The location is amazing. It's a located in a quieter neighborhood away from the major tourist sites yet it's in a convenient location close to the metro lines and in walking distance to the Eiffle Tower and the Arc de Triomph. Prices are fair and it's the kind of hotel where its a decent place to stay but not the kind of hotel where you'd want to spend a lot of time in it. Due to our marriott status we got upgraded to a junior suite, which was a 2-floor bedroom with a living space on the bottom and a bedroom and bathroom on the second one. It was nice to have some extra space but the room was dark and the bathroom didn't have any ventilation fan. We had to open the windows to let the humidity out and some fresh air in.
The carpets looked pretty filthy. The housekeeping did their best every day though with replacing the towels and making the bed. The ceiling height in the shower was quite low, and my husband had to crouch to take a shower every day. If you are taller than 168cm, you won't be able to stand straight inside the shower. Breakfast is pretty basic and service is slow, especially for a proper coffee.
I could imagine the standard rooms are quite small...but it is Paris. Overall, we had a good stay.

My mom and I stayed here while in Paris go 5 days. We upgraded our room to the Eiffel Tower view junior suite. The room was a good size, being able to see the Eiffel Tower right from our bed was pretty cool. They included breakfast which was also nice. The garden patio was so cute but closed due to it being winter. The only downside was how UNCOMFORTABLE the bed was! It was probably one of the worst hotel beds I have ever slept in. The springs dug in to my ribs and hip and being pregnant made it even worse. My mom slept on the couch one night with a house cost as a blanket as there was no extra blanket, which having a pull out sofa bed there should be extra blankets and pillows in the room. The cleanliness of the room was a 3/5, the vent in the bathroom had an extremely thick layer of dust and grossed me out. We could hear outside noise very clearly and one night my mom was kept up until about 2:30am by other hotel guests. I would also recommend having a corkscrew in the room. I messaged the front desk through the Bonvoy app (most Bonvoy hotels I stay at are quite responsive) by the time they replied we were already nearly asleep. Due to the bed situation I would look at staying elsewhere for my next visit.

Very warm welcome, the hotel reached out ahead of our arrival to confirm arrival information. We had 3 rooms booked, a garden view room and two standard rooms. They upgraded the two standard rooms to garden view, which are slightly bigger, without asking. Plus, I asked if 1 of the rooms could be ready before standard check-in and they were able to make it happen.
Upon entering the rooms there was a welcome gift of desserts, a bottle of red wine, along with a nice note. The rooms are small but very comfortable beds. Good night sleep, no street noise. The bathroom was of good size, the only downside was there was no outlet in the bathroom for the hairdryer, had to dry my hair in the room. The outlet in the bathroom is low voltage for a razor only.
We had the breakfast buffet each morning and it was decent. Scrambled Eggs or made to order, bacon, toast, yogurt, cereal, cheese, etc.
The location was on a quiet residential street between 2 metro stations (Victor Hugo and Trocadro), a 5 min walk in either direction. Plenty of restaurants around both metro stations. As you walk towards the Trocadro you can see the Eiffel Tower.
Great staff, everyone was pleasant and had a smile. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend

This is my first review of a hotel ever! I’ve stayed in 100’s of different hotels over the years as a frequent traveler. I am a BonVoy Member and recently booked this hotel. I’ve had poor experiences but I’ve never seen a far from grace this drastically.
When me and my family arrived after our 8HR flight from NYC we were told our room would be ready in 1HR and the room only needed a “cleaning inspection”.
We waited 3-4HR during which we were given excuse after excuse and that the room was cleaned and only needed to be checked.
When we finally were given our keys, said room was so dirty the floor had blonde hair everywhere and my 4 year old son couldn’t walk without hair tangling on his toes. Disgusting.
Needless to say we called the manager and we’re told we would be given a refund but only needed to call Expedia in which we did.
When Expedia called the same manager on duty (August 21, 2023 9am- 1pm ) she informed them we wouldn’t get a refund and that they “offered” to re-clean the room.
We left that hotel immediately and after more than 5 stays there over the years we will no longer be staying there ever again and have chosen Le burgundy Hotel for future trips.
Please see photo I’ve attached and never stay there!! Buyer beware I lost over $2000 on a room I didn’t stay in and complained about it.
BonVoy.

I didn’t have a pleasant check in experience. I had already checked in via Marriott app prior to arrival but I went to the counter to check in and get a physical key card anyway. When I entered my room, the room was not completely made up. Pillows were missing and there was a piece of clothing on the bed.
When I called the reception, the lady told me to come down and she will arrange another room which is ready. But when I went down, she instead asked me to wait around until she gets the room cleaned by housekeeping. Little did we know that this turned out to be an hour’s wait, and I had to approach the reception 2 more times to ask for updates before being informed that the room is finally ready. What a way to start a 5-night stay at an established hotel chain.
During the rest of the stay, we weren’t given any more drinking water. So the 1 bottle of Evian when we checked in was supposed to last 2 of us for 6 days? Of course we drank tap water but the hotel should have provided 2 bottles of water daily. Also the body lotion was not replaced even after we finished it. Small hand towels in the bathroom went missing after the first day of use as well.
Given the price that we paid and the Marriott brand, I had expected at least some decent service. Housekeeping is really a let down and I’ve never experienced this throughout my years of travels around the globe.
Then finally as I was writing this review 4 days after checked out, I have yet to receive the bill which was supposed to be emailed to me. When I checked the Marriott app, it wasn’t ready either. I’m still waiting for the refund of €500 deposit (which is exorbitant and senseless) charged to my card for incidentals upon check-in. And I saw a charge of €28.80 on my credit card on the last day which I have no idea what is that for.
On the positive side, the location is good and right between 2 subway stations. It is also 20 mins walk to the Eiffel Tower. Room is a little small but acceptable for 2 pax.

Chose to stay at this hotel during the Roland Garros tournament because it was in walking distance about 45 mins. However once the tennis was over we realised what a great location this hotel was in. It took us 10-15 mins to walk to the Eiffel Tower and Champs d lysee. The hotel itself is typically French beautiful architecture. Check in/ out very straightforward although the hotel was full we never experienced any queues. Staff were absolutely fabulous be it concierge/reception/breakfast/ domestic. Breakfast great with hot and cold dishes and delicious morning pastries. The bar had a hydration area where you can fill water bottles before venturing out which is a nice touch. Room itself is lovely ,good size with a large bathroom and meticulously clean. At the roundabout interim for this hotel were plentiful restaurants and clothes stores. All in all had a great stay.

I had a poor experience at the Renaissance Paris Nobel Tour Eiffel Hotel. I arrived early, around 8a, so a room not being available was somewhat expected. Though, being a Bonvoy Ambassador Elite, I've generally had good luck receiving expeditious service. After waiting about 7 hours at the hotel (~3p), I was given a standard room. This ordinarily would not have bothered me (much) as it's close to their standard check-in time except colleagues who arrived after 11a with no Bonvoy status were given a standard room after waiting 60-90 minutes. It appears they have no "queue" or flexibility in assigning rooms. I checked with the front desk at 1p with no luck and when I checked at 3p, they finally checked me in. I wonder how much longer I would have had to wait had I not checked with the front desk! The room here are quaint and furnished with comfortable furniture. The bathrooms are mediocre with inconsistent hot water. The gym is small and antiquated. The food and beverage facilities are small and not much to speak about. I much preferred my stays at other Paris Renaissance hotels including in Vendome and the Arc de Triumph. One positive is the hotel is located in a central part of Paris with restaurants and tourist attractions within walking distance. I typically do not like to leave negative reviews but the nail in the coffin was they never emailed me my closing invoice!

My recent stay at the Renaissance Paris Nobel Tour Eiffel Tower was deeply disappointing. This is my first time to give 1 star to a hotel. Firstly, a week before checking in, I contacted the hotel to inquire about a room upgrade. The response was a request for an additional 360 euros per night, a rate significantly higher than what was advertised online for the same room type. This discrepancy was alarming and felt like a blatant attempt to overcharge. Secondly, and more distressingly, was my experience with the promised late checkout. As a platinum member, I was initially reassured at check-in that a 4 pm late checkout would be accommodated when I checked in, which I planned my last day around, including train schedules and tour timings. However, upon returning to the hotel at 2:10 pm, my room key was deactivated, and the front desk informed me that my late checkout was not on file, effectively denying it. The staff's response was not only unhelpful but also dismissive, with a front desk employee doubting the veracity of my claim. This encounter was particularly frustrating and disappointing, given my 8-year loyalty to the Marriott brand worldwide. This level of service is a stark contrast to the professionalism and respect I've experienced at other properties. Due to time constraints in catching my train, I didn't argue further with the front desk. However, I did feel discriminated against regarding the matter.

Part of a post-cruise vacation, we stayed 3nights at Marriott's Renaissance Paris Nobel Tour Eiffel Hotel. They put us into two different rooms, equeally horrible. The shower glass was falling from the wall,A/C panels loose from the ceiling, and poorly repaired walls. Both rooms were dirty, musty-smelling. The breakfast was on par with a budget hotel. We wrote Mariott, who forwarded the review to the hotel. Staff acknowledged the dirty, musty, disrepair accommodations which did not meet their "high standards we strive to provide", offered their sincere apologies and offered to 'make it better next time' My hotel stay was not an exercise on how they might improve their hotel. The room rate did not meet the expectation of "comfortable and elegant rooms" nor Marriott's core values as their site describes.

Dear Valued Guest, I am writing to extend my sincerest apologies regarding your recent stay at Marriott’s Renaissance Paris Nobel Tour Eiffel Hotel as part of your post-cruise vacation. We are truly sorry to hear that your experience with us did not meet your expectations, especially given the issues you encountered with both rooms, including the disrepair, cleanliness, and overall condition of the accommodations. It is disheartening to learn that we fell short of the standards that Marriott proudly upholds and that we were unable to provide you with the comfortable and elegant environment that we strive to offer all our guests. Please know that we take your feedback very seriously. We are already working with our hotel team to ensure that such maintenance and cleanliness issues are addressed promptly. I completely understand that a future promise to “make it better next time” does not remedy your most recent stay, and for that, I sincerely apologize. We highly value your feedback and appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention, as it helps us continue to improve our services and ensure that future stays better align with the high standards you rightfully expect from Marriott. Please feel free to contact me directly if you would like to discuss this further. We hope that we have the opportunity to welcome you again in the future and provide you with the exceptional experience that you deserve. Once again, please accept our heartfelt apologies. The hotel is in a great location. The Bed was comfortable. The staff, particularly the concierge, was a bright spot. The concierge, who has been with the hotel for 17 years, went above and beyond to help us switch rooms and was indeed a pleasure to deal with. His professionalism and warm demeanour stood in contrast to the now lacklustre environment.
Disliked · Having stayed at this property when it was the charming boutique hotel "Le Parc," I was saddened to see what it has become under the Marriott Bonvoy brand. Once a lovely, quaint escape just outside the centre of Paris, the hotel has lost all its former charm. The beautiful plaid and tartan décor that gave it such a warm, inviting feel has been replaced with a sterile, uninspired design featuring laminated white, grey, and shiny brown surfaces. The character that made this place so unique has been entirely erased. Our stay started on a disappointing note with a room in the offshoot of the hotel. The room had low ceilings and an unappealing view over a roof and felt damp, tired, and in need of serious renovation. To their credit, the staff quickly accommodated our request to move rooms. The second room was an improvement in that it wasn’t damp but still small, hard to manoeuvre around the furniture, outdated, and uncomfortable. The overall condition of the hotel is concerning. Peeling paint and scratched walls are everywhere, and the once lush, luxurious atmosphere has vanished. The property has not been maintained to the standard it once held. We chose not to dine at the hotel, as the atmosphere wasn’t conducive to a pleasant meal. Even the cappuccino in the lobby was disappointing, which only added to the overall sense of decline. I won’t be returning on my next visit to Paris, but I hope that one day, Marriott Bonvoy will invest in restoring this once-beautiful hotel to its former glory. Not worth £500+ a night.
