Located in almost the perfect spot, the Ministere is close to central sights, is near the Presidents and Prime Ministers residences and tube stations within a 500 metre walk. The staff are eager, friendly and engaging. We stayed three nights in a duplex room. It is tight on space but makes good use of cupboards and drawers. For example the wardrobe is designed to hold two suitcases. Unfortunately our stay was partially spoilt. Firstly on morning one when blocked drainage in the bathroom caused water to over flow. One of us couldn’t shower. I note that earlier trip advisor reviews mention drainage concerns. Secondly, on night two, the hotel had booked in a large family group with children into upper floor rooms. For those sleeping below and until 11:30 pm there was the thump of running footsteps and endless slamming of doors. I phoned the night porter to request that something be done to stop the disturbance. Both of the two matters above were directly brought to the attention of Hotel Management. Cost for three nights €1445. Breakfast included and was ok. Room tip. Hold the lighting buttons down to brighten or dim room lighting.…

Love ❤️ love this hotel. Small boutique hotel in a great location. This is second time in past year and it’s our go-to hotel now in Paris. Felt like going home. They upgraded us to a loft and we absolutely loved it. You honestly have everything you need ( choose breakfast ) and if you need anything all you have to do is ask.

Overall - Loved the experience. Could walk to most of the places I wanted to see in Paris. The staff is very friendly. Room was nice and cozy. One flag - the drainage was not working properly in the shower.

We visited Paris for our honeymoon. Great experience at this hotel. The room was clean, the location is unmatched and the hotel staff were attentive. We stayed for two nights in the hotel and also had breakfast. Especially the breakfast was very nice and comprehensive. Service and check in were also very friendly. Location is great for a city trip.

Stayed at Hotel Du Ministere on two occasions in July 2023, the first was in a double executive room and the second was in the two bedroom apartment (Suite Ministere). The location of the hotel is in a quiet street with restaurants and small supermarkets nearby. I would say the area is pretty safe with the president's residence closeby which has armed police presence. To get a taxi or public transport, you would have to walk 4-5mins to the 'bigger street' where there are more cars. All the hotel staff that we met during our 6 days stay was helpful and friendly. Alexis, one of the receptionist, really made us feel at home during the stay. He also kindly upgraded our room to a bigger room which we are grateful for as we were travelling with two young children. The hotel has a small gym which is sufficient for basic workouts and the hotel breakfast is also decent. The orange juice machine is amazing! The hotel is about 5 mins walk to Hermes and about 10 minutes walk to Champs Elysee. If you are a runner, you are about 1.2km away from the running route along river Seine! Would we return to stay here? definitely! …

Hotel is great, nice, trendy, fun, great complimentary breakfast. Good location in the 8th district, easy to get around and see the sights. The real gem is Alexis, he was our front desk agent that checked us in. He served as tour guide, concierge, translator…… seriously this gentleman went above and beyond with service and not just for our party. He was exceptional, knowledgeable and efficient he made our stay truly enjoyable. Thank you.
