The staff were friendly as soon as we arrived the man on the night shift (Armel?) he was lovely and welcoming showed us where to get some food and made sure we felt safe in the hotel. The location is amazing right outside by the metro to get to main tourist attractions. We had a decent view of the Eiffel Tower from our room. The only thing Is the rooms are quite small but they are Clean. Would definitely return to this hotel !

Worst service. Took pre payment and then tried to charge again. Thiefs. I would stay anywhere but here. Many better choices in the 15th. Rude, insulting, tiny rooms. Not clean. Breakfast is bad. Have been travelling for work for 30 years and this is the worst hotel and experience I have had. Do not stay here. Ever.

Planned stay at this hotel for 2 days upon entering the lobby it smelled of stale alcohol like a dive pub. The receptionist who appeared to be of middle eastern ethicity was rude and unprofessional.

The pictures you are shown when booking are no reflection on what the hotel is really like, the one plus is that the room was clean, the room itself was very small, with only a couple of feet between the bed and the walls, the TV only had French speaking Channels, there was no Tea or Coffee making facilities, at £159 per night the rooms should be bigger and the facilities better.

We were warned of the pickpockets outside of the hotel, but not about the pickpockets inside of it. Card reader wouldn't take my card and I was forced to pay in advance and pull the full amount out of an ATM. Unacceptable. I've never had to pay, in full, in cash, in advance, at a hotel ever. My card was taken everywhere else around the city. She indicated that "it seems not to read foreign cards" to which I replied "perhaps you need a new card reader. We requested no cleaning service for a day. We come back and open the door to find someone inside of our room. We asked for two wine glasses to enjoy a bottle to the room and we were admonished in saying: we do not serve wine here and the glasses that we have are for juice. They do not seem to listen to the customer. The room itself is clean with a large bathroom, but I was very disappointed with the staff/reception.

We stayed at the Eiffel Petite Louvre during the Easter break, to say it was an experience is an understatement & I don’t mean that in a positive sense. When we arrived the lady at reception was checking a group in, she was really rude to them and there was an awkward vibe. When they left we stood up to get checked in & she told us to wait while she continued with her administration, she did this without eye contact or even greeting us. We didn’t expect a red carpet but a simple bonjour would have been nice. The room was small, we only had backpacks luckily because there was no room for a big case. The room was so warm it was difficult to sleep but I’d rather it be warm than too cold. The shower was nice & it was clean. Each time we passed reception the same lady was arguing with different customers, it was extremely uncomfortable & there was one occasion where I thought it might actually go to blows. The only one constant was the lady on reception, if she wasn’t arguing with customers she was ignoring them by watching her phone. Our flight was late on the day of check out, we asked if they’d keep our bags until we headed to the airport, they kindly obliged. When we came back to collect our bags we used the public toilets before leaving & we were interrogated by the lady as to where we went. When we said we used the toilet before catching our bus well let’s just say if looks could kill I wouldn’t be writing this post right now. All in all it was an experience I won’t want to repeat any time soon. This lady clearly wasn’t born to work in hospitality & should do herself & her customers a favour & find a new career.

Room Tip: Do not expect a warm welcome, which costs nothing to be fair. Look elsewhere.

We stayed at Le Petit Louvre and were immediatly welcomed by this very friendly woman. The hotel is small and quaint, cheerfully decorated. The rooms are small but manageable and the bed was amazing, nice big washroom and shower, storage is minimal. We had a room with a view of the top of Eiffel tower. The location is perfect, walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, the river Seine and several tourist attractions but in a quiet residential area. There was a Cheese shop, Wine store, fresh market, Bistros and Metro station all near by. The woman at the front desk was always very helpful and very friendly (Merci). We loved our stay here and would return.

We have paid €400,27 per room and we booked 4 rooms. When we arrived they told us there will not be a buffet, but they will give us a croissant in the morning and on top of the price we had to pay 5€ per person. Next morning when we came to take our croissant, there was a very little breakfast, we took our croissant and then they told us that we have to pay 15€ per person for a super tiny breakfast which we did not expect. After running the La Parisienne we came back to change in the promised room. But the lady from housekeeping was standing in front of the room and was extremely unfriendly and did not accept us to enter the room to change. The receptionist could not help us. We ended up with paying 15€ x 8 (ppl) for a croissant and we even could not fresh our selves up. The experience was so bad. This hotel is a really no go. The only thing which is good is the location. I feel really sorry that we have paid so much money for this bad experience and impolite people and unfriendly behaviour.
