As we entered Pullman Paris Centre - Bercy smiles grew on our faces it looked amazing. The entrance is stunning with a beautiful water fountain and a Buddha where we took some pictures. The staff were kind and helpful and most of them spoke perfect English Positives: The location was great with Bercy station nearby and very close to the Bercy Village Shopping Centre. Very near to Gare du Lyon for access to Disneyland trains. The breakfast was amazing and the tables were large. The egg station was great and all the breakfast staff were very professional and courteous and helpful. The room was clean, spacious and had good view of the surrounding city. The pool was a good temperature and quite shallow the steam rooms were great, although you needed to book it in advance and were only allowed one hour per day Negatives: The check in process seemed slow and mechanical with no personal touch. They hold a deposit of almost 150 euros per day which can be a big issue for many people and the deposit was released after few days of the stay. Room service was slow and unpredictable, they could not provide tea even after repeated requests on the reception. The room service either do not pick the phone or just hang up midway. hour per day.

One night - two days in this establishment located a few steps from Bercy village, the ring road and the Metro. This stay was organized mainly for a birthday. I will remember the massive kindness of all the staff. Despite the large flow of customers and the size of the establishment, the reception staff strives to make you unique and to make your stay exceptional. I will remember Mariem who approaches with a magnificent smile, assisted by Raphaël, she went out of her way to make my birthday day beautiful and delicious: free upgrade to a deluxe room, which I preferred to decline because I had voluntarily reserved the superior room for its more modern appearance. On the other hand, I did not decline the delicious pastries from Benoit Coulet offered in the room: delicious, a big thank you. Thank you also for the early arrival and early afternoon departure. Please be assured that all these attentions and favors were sincerely appreciated. Refreshing visit to the famous Barbière of Paris: very friendly welcome and simple but effective service. I took advantage of the Sothys SPA: a little gem that deserves to be known. Celia and Loubna are two therapists of limitless kindness and very professional. I spent a wonderful afternoon of treatment with them, in a very pleasant place. The Ariette restaurant is a very pleasant compromise, between bistro and restaurant: the lobster brioche is a bomb, there are Mr Coulet's pastries, enough to complete the discovery of his delicious creations. The staff takes great care. In summary: this wellness break for my birthday is a success: superior room + Barbière de Paris + Treatments at the Sothys SPA while enjoying the swimming pool + Ariette restaurant + the magic offered by the Pullman Bercy staff = absolute relaxation and comfort.

We came as a family to this hotel. We paid a high price but expected to find great comfort. It should first be noted that it is quite eccentric. No valet on arrival, no one for luggage. In addition, the entrances and exits to the parking lot are not simple with their billing system, which made our circulation complicated. For the rooms, we had a room which does not correspond to this standard at all, very poorly insulated and very shabby. We were very disappointed.

We had a family room. Cleanliness was okay, however, the rooms are generally very worn. Generally very family friendly hotel. Pool much colder than the stated 27degrees. Breakfast is replenished until one hour before breakfast closes, then not after. Connection to the metro in 5min walking distance. Nearby are shops and restaurants

From check in to check out, I really enjoyed my stay at Pullman Bercy. The location is excellent in the lovely neighborhood of Bercy and right next to Bercy Village. There are parks, restaurants, mini market (Carrefour) and Metro station all within 5 minutes' walk. At nights there is plenty to do, eat or just go for a walk. I slept the best as the bed was most comfortable. My room was clean, large with good view, stocked room and bathroom. Great breakfast every morning with many healthy choices. The main restaurant also offers something for everyone, from Sandwiches to special gourmet main course meals. The service in this hotel is simply impeccable along with very helpful staff. During my stay I had the pleasure to meet Alex at front desk, whom helped and booked few tours during our stay in Paris. Everyone during my 4 days stay was simply happy to help and always with a genuine smile. Will revisit again if in Paris.

First off, this is an impressive hotel as befits its price tag and star rating.
I was checked in by an extremely efficient and friendly person and offered a freebie glass of fruit juice and a chocolate biscuit by their equally friendly colleague. I was told they'd upgraded my room and indeed when I got there it was big, with two sofas, a double bed and a desk. Plus there were ample wardrobes, two fluffy towelling robes, and a huge TV.
All seemed in order. I noticed some ambient noise outside but ignored it; a city centre hotel will always have some kind of noise outside and some kind of clunking or grinding machinery indoors somewhere. I then ordered, and was brought by a delightful room service person, a burger and chips (excellent), some coffee (a cup, it was ok - I should have asked for a cafetiere), and headed off to bed.
And there was that noise. It was like the firing up and then down again of some machine, perhaps the aircon, perhaps some kind of waste processor. It was outside the room, but there was nothing visible when I looked. OK my fault - I should have said or done something about it as soon as I arrived at the room; I certainly couldn't be bothered to do anything then as I was in bed and about to turn the lights off.
Except...I couldn't turn the lights off. As usual in a hotel like this there were lights all over the place and at the bedside there were three switches. I turned them all off but some lights stayed on. I got up. I went to the door and turned off what was evidently the (only) master switch and everything was plunged into darkness. So I turned that back on to see what I was doing and make sure I didn't walk into the TV and then for about five minutes experimented with each of the other switches around the room to get all the lights off. I ended up by leaving one bedside lamp on, unplugging one of the lamps at the end of the room which stubbornly stayed on, and then turning the bedside lamp off from beside the bed. Surely a master switch by the bed would make sense?
Throughout the night there was the noise but it didn't keep me awake too much.
In the morning all was good, with a hot and powerful shower, plenty of towels, and an ok sink (square and shallow). On checkout the staff, yet again, were super friendly and helpful (I was walking to my meeting 25 minutes away).
So in all a great, "grown up" hotel and vrooming noise and light switches apart, not much wrong with it.

First time in this Accor group hotel and certainly not the last! We appreciated its accessibility, the setting, the well-equipped room, the good bedding, access to the sauna (by reservation). A big positive point: the welcome and kindness of all the staff, rare enough to be highlighted: well done to the entire reception, catering and breakfast team! A special thank you to Antoine at reception ;o)) All the staff were attentive and we felt welcomed, that changes in these post-covid times... If I had a downside (or rather an area for improvement), I would say that a makeover of the room corridors is necessary, they are very sad, a shame compared to the rest of the hotel!

We were part of an Insight Vacations bus tour. This hotel is NOT central and not that close to the airport. I was surprised to see so many airline employees and other bus tours. We paid 55euros for a cab from the airport and were really disappointed that we could not check in early, after our long flight. The good things are it's well decorated, has plenty of restaurants a block away, and has a good breakfast. We paid 17 euros for an Uber every time we wanted to go into the central area (Eiffel Tower, Louvre, Seine cruise).
