This hotel was absolutely gorgeous. We stayed two nights as a couple. Our room was so clean, cosy and felt so luxurious. Loved the robes, slippers and fluffy towels. I also really liked the bath salts that were left for you to have a relaxing bath. The hotel itself smelt lovely and clean. The honesty bar was really homely and beautifully decorated, we sat and played card games in there and it was just like being at home. The breakfast to the room was lovely, we chose the omelettes one morning and they were so tasty! I am gluten intolerant and the hotel brought me gluten free bread with breakfast which was very appreciated. The staff were really attentive and super friendly. I felt really safe at this hotel. This hotel was wonderful! A warm greeting upon arrival, A beautiful and clean room, Excellent service. The location is perfect; close enough to the action but far enough away for some peace & relaxation. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Paris and I will certainly re-book the next time I am in town!

We were so warmly greeted on arrival that we instantly felt at home! The location is perfect - a quiet, safe side street very close to Avenue Montaigne and the Champs-élysées. The elegance of the decor in the Reception Area and Lounge - where one can hang out and have a glass of wine just like at home - make a wonderful impression. Our room was absolutely perfect. While it was a standard room, it had a small balcony with a little table and two chairs with a view of the Eiffel Tower - just amazing! While the standard room itself is quite small, it is efficiently appointed and everything is high quality (soft bed linens, blackout curtains, fluffy bath towels, bath accessories from Balmain, solid furniture). Importantly, it was also perfectly clean. My daughter and I have found our little corner of Paris - we will absolutely be back!!…

My fiance and I came to Paris the first weekend in October 2023. I found this hotel online as it had wonderful reviews and we were looking for a boutique hotel that had a more quintessential Paris vibe. And it delivered!! The room key was an old metal key that you could leave at the front desk each time you left the room. Everything from the decor to the carpets were extremely charming. The location was great for walking and near all of the best shops. My boyfriend (at the time) was in contact with the hotel prior to our arrival, to let them know he was planning on proposing to me while we were in Paris. He asked for help with dinner recommendations and reservations. Fabienne was extremely helpful even getting us reservations at very popular restaurants that seemed to be fully booked! Upon check-in, a nice gentleman named Saman checked us in and said he upgraded us to a room with a terrace and an Eiffel Tower view (Room 505). It MADE our trip! Being able to have coffee and croissants each morning on the terrace while enjoying the view was so relaxing. Every time we walked back into the hotel he was there to greet us with a smile! The night we got engaged, the front desk team organized rose petals on the bed, a bouquet of roses, and champagne to be delivered to our room before we got back. It was such a nice touch, and I know my fiance appreciated the extra help. We cannot wait to come back one day!! Thanks again to the whole team at West End Hotel! …

The Hotel is centrally located. Making it very convenient, to all things Paris If you’re a walker, you have the Eiffel within walking distance. The metro is easy to use. Bolt is their version of Uber ( we used their app , never had to ask the Hotel to assist us) There’s plenty of shops for every price point Restaurants everywhere( Chez Andrè just up the block has a varied selection of food options which are well prepared and delicious) The Hotel is immaculate , rooms and common areas. The staff friendly, professional, helpful Room service is efficient . We loved the leopard carpet which adorns the entire Hotel. The price point worked very well for us. We were always on the move. We were able to return to room , freshen up and go about our days / nights

Staying at The West End helped make my visit to Paris a wonderful experience. From the moment we walked through the door, met Saman, and saw his welcoming smile I knew we were in the right place. The customer service that he showed gave me a week that I will always remember. The attention and support that we received from everyone else was also exceptional. We got extra towels and tea, transportation advice, tickets, reservations, anything that we asked for. Special thanks to Fabienne, Henrique, Douma, Fouad, Ibrahim, Gilles, and Theo, who were there to help in every way or simply listen to stories about our daily adventures. All were friendly and enthusiastic. The location is great, close to the Champs Elysee and two Metro lines. The room was clean and the bathroom was huge with plenty of counter space. Stayed for 5 days for the Tour De France. The hotel is in an amazing location close to the Seine and Champs Elysee in a lovely area of Paris. The staff are sop great and cannot do enough for you. The decor is wonderful and very smart and the room was great. We had a balcony wioth an eiffell tower view which was wonderful in the evenings. The only small thing would be that the breakfast room is far too small for a hotel of this size. You can get breakfast brought to youtr room but I would have liked to go downstairs more times but there simply was not the room. Apart from that the hotel is Simply Wonderful.

The staff at check-in reminded my wife and I that we've been staying here for 20 years! Unbelievable that it's been that long, but in that time, the hotel has maintained a very high level of fit and finish as well as service. Overall, this is just the best value hotel in this area, one block from the Athenee one direction and from the Four Seasons in the other, 10 minutes to the Eiffel tower, amazing shopping everywhere if that's your thing and if you like cars, it's exotic cars everywhere, all the time.

This hotel is a hidden gem in a city packed with hotels. This one is special though and if you’re considering, stop, and get it booked you won’t be sorry. The staff are exceptional, knowledgeable, kind, helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast options are superb and although I didn’t use room service I sat with two couples who ordered it to the lounge and their food looked fantastic, which they said it was, with generous portions. The hotel itself is beautiful. Well decorated, no expense spared and clean, really clean. The bed was so comfy I slept better than I have in years. The bathroom has everything you need for a city break in Paris. The location is also superb, close to many tourist locations and some fabulous restaurants in a very nice area of the city. The first stop of our honeymoon was here and we’re thrilled we chose Hotel West End. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are gorgeous (get the balcony option!), everything is super close and there are so many incredible restaurants within walking distance.
