At approximately 20:30 in the evening our room was entered by a supposed worker at the hotel carrying a black bag. When he was confronted he claimed he did not speak English. When we demanded him to call the reception to ensure that he is working in the hotel, he made a phone call and seemed to be nervously explaining to someone that he came to the wrong room and to tell us that and was explaining with uncomfortable laughter to ease the situation. The person on the phone told us that he entered the wrong room. Thereafter, we felt exceptionally uneasy staying at the hotel and ensured that all our things were locked up securely.

Lovely hotel we found the rooms clean and tidy and they had everything that we needed. The beds were comfy and the reception staff were very accommodating even ordering us a delivery food order. Great location with lots of shops on your door step we used Uber quite a lot. Never had to wait more than a few minutes and drivers were always friendly. My daughter did leave her blanket in the room that she’s had since she was a baby and unfortunately the hotel have not been able to locate it. This is a longshot but if anyone staying in room 567 happens to find it please hand it into reception as my girl is devastated (photo attached)
