Arrived on August 31st and the staff were very helpful and spoke English fluently. Provided us with a map on the city along with recommendations on where to go for food or sights to see. Hotel is located in a relatively quiet street, with little foot traffic or road traffic particularly at night. The hotel is also located less than a 5 min walk from the Trocadero metro station and has plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. We stayed in room 402 and had a perfect view of the top of the Eiffel Tower. The room was in great condition and cleaned and serviced for us everyday, it also was very cool with air conditioning, which was very welcome in the heat but could be adjusted if needed. The bed was extremely comfy and clean, all facilities available as expected and working as so too. Anything extra required were able to be taken care of by the staff at the reception (which is manned 24/7) such as extra towels, toilet paper etc. Great overall stay!…
Accommodations were comfortable. The location was walking distance to the Eifel Tower. Breakfast was excellent with a wide enough selection to meet a gluten free diet. Service at the front desk was excellent.
Great location, staff and facilities. Strongly recommend with family and friends. Best breakfast in Town, Confortable rooms, clean and daily room service available. Won’t hesitate to go there again. Minutes away from main attraction Eiffel Tower, 5 minutes walk to metro station.
The room was great and the staff were outstanding! We had a bad incident on the metro prior to arrival and the hotel staff went way above expectations in assisting us with this difficult situation. They calmed my wife and provided first aid supplies. They also kept checking on us throughout our stay. They are extremely friendly and helpful! This is our second stay there and I highly recommend it!
Stayed here based on a recommendation and so glad we did. We booked several tours that left out of the Trocadero and it was so easy to get there. Just a short walk from the hotel. Also able to easily get to a lot of places. While we did not use the Metro, it’s super close as well. The staff at the hotel was super friendly and very accommodating! Finally, we paid for breakfast and they have a wonderful breakfast buffet.
This hotel was awesome and the staff nothing short of excellent! It is a small boutique hotel in a very good location. I wanted to be near the Eiffel Tower and I wanted to wake up on my anniversary with a view of the Eiffel Tower on a balcony. I emailed and started corresponding with the Kiran like a year before this trip and he and others made it happen! I don't have everyone's name but Adrien, Caroline and the front staff made this trip perfect! The room was small but clean, but the balcony with Eiffel Tower view was totally worth it. My sister had a slightly larger room with Eiffel Tower view but no balcony nor was the view as good. The breakfast was delish; a mixture of eggs, sausage, charcuterie, coffees, juices, muffins, croissants, etc. Housekeeping was awesome. They really took care at cleaning the room everyday. Front staff very helpful. They offered suggestions, called taxi's, made reservations , they did it all! They were very patient with us. If I'm ever in Paris again, this will be my hotel. Plaza Tour Eiffel please don't change anything!!…
This hotel is in a great location in Paris and there was a lovely little bakery right next-door for all your morning breakfast needs. It’s not too far from the Eiffel and restaurants but, it’s located on a quieter street away from the noise and traffic. The front desk was very helpful and accommodating in helping us to secure taxis, which seems to be a bit difficult in Paris these days. The only negative that I wanted to point out was that our room stated that it would have a view of the Eiffel tower from the balcony. The balcony was extremely small, and you basically had to climb out onto it, and then look out and see the top of the Eiffel and all the buildings around you. Not quite what we expected but, sufficient.
The staff were exceptional. I don't think I've ever stayed anywhere where the front desk staff were so unbelievably accommodating and helpful. One of the concierge (apologies, can't remember his name) went above and beyond to assist us with last minute tickets to Versailles and the Paris Catacombs. All the staff were generous, delightful, friendly and genuinely sincere. The room we booked was tastefully appointed with a large enough modern bathroom. There was a safe, mini fridge and ample room in the wardrobe. The room size itself was on the small side, but that's what we booked, so there were no surprises there. Standard tea/coffee facilities were present in the room as well as a large flat screen tv (which we didn't use because we were in Paris and didn't need to watch tv). Location was superb. A 5 min walk to Trocadero Metro station and about 7 min walk to the Eiffel Tower. In fact, we could see the top of the Eiffel tower from our window. The hotel is centrally placed for easy access to all of the Paris hotspots. But it's not on the main drag so you don't get all the loud and crazy noise of the busy Paris streets all day/night. There's a boulangerie right next door, several little cafes, a grocers/mini market, tabac, etc., all within a few minutes walk. If I ever return to Paris again, I'd definitely book this hotel again. Truly a little gem. The only negative I have to say about it is that breakfast wasn't great if I'm honest. I think it's quite overpriced for what you get. €7 per person for 1 coffee or tea and 2 small pastries (croisant or pain au chocolat). Considering that at a boulangerie I can get all of that for half that price, it's a bit much. We only used it out of necessity because the boulangeries were closed on Sunday sadly.…
Everything about our stay was just excellent. Hotel staff were friendly, approachable and helpful. Room served our needs well, and the location is just wow, round the corner from the Eiffel Tower. Breakfast was modest selection, but ultimately was very, very nice. If I am being really, really picky, including an option for foam pillows instead of feather would be a suggestion to implement.
Great location with many near by restaurants and very close to the Eiffel Tower. Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and has all the amenities that you need. Fridge, blow dryer, safe. Needed to ask front desk for ice and ironing board. Overall would stay again!
