My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights. We definitely enjoyed our visit. The hotel is on a side street and is about a 5 min walk to the Norte Dame. There are a lot of great little restaurants and shops nearby! The staff was friendly and the hotel was quite clean. The room was small, but it was...

Spent 8 nights in the hotel in March, 2017. Booked based on Tripadvisor for this area. Was not steered wrong. A small hotel on a side street located feet away from a main street. Room was small but expected for Europe. Had a minifridge with enough room to store your own things, a small safe, modern bathroom with tub and...

Wonderful accommodating staff. Small rooms but clean. Fairly modern. Breakfast is nice French breakfast. All around good. We have a quiet inside facing room. Good location in the 5th. Near restaurants and close to the Clint museum. Right by the Pantheon and near Notre Dame and the Seine.

Had a two night stay here and it was extremely user friendly. Our specific room was on the small side which was no big deal. The only issue I had was that we were on the first floor and the one window in the room looked out into the lobby, viewable from the front desk. Also, you could hear the...

This Parisian hotel is located in the Latin Quarter, not far from Norte Dame Cathedral. It is affordable and is an easy walk to the Metro station. This area is full of shops, places to eat, cafes, and wonderful walks along the Seine, and on ancient streets. The hotel staff were amazingly friendly, knowledgeable about Paris sites and venues. The...

I visited this hotel on a short trip for my Anniversary. The hotel was in a good location with easy access to Notre Dame cathedral, Latin Quartier, Pattisseries, River Seine, Luxemborg gardens and the Grand mosque. Despite being a 10/15 walk to the attractions the hotel itself was nice and quiet at night with the streets buzzing in the day...

Spent five nights with my wife at this small but cozy hotel. Was a little worried regarding the size of room etc but pleasantly surprised at the end. The staff here are very friendly. The reception staff in particular were very helpful in advising us about things to do and not to do and cared about our safety when travelling....

Staying in Quartier Latin

Neighborhood Profile
Quartier Latin
The Latin Quarter bursts with intellectual life, architectural splendor and ongoing merriment. The small streets are filled with classical buildings, student bars and lively eateries while the squares are dominated by historic monuments. The area is defined by the 800-year-old Sorbonne University, where Latin once prevailed, and is famous for the Pantheon which celebrates the great men and women of France. During the day students rush from classes to the library and intellectuals people watch from the terraced cafés. As night time falls the surrounding establishments fill up and the merriment really begins. The liveliest parts are around Rue Mouffetard, lined with crêperies and international street food eateries, and Place de la Contrescarpe characterised by terraced brasseries, this neighborhood provides real nourishment for the mind, belly, and soul.
