Someone booked this for me after contacting more than 20 other hotels in Paris and finding that they were full. The staff were great when I stayed there at the end of June. They had to be as they were coping with a stream of...More
Looking for a hotel that is true Parisan.....look no farther. The staff is very accommodating, friendly & very helpful. The rooms are small but very clean. The whole hotel is immaculate. Breakfast is very good. But the air conditioner they advertised was not evident. The...More

This was my first visit to Paris and I loved every second. We literally just slept and showered in the Villa Beaumarchais so haven't a very strong opinion on it, who wants to spend all thier time in a hotel in a beautiful city?!

The Marais is a winding maze of multi-faceted streets that beg to be explored. It bursts with small boutiques, historic buildings, cozy traditional restaurants, and hidden parks. Around each corner, you'll come across little gems of architecture spanning the centuries, from understated medieval towers to classical libraries and 17th century splendor. This neighborhood unites a rich mix of
people of all ages, but it's best known for the gay scene mostly in the south and the Jewish community around Rue des Rosiers.
