We thoroughly enjoyed a short City break at this Hotel.

On arrival the staff at reception were very friendly and our luggage was taken to our room

The room was stylish and very comfortable with tea/coffee making facilities, safe and Mini Bar. The air-conditioning worked well and the bathroom was spacious.

The Buffet breakfast was delicious and the staff working in the restaurant were very polite and helpful

Breakfast consisted off cereals, fresh fruit, hams/cheeses, bread, croissants etc and there was some hot food too including scrambled eggs bacon and sausage

The Hotel is handily placed near St Placide and Gare Montparnasse Metro stations

There are a number of nice cafes and restaurants locally

We ate at Boutellie Chantilly on arrival for a quick dinner and on our last night at The Little Littre just across from our Hotel

Overall a very nice stay at Le Littre - thank you to all the staff - we hope to see you again

Hotel Le Littre is a gem in the busy Montparnasse neighborhood. First the property... upon arrival we were warmly greeted by the doorman and our bags were taken to our room while we were off to the Montmartre . Upon return in the evening we were delighted to find our bags in a beautiful suite with a large bedroom with king size bed and sitting area, separate entry space and adjacent large bathroom. Everything was first class in room 101 with a view of the hotel courtyard and quiet for sleeping. We enjoyed breakfast each morning in the downstairs restaurant. Breakfast was a delight with a wide variety of self serve options from eggs and breakfast meats, to fresh fruits, yogurts and fresh baked breads and pastries... a terrific way to start the day. We also took advantage of the laundry service and everything came back in clean and perfect condition.

The location of Hotel le Littre on Rue Littre was perfect. Very close walking proximity to the Montparnasse Metro station that itself is a hub with 5 or 6 lines going in various directions. Plus around the block from Rue de Rennes where we could catch a straight shot bus to the Louvre. And lastly there is a small boulangerie right across the street from the main entry. Who could ask for more.

The service from the front desk personnel was exceptional. They were able to answer questions, hail cabs for us when needed and moved our bags to and from vehicles.

Overall a wonderful experience. We would highly recommend Hotel le Littre!

From the time we arrived util we left the service was excellent! The staff was extremely attentive and accommodating. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and spacious. When guest checked out, the staff removes the mattresses from the sleeping rooms, strip the linen off of the mattresses, vacuum and sanitize the mattresses. This is done guest checkout of the hotel . The breakfast was elegant, with a variety of fresh and delicious food! this hotel should be a 5 star hotel and I would recommend anyone to stay here!! The lounge area of the hotel is clean and spacious as well.

This place was booked by my travel agency and it was not cheap at all I I wouldn’t have talked about the cost if the experience was not that average or even a little bit below: first thing and the most important is that the staff was unfriendly especially at the reception. The cleanliness was ok even though they did not change by themselves the bedsheets that had some spots of wine. We were a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 kids the first day we found 4 towels but from the 2nd day we only got three towels and even though we called and asked many times for a forth one but no results. The menu for the room service is poor we had to order a delivery for dinner since we had babies and we didn’t want to go out cause they sleep early. Unfortunately I’m disappointed I traveled a lot and I thought that a 4 plus hotel will be slightly different but noooo.

We arrived and were greeted immediately. This is a small boutique hotel within walking distance of no more than 1.5 miles to anywhere in Paris. We loved the walks. Room was small yet comfortable, bathroom immaculate, TV was small - but then we didn’t come to Paris to watch TV (and basically only one English speaking channel CNN). Staff was very polite. Breakfast was wonderful! A variety of fresh baked (on property) baguettes every day! The layout included cheeses, eggs, sausages, cereals, juices, coffee, tea, meats and just about anything you could wish for. There are mini bars in the rooms. A Coke Zero was 4 euros, however, just around the corner is a great little convenience store. You can get a variety of drinks, snacks, etc very reasonable. Staff will give you ice upon request. We enjoyed our stay!

Great hotel with lovely staff. The enormous bed, lovely clean room and excellent service made for a very enjoyable stay. We took advantage of breakfast in the room on a couple of mornings to extend our lie-in and the breakfast buffet was very good too. Location was really convenient, right on Boulevard Montparnasse and only 10 mins to La Coupole and Chartier restaurants. The road the hotel was in was a little off-putting, we wouldn’t have expected to fine such a lovely hotel there but otherwise no complaints at all. We had a lovely stay.

The hotel lobby looks nice but the rooms are small, dated and uncomfortable. The bathroom was very basic and the whole room smelt of sewage coming from the drains. Breakfast was basic with limited options and front desk staff were not the most friendly or helpful. The room cost £550 and it was not worth even a quarter of that. Avoid!

Hello, Firstly, we want to thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are deeply sorry that our hotel did not meet your expectations. Regarding the size of the room, we advise you to take a look at our website which offers a range of different room size. Our suite being our most spacious room. We have the advantage to offer spacious rooms compared to our competitors in this neighborhood of Paris. We are sorry regarding the inconvenience that you experienced the smell in the room you were in. We are taking this honest input into consideration in order to improve the quality of service we offer. We transfered it to the adequate department. We understand that the breakfast was not at your convenience. However, our breakfast buffet offers as much variety as possible : french patries, eggs, vegetables, meat, cerals, juice, coffee... We hope that you can give us a second opportunity and visit us again. Guest Relation Team

Located in a slightly quieter side street in the Montparnasse district.
We would receive a very friendly welcome, a staff member immediately took care of our luggage, a young lady checked us in very nicely and quickly.
On the 7th floor we had a small but cozy room with a good bed, a nice bathroom (unfortunately the shower was in the bathtub, which is simply not contemporary) and a terrace, with fabulous views of the Eiffel Tower. Here the additional fee of 88,00 euros per night was really worth it.
What we didn't like at all was the air conditioning in the room, because this was out of order with the reference to climate protection. Here we had to sleep with the window open, which worked well until the garbage collection came at six in the morning.
On the homepage of the hotel should appear a notice that the air conditioning cannot be used, a (functioning) air conditioning) was an important criterion for us in August when choosing a hotel.
The breakfast buffet was perfectly sufficient (and good) scrambled eggs, three types of ham or sausage, various cheeses, sweet parts, fresh fruit, cereals and three types of juice.
In summary, the Littre is a nice little, even almost familiar hotel in a good location. Negatively noticed is the carpeting in the bedroom, the shower/bathtub, as well as the non-functioning air conditioning.

The staff were all kind and helpful and provided excellent service. The common areas, as well as our room, were clean and comfortable. Our room was large and our bathroom was very spacious, great water pressure, with robes and slippers - loved it! The breakfast had several dietary options, and all fresh and delicious. The best coffee! It is located in a perfect area of Paris to walk to many sites. It is near both Metro and bus stops. Restaurants, cafes, banks and shopping are all within a block. Just a nice experience, and we will definitely stay here again.

Overall, we were very happy with Le Littre. The rooms look like they used to be a cute Paris apartment. Our room was very cute with hardwood floors and vintage furnishings. We basically had two bedrooms and were lucky enough to get a top floor room with a little patio / balcony! Nice size closet and a separate kitchenette, too. The neighborhood is great with lots of great shops and restaurants, and the location is 30 min walk / 20 min train ride to many popular attractions. The free breakfast was very good, too! The only negative things I can say are that one or two members of the front desk staff are not very friendly, and our kitchenette attracted many ants and smelled like mildew. I hate to even complain at all because we really did enjoy our stay and we loved our room. We would definitely stay there again in the future!
