shampoo being empty we replace for a new one- that is suitable for the other products as well…. . We are also sorry for any oversight and we'll be sure to check out your comments with our housekeeping team to make sure we raise our game to its usual level in the future. Very service minded and polite staff. Rooms are quite small, and breakfast is very good for a hotel this size. Our room (on the 6th floor) had a well-equipped minibar, a TV, a coffee maker, security box and a super comfy bed. Location is excellent near Opera and metro (Grand Boulevards). I would definitely recommend the Aston Hotel in Paris.

a Hausmann style building all cramped in into very small rooms. you can jump into the bed as,soon as you open the door, if you use the toilet, one can clean their teeth , have a shower all at the same time! the television sits on top of the watertank of the coffee machine, and you have to squeeze your clothes in the wardrobe passing the coffeemaker, oh btw the coffee is free... 1 normal 1 decaf...if you book the hotel leaving before 7am and booked breakfast included, forget it! (nowhere mentioned bf is only as of 7am, i have travelled all over the world , and nowhere i ve been told i couldnt have a breakfast box offered, as I was told there was no staff to prepare it!!!??? great, booked a room breakfast included and no breakfast before 7am, we had to leave at 6h50... not even get the money back !!!i should mention the lift... it fits 1 person and 1 suitecase... it fails at the 6th floor to go down ... will have to go down to the 5th floor to call the lift there... 1 star for me as per location thats it…

We stayed a weekend at the Aston hotel, the staff where verry helpfull. Room was clean en reasonable in size to Paris norms, parking space in front of hotel is perfect! Top location close to central subway line, will come back again.

Very nice hotel in a good location next to the tube. The room was clean, the shower had a very fast response for hot water and a good AC as well. France is usually price, so although the hotel lacks in space they compensate with a good service and a clean space.
