Stayed here with family for four - kids 14 and 11 years old. Front counter staff was very friendly and engaging, we learned how to say the room number in french and would always get good recommendations from them. location is easy access to the metro, lots of shops and cafes nearby and we could see the arc du triomphe from our balcony. And good air conditioning! Also, breakfast buffet was very good.

This gem is located on Avenue Wagram a 5 minute walk from the Champs Elysees and a 2 minute walk from the metro. It's surrounded by restaurants ranging from delicious Moroccan and French cuisine to fast food joints such as McDonald's and Burger King. The hotel itself is perfect. Both Reda and Snoussi at the reception were nice, courteous and extremely helpful. Our quadruple room was very big for Paris. The breakfast was nice and plentiful. The variety was limited but that's expected in European hotels. The croissants were absolutely delicious. The price is not cheap for a 3 star hotel but it was worth every penny.

We took a room for a few days. The room was relatively small, but from what we saw this is the accepted standard in Paris. Our room was on the seventh floor facing the street, and opening of the window was not possible due to the noise of the traffic of vehicles. The cleaners were tired. The front desk staff assisted when needed, but only one employee knew English at a reasonable level. The dining room was not fancy and there was no variety of vegetables, but it was known in advance. In conclusion, in terms of cost-benefit it is a reasonable hotel.

A very nice experience. We checked in at about 13:00 (2 hours before check in) and our beds were already ready for us. The night was also very nice, the beds were very comfortable and we were also facing the court yard, so we didn't hear any noise.

We stayed there in August. The location is very central to everything. A block from Arc D'Triomphe and Champ Eylsees. The subway to Eiffel tower station is close by and only 5 stops to the tower. We stayed as a family of 4 and the room was big enough for a few days. The buffet breakfast was really good, very fresh croissants and bakery items. Cold A/C which is welcomed on hot Paris days. They had a mini bar but we used it to store cold drinks that we bought on our own so that was a benefit. They also had an ice machine in the lobby and that was the only one we had in all of england and france. Lots of shops and restaurants right next door like Decathalon and Hippopotamous. Great stay!

We stayed here for 5 days and had a wonderful time in Paris . The hotel is very nice, clean, cozy and the staff at the front desk are absolutely amazing and very helpful. Breakfast... I was surprised you have a 🍝 noodles ... and great verity breakfast food to start your day .. will highly recommend this hotel and will come back here again for sure .. A well-situated hotel with very friendly and efficient staff. The room was an adequate size and the facilities were good. The room was clean.
A very generous (buffet) breakfast with fresh fruit cocktail and proper French bread, among the other breakfast offerings.
An excellent choice for somewhere to stay.
Don't be tempted to head towards the Champs Elysée every day, there were a lot of wonderful little places in the small streets across the road from the hotel.

Lovely hotel but there are a couple of unfortunate elements. It’s built around a central courtyard with very thin windows - which meant that every night a man would smoke in the courtyard and the smoke smell would infiltrate into our room even with closed windows and curtains. We complained and the hotel manager came into our room, acknowledged the smell (since they claim to be non smoking) and the man left. However the same thing happened the next night. They claim to be soundproof - absolutely incorrect as the same smoker, had a conversation on his phone in the courtyard at 7am waking us all up. Can also hear all the bumps from above and outside the doors. The other strange point is they make you leave the key at reception every time you leave… and I’m not sure what prevents anyone from walking in and asking for the room number, they never check for ID?
