The rooms were clean (with coffee and tea of course), the breakfast was delicious and the time frame was nice as well, I don't like to put an alarm for breakfast on holidays. The location is perfect, the ambiance is amazing, your basically in the latin quarter but without the noises. The metro is 3 minutes walk (not even) so you can move around easily. The staff is so kind, and helped me and my daughter get around by booking basically all of our activities. They even helped me win my daughters heart more by suggesting and downloading the app for the 'troitinette' the scooters, and she had the best time! There is 24/7 reception and if you ring them for anything they'll be up in a minute which is great, especially with a child. Nothing but a positive experience! Thank you to all the staff, please keep loving your job like you do :)

The Location is amazing, you're only 2 streets away of the most adorable restaurants and bars (at the seine with a beautiful view) however the street itself is call so your sleep won't be disturbed. The staff was very helpful and if you need help booking tickets for the eiffeltower or moulin Rouge, anything actually they will gladly help you (they even got me a babysitter) The rooms are a bit tiny but hey welcome to paris! That being said, the rooms are clean and roomservice is quick as well. The breakfast was delicious, good variety. We enjoyed our stay and I will return to this lovely hotel! Thank you Menel and Walid!

The hotel is in a great location, right next to Musée de Cluny and on the edge of the Quarter Latin. Easy to reach Musée d'Orsay and Notre Dame + Saint Chapelle. It's also comfortable, clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

We were back in Paris for two nights before heading home and stayed at the Mercure Notre Dame Saint Germain des Pres. We stayed in a Privilege room and while it was quite small, had everything we needed. Located in the heart of the Latin Quarter and close to the river Seine, it is a short stroll to Ile de la Cite and well known landmarks such as Notre Dame. And, there are many good cafes and bistros close by. The staff are very friendly (with better English than my French) and eager to be helpful. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

This would have to be the worst Accor property I have ever stayed at and I am a ALL Diamond member so I stay at a lot of Accor properties. I wrote to Accor about how bad this place is and they didn’t bother to respond so here’s my review. Probably the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in, I am 173 cm and I could touch the ceiling. All the fittings were cheap and worn, the air conditioning did not work, the bed was a king single at best and don’t believe the photos on the web the rooms are tiny and poorly furnished. The only positive is the staff were good and I felt sorry for them as they know how bad it is and have to put up all the complaints.

Stayed for 4 nights in July and was really pleased by the warm friendly welcome on arrival at this small but beautiful little Hotel in a brilliant location. On the doorstep of the historical Sorbonne within strolling distance of Notre Damme and a plethora of restaurants, cafes and shops to suit every budget. We stayed in a ‘Privilege’ room which was very clean and well equipped, with the added bonus of a gorgeous little balcony overlooking a pretty street. Blackout blinds and double glazing meant that we slept soundly, and the air conditioning was really welcome as temperatures were in the mid 30’s. Space around the end of the bed was a little tight but didn’t take away from enjoyment of the room. Fridge with complimentary soft drinks and water was an added bonus. The bathroom was a quirky shape but the shower was fantastic and the toiletries of a high quality. Breakfast was pleasant with plenty of freshly prepared choices, again served by friendly staff. Overall a really enjoyable stay. Highy recommend this little Gem in the heart of Paris. Christine

We stayed four nights in May. Superb location for visiting Paris - 2 minutes from Bd St Germain and Bd St Michel, metro station - and much reachable on foot directly from the hotel. Comfortable room to usual Mercure standard. Fairly recently refurbished so good modern facilities. Excellent double glazing so no street noise. Very clean - we were comfortable throughout with their Covid protocols. Room a little monastic, with modest amount of storage space, but this is city centre and who spends much time in a hotel room on a visit to Paris. As usual the hospitality tray was pathetic - minimal provisions, only instant coffee, paper cups. So bring your own tea, coffee, etc., including decent mugs. Excellent buffet breakfast - nice selection, cook your own eggs (but we had very well prepared scrambled eggs on Saturday morning). All the staff we dealt with were friendly and efficient. Highly recommended.

Smaller but nice hotel with great location and kind staff. Just few minutes walk to Notre Dame. The rooms aren't too spacious but it' totally fine and French classic. The breakfast is perfect, plenty of choice.
