Great welcome, service, attention to detail, quality of the room, no noise, well insulated. The breakfast is also great. By far the best choice of hotel in the area for that price. Can’t beat the location.
Highly recommended. Great location, rooms and staff. After ten visits to Paris, this is my best hotel, hands down. Will stay here every time I can. Eat at Cafe Androis and drink at Ritz Bar. You will not be let down.
I loved Hotel Mansart. The hotel is in a great location, very clean, and the service was impeccable. The rooms were a bit cozy, but the terrace more than made up for it. I highly recommend this hotel!
Had a wonderful stay. Beautiful hotel in a great location. Within walking distance of everywhere you need to go in Paris. Staff were awesome and the rooms were large, clean and beautifully decorated. We will be back soon.
I can’t say more about our stay in Hotel Mansart this summer except that it was amazing! From Sarah at reception to Sanjay for guest services they gave us such a warm welcome and a very pleasant and memorable stay! I definitely would want to recommend them to all . Location is great a few minutes to everywhere. All the brands, name if they have it! Many thanks I would taut them 5 stars out of 5! Thank you for your excellent job! We will Definitely be back!
Very friendly staff, most of them. Great location - good to walk to nearly all major tourists spot in town and a lot of good restaurants within walking distance. We like the fact that it is in a historical building - there's down side but we like it authentic.
I stayed here two nights for a business trip. The pricing was reasonable for Paris and the location was convenient and within walking distance to a number of interesting areas of Paris and of course never far from the Metro. The staff was really great at the hotel and very helpful. The room was clean, decent is size and bed was comfortable. The breakfast was really good and the staff was great helping out at breakfast. Overall a really good stay and the staff made the difference in my mind.
Fantastic location in the heart of Paris. Couldn’t ask for better. Spacious room with good facilities. Breakfast was nice and very friendly staff. Top tip: get to the Jardin de Tullieries nice and early before it fills up. V special when it’s not too busy.
We stayed in the cozy rooms, which indeed are small as the name clearly states, but since we only used it to sleep this was ok, although next time we would choose a larger room. The room faced a courtyard so it was super quiet. Even though the hotel said they had AC it either did not work or was not switched on so they brought as a fan. The breakfast was fair, the breakfast room small but cozy. The staff super friendly but a little slow when cleaning up so we usually had to wait for them to clear a table so we could sit down. We did have a concerning mishap with the front desk or would have given the hotel 5 stars. One evening we asked the front desk to order us a taxi to take us to the Au Pied de Cochon restaurant. The driver had no idea were this well known restaurant was and when we arrived at the restaurant the driver wanted 50€ for what should have been a 10€ fare. I then realized that the so called taxi did not have a meter and that it was some type of off the record transport service. I called the hotel and spoke to the receptionist that booked the taxi who tried to tell me that taxi fares vary and then did admit that she had called some type of limo service. I only gave the driver 20€ as I was not going to allow this pirate service to rip me off. I know that some hotel rejectionist and concierge services like to use their preferred transportation services that give them kick backs, but these should not come at the expense of a 5 times inflated the guest has to pay. The receptionist did apologized the next day when we checked out, but the damage was done.…
A massive thank you to the great staff at Hotel Mansart. JessicaJane was showing during Paris Fashion Week and the madness and stress of the show; was made sooo much easier thanks to Sarah, Marie Claire and the amazing staff! Can't wait to visit Paris again... All The Best,
