The Hotel West End is a very unique place, a boutique hotel with 49 air-conditioned rooms, which offers you all the comfort of a luxury hotel, with high-end services provided by a professional international team, in a quiet French-style setting. Nestled on the corner of a street in a beautiful Haussmann-style stone building, the balconies on the 2nd and 5th floors are an undeniable advantage in some rooms (5 rooms have a view of the Eiffel Tower, a very romantic setting). Ideally located in a quiet and luminous street in the heart of the famous golden triangle outlined by the Champs Elysées, Avenue Montaigne and Avenue George V, Hotel West End is a very unique spot, gathering all the best places: high fashion boutiques, designer fragrance shops, jewelry stores, restaurants, museums, theaters, cinemas . Close to the hotel, you will discover the Arc de Triomphe, Grand Palais, Lido ... You can also walk to the Louvre, Eiffel Tower, Concorde, Tuileries Gardens and the banks of the Seine.

Stayed here for 4-nights in September to celebrate my 40th birthday. We were very grateful to receive a wonderful room on the 5th floor with partial view of the Eiffel Tower and terrace, it was beautiful! The staff were all friendly and housekeeping was great. Comfortable sheets and pillows. The complimentary breakfast was quite good, and you could have it delivered to the room without extra charges. Really we have no complaints about our experience other than the air conditioning in the room. Unfortunately it was not working properly (room remained around 24C), the room stayed quite warm on the first day or two. Luckily the weather cooled after that, so it was not a major issue.

Around the corner from the Avenue Montaigne and the Plaza Athenee is this delightful boutique hotel. Our family has been using the West End as our base for over 75 years and have never been disappointed. Ask for a corner room in the 03 line. These rooms are a generous size and have three floor to ceiling French windows plus small terraces. Breakfast is complimentary and can be delivered to the room at no extra charge.

Just stayed at the West End near the Champs Elysee in Paris - such a beautiful building and the room was perfect. The hotel is spotlessly clean, the bed was really comfortable and a lovely bathroom with a bath. Everything we could possibly need was in the room and for anything else the staff could not do enough to help. Special mention to the lovely lady on reception - so friendly and welcoming - made our stay so perfect. Would definitely stay here again.

Cute and beautiful boutique hotel near champs, very close to arch de triumph and high end shopping district. The building is absolutely French antique architecture with rooms having standing balconies. The staff is very helpful. Breakfast is decent.

This used to be a very nice boutique hotel, with diligent and pleasant staff. It has become a pure commercial business, with very poor management and service, where all is important is ... your money. There are now much better option in Paris in terms of prices, and quality of service.

Response from Cécile FERNANDES, Directeur général at West-End Hotel
Responded Aug 17, 2022
I'm pleased to read that you enjoyed the hotel, the staff and the service provided. I have been managing the hotel West End for more than 23 years, and our first aim is to make our guests happy. We allways do our best to satisfy special requests and make clients stay as pleasant as possible. Nevertheless, we are used to applying our terms of sale, as stated in the confirmation, more so when customers make their reservations through a third party. Best regards

my husband and I stayed at the west end hotel for 10 nights in July...I booked this hotel based on so many excellent reviews and location. Now, I will say that I am a very discerning traveler and my expectations were high. I did find the location to be excellent and the overall stay was pleasant. Housekeeping kept the room spotless and all staff interactions were friendly and helpful. however, there were a few misses for me. first, there was an issue with the shower...no hot water on our first day for a few hours and then after it was restored it never got really hot only lukewarm and would fluctuate wildly during the course of taking shower...hot, cold, hot cold...no bueno! also, hardly any shower pressure. secondly, the AC in the room cooled one particular spot (it just so happened to be where I was sleeping on the bed since it was literally right on top of me) very much...but the rest of the room always felt hot...especially the bathroom which was like a sauna at times..no vent... no way to cool it off, and with 90 degrees heat outside you wouldn't want to open the windows either. the TV had Netflix, which I really appreciated especially since I got sick on day two and was stuck in the room for a bunch of days afterwards. I will also add that there was a lady working front desk on my first day at the hotel who was coughing incessantly and violently... so much so that I asked her a few times if she was ok......I got sick two days later and never saw her again...my husband got sick as well. I remember thinking that in these Covid times, no hotel should allow a coughing employee to run the front desk. this experience really did throw wrench into our vacation. there also was only one pretty small closet to accommodate 10 days worth of clothing...it was very tight!!! I also thought breakfast could've used a bit of an upgrade, the croissants were stale some days and they ran out...marmalade containers on our table were opened when we got to the table one day, hard boiled eggs were offered in the beginning of our stay but then not on the last 4-5 days...it was a bit of a hodge podge situation. our bed also wasn't the most comfortable. it was just ok. still, I encountered many lovely employees who were knowledgeable and helpful, the decor was pretty and their location is excellent, so, I will give them 4 stars.

Wonderful hotel in Paris, beautifully decorated lobby. Gorgeous, comfortable spacious room with large bathroom. Entire hotel was immaculately clean. We had a very nice breakfast each morning. Very friendly and helpful staff. Location was on a quiet street but still close by to Champs, Eiffel Tower, Siene River, shopping and great restaurants.

My wife and I had a lovely week stay here. Breakfast is great, location is prime, room is so clean and comfortable, and staff is tremendous. Enrique is particularly fantastic. He helped us out a lot and provided us the kind of service you can only hope out of a hotel like this! We will be back!

The West End Hotel is perfectly situated in Paris within short walking distance to so many attractions and the Paris Metro. The neighborhood (8th Arr.) is lively and busy but the hotel is on a quiet block. The architecture of the hotel is timeless. The lobby, common areas and rooms, while small, are spotless and wonderfully appointed. My girlfriend especially loved the special antique key to the room which made us feel as if we were in a time warp. Breakfast was excellent. Our favorites were the superb coffee and croissants. Best of all is the people who work there and their love and concern for their guests. They quickly learned how we took our coffee, patiently recognized our efforts to use our halting French by responding slowed, etc. Special shout out to Enrique and his crazy stories! Great place! Will be back!
