I stayed at this hotel for a family stay with my 4 years old daughter. First of all the positives: the hotel is not in the best possible location in Paris but it has the metro 14 right outside the hotel. This line is super fast and very reliable (well, when we were there the line was closed for repairs, which was really annoying... but the hotel had nothing to do with it). The Bercy Village location is also good for the restaurants and places to have a drink close to the hotel. Other massive positive: the hotel staff is great, really nice and carefully caring for your needs, it was a real pleasure for all the small attentions, in particular attentions to kids. On the average: I would say the room is OK, nothing great about it but nothing bad either, a very good size for a hotel in Paris, relatively modern, although there could be a better attention to details. But overall what you would expect of a Pullman (at least a European Pullman, I tend to prefer the brand's Asian hotels). On the bad side: a few things there which are quite annoying, and the accumulate. First of all, the design of some of the lamps in the room is quite poor, my 4 years old daughter got a burn by touching the outside of a bedside lamp and it took a week to go away, and it has been quite painful to her. This should not happen in a hotel in 2023. Use LEDs! or well designed lamps! or both! Then the swimming pool was freezing cold! I had to take my daughter out of the water after 15-20mins as her lips had turned blue by then. There was a note by the pool saying that they reduce the temperature of the pool to take care of the environment.... to me that's really using greenwashing to justify cost reduction at the expense of comfort. There are other solutions to reduce the hotel's environment impact (switch ot zero CO2 electricity provider, combine your traditional heating with a solar heating system for the pool, replace all lamps in the hotel by LEDs instead of kids-fingers-burning old fashioned bulbs, etc.). Putting comfort, and even safety (at least for the younger ones) at risk to reduce cost doesn't seem the best approach to encourage customers to return. Finally, another lack of attention to detail (but which has its importance): there was no milk on the courtesy platter. I called the reception telling them that they had forgotten the milk, and they said that they are not putting some milk in courtesy platters to reduce their plastic impact.... but such milk could be bought at the bar! ... So there is a number of totally absurd things in this statements: first if they don't put milk to reduce plastics why do they put individually packed teabags in plastic pouches, and three different types of sugars in plastic pouches (when paper alternatives exist). Second, many hotels now are putting some small glass bottles of milk in the minibar to replace the plastic single use ones (but I believe this solution is slightly more expensive... greenwashing to reduce costs again!). So overall an OK experience, a lot of small annoying things which accumulates and show that the hotel tries to cut corners on quality. But, I have to say, an amazing staff.

Dear 681robinz, We thank you for taikng the time to describe your experience following your stay with us. I am glad to read that your loved our staff. I sincerely apologize for your daughter's burn. I hope she feels better. We are in the process of equipping our hotel with LED lamps to switch to full LED by 2024. Regarding the swimming pool, the temperature of the water is at 29 degrees instead of 30. We want to avoid plastic from your room, that's why you will not find milk capsule into the room, but it is available at the bar on request. You remarks are very precious for us to improve the quality of our prestations and services. We hope to have to welcome you again, Best regards, Céline - Guest Experience Manager

Hotel's Favorite
spent 5 nights here travelling from scotland with wife and teenage children. the hotel provided an excellent base for a superb visit to this amazing city. reception staff very friendly and helpful with the rooms serviced every day. nice leisure facilities to relax and recharge in. and the table tennis and table football facilities are a nice addition. we didn’t eat here but there are a full range of bars and restaurants a short walk away in bercy village. the nearby cour st emilion metro station is currently closed which is a little inconvenient. a very busy replacement bus service for the 14 line is the best public transport option to reach the hotel from gare de lyon station. there is the 24 bus service which stops very near the hotel. this connects to gare de lyon and has the pantheon as its terminus but we found this service a bit unreliable.

Location for this hotel is fine--it's not in the center, but it's a short Metro ride into the city, and Metro is only about 300 meters from the hotel's front door. Aside from location, however, we had more than a few issues with this hotel. This property clearly bills itself as a resort-type location. Nothing about this property was remotely like a resort for us, however. We arrived at 1pm--a little early for checkin, so they stored our bags for us, and told us to come back at 4. We set out to enjoy Paris, and came back at 8. Our room was still not ready at 8. I reserved the room four months in advance, and was there for a conference being held onsite--so the front desk's befuddlement about my reservation was particularly frustrating. They found us a room about 30 minutes later. The room is somewhat basic but serviceable--and the king bed itself sags deeply on the side closest to the television. They really should replace the mattress. The bed has a bottom sheet and a duvet--no top sheet. Normally that isn't an issue--except when it's warm. Unfortunately, the room was uncomfortably warm. There is a very slight breeze issuing from the AC vent above the door, and there is a thermostat in the room, but the thermostat clearly did nothing, despite my efforts to turn down the temperature, and even to turn it off entirely so I could open the window. I ultimately did open the window to cool the room, although it simply added to the humidity in the room and allowed me to donate blood to the local mosquito population. Our stay was during a particularly warm period of the summer in Paris, but we still expected hotel AC to work. The bathroom door emits a piercing shriek whenever opened. Not a big deal, unless your traveling companion gets up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom and in so doing alerts the entire hotel floor of that fact. The hair conditioner bottle in the bathroom was empty when we arrived, and not refilled during the duration of our 6-night stay. We noted these issues to the front desk, but no action was taken during our stay. To their credit, when we checked out and mentioned the issues again, the manager offered to discount part of our stay. The discount was a nice gesture, but fixing the problems would have been better. To use the pool, you must make a reservation, and you are limited to a short period at the pool. Decor an ambience of the hotel is working for an edgy (maybe "fun"?) feel. See the artwork examples we've included here to illustrate the vibe. Those aren't works that we'd necessarily hang in the office or in our homes, but perhaps they appeal to some. Most guests will likely just walk past them. Again, the location of this property is good--and Bercy village is across the street, offering shopping and dining options.

No thrills higher end hotel with spacious rooms. It's located on the outskirts of Paris, definitely not in the center. That being said, very good metro line nearby so easy to visit Paris. But you cannot step out of the hotel and hang out in a cute neighborhood. For me it's more like a decently priced business hotel. Service was good, professional. Staff is used to international customers.

As we entered Pullman Paris Centre - Bercy smiles grew on our faces it looked amazing. The entrance is stunning with a beautiful water fountain and a Buddha where we took some pictures. The staff were kind and helpful and most of them spoke perfect English Positives: The location was great with Bercy station nearby and very close to the Bercy Village Shopping Centre. Very near to Gare du Lyon for access to Disneyland trains. The breakfast was amazing and the tables were large. The egg station was great and all the breakfast staff were very professional and courteous and helpful. The room was clean, spacious and had good view of the surrounding city. The pool was a good temperature and quite shallow the steam rooms were great, although you needed to book it in advance and were only allowed one hour per day Negatives: The check in process seemed slow and mechanical with no personal touch. They hold a deposit of almost 150 euros per day which can be a big issue for many people and the deposit was released after few days of the stay. Room service was slow and unpredictable, they could not provide tea even after repeated requests on the reception. The room service either do not pick the phone or just hang up midway. hour per day.

Hotel location good if you don't want to visit Paris's main attractions. Located near Bercy village with some nice restaurants, cafes and shops near by. Walking distance to laundromat. Hotel is tired, needs a good clean up. Busy Hotel used for tour groups, conferences, etc. Our room (744) was good size, clean however had internal door that opened into walkway, bed and pillows hard. Basic room, no breakfast included for €330, not worth it

We were part of an Insight Vacations bus tour. This hotel is NOT central and not that close to the airport. I was surprised to see so many airline employees and other bus tours. We paid 55euros for a cab from the airport and were really disappointed that we could not check in early, after our long flight. The good things are it's well decorated, has plenty of restaurants a block away, and has a good breakfast. We paid 17 euros for an Uber every time we wanted to go into the central area (Eiffel Tower, Louvre, Seine cruise).

This is a nice hotel in beautiful Bercy Village. Breakfast was ok, the staff not very friendly or helpful. The reception however is extremely nice and competent. The room we got was large and comfortable but a bit dated, especially the bathroom. This hotel is used for weddings and young people who book a hotel room during the weekend to party in the room and make a lot of noise. While people were polite, the noise and general party atmosphere made our stay a bit uncomfortable.
