When me and my family arrived after our 8HR flight from NYC we were told our room would be ready in 1HR and the room only needed a “cleaning inspection”... We waited 3-4HR during which we were given excuse after excuse and that the room was cleaned and only needed to be checked... When we finally were given our keys, said room was so dirty the floor had blonde hair everywhere and my 4 year old son couldn’t walk without hair tangling on his toes... When Expedia called the same manager on duty (August 21, 2023 9am- 1pm ) she informed them we wouldn’t get a refund and that they “offered” to re-clean the room... Buyer beware I lost over $2000 on a room I didn’t stay in and complained about it...

    ...When we arrived, we had texted hotel through app to get early check in, they said it shouldn’t be a problem but when we got here at around 1pm, it wasn’t ready. They told us to wait in lobby as shouldn’t be long but after 30 minutes we left and still not ready... I had to call 4 times during the day to get it and finally after 4 times late in the night they finally brought it but unfortunately the person whi brought it had been working all day and left a really bad smell of body odour... Tv was not working but they fixed on second day...

    ...due to unforeseen circumstances we had to ship a large box of clothes back to the U.S. the concierge Leah and the door man were incredible helpful and kind in assisting us from finding a box and tape to - Leah following thru communicated with us when the service did not pick up when expected and making sure the package did get picked up. Our room was well appointed, the food and beverages were delicious attractively presented by friendly staff... The concierge made great suggests for Restaurants, entertainment, church, and site seeing, we will definitely return and highly recommend this Hotel...

    Very warm welcome, the hotel reached out ahead of our arrival to confirm arrival information... They upgraded the two standard rooms to garden view, which are slightly bigger, without asking... Plus, I asked if 1 of the rooms could be ready before standard check-in and they were able to make it happen... Upon entering the rooms there was a welcome gift of desserts, a bottle of red wine, along with a nice note... We had the breakfast buffet each morning and it was decent... Scrambled Eggs or made to order, bacon, toast, yogurt, cereal, cheese, etc... Great staff, everyone was pleasant and had a smile...

    Chose to stay at this hotel during the Roland Garros tournament because it was in walking distance about 45 mins... It took us 10-15 mins to walk to the Eiffel Tower and Champs d lysee... Check in/ out very straightforward although the hotel was full we never experienced any queues... Staff were absolutely fabulous be it concierge/reception/breakfast/ domestic... Breakfast great with hot and cold dishes and delicious morning pastries... The bar had a hydration area where you can fill water bottles before venturing out which is a nice touch... Room itself is lovely ,good size with a large bathroom and meticulously clean... At the roundabout interim for this hotel were plentiful restaurants and clothes stores...

    My mom and I stayed here while in Paris go 5 days. We upgraded our room to the Eiffel Tower view junior suite... The room was a good size, being able to see the Eiffel Tower right from our bed was pretty cool... They included breakfast which was also nice... The garden patio was so cute but closed due to it being winter... My mom slept on the couch one night with a house cost as a blanket as there was no extra blanket, which having a pull out sofa bed there should be extra blankets and pillows in the room... I would also recommend having a corkscrew in the room...

So the 1 bottle of Evian when we checked in was supposed to last 2 of us for 6 days?... Of course we drank tap water but the hotel should have provided 2 bottles of water daily... Also the body lotion was not replaced even after we finished it... Small hand towels in the bathroom went missing after the first day of use as well... I’m still waiting for the refund of €500 deposit (which is exorbitant and senseless) charged to my card for incidentals upon check-in... On the positive side, the location is good and right between 2 subway stations... It is also 20 mins walk to the Eiffel Tower...

They upgraded the two standard rooms to garden view, which are slightly bigger, without asking... Upon entering the rooms there was a welcome gift of desserts, a bottle of red wine, along with a nice note... The rooms are small but very comfortable beds... Good night sleep, no street noise... The bathroom was of good size, the only downside was there was no outlet in the bathroom for the hairdryer, had to dry my hair in the room... The outlet in the bathroom is low voltage for a razor only... We had the breakfast buffet each morning and it was decent... Scrambled Eggs or made to order, bacon, toast, yogurt, cereal, cheese, etc... Plenty of restaurants around both metro stations... Great staff, everyone was pleasant and had a smile...

We really enjoyed this hotel, a very nice place set in a beautiful Parisian street very close to the Arc de Triumph and some great restaurants. The lobby was very welcoming and had plenty of staff around to help. There is a lovely bar/sitting area as you go in but it was closed as we arrived fairly late at night. The concierge were brilliant, Gaël was great at getting us in the restaurant we chose which was challenging as it was fully booked with Parisians completely (Paris la Seize) but he managed to get us a table. The room was a very good size, super comfortable bed with all the luxury finishings you can imagine. The bathroom was a little smaller but particularly the bath which was narrow and difficult to get in and out of for a shower. Great amenities and fluffy white towels. All in all a fabulous stay and would book again!

My wife and I stayed for only one night, on our way back through Paris from the south of France. The hotel was a very pleasant surprise. It is a four star, but had better service and ammeneties than some five star hotels we have stayed in. Reception staff was very helpful and the concierge, Mehdi, was extremely so. We had a junior suite, so had plenty of room. (I know some other reviews have complained about the size of the standard rooms.) The room was updated, with enough convenient outlets for charging electronic devices (not always the case, even in five star properties). We did not have breakfast in the breakfast room or the charming courtyard, as we had to catch and early flight, but the room service breakfast was good and came on time. We had never stayed in the 16th before; it is a lovely neighborhood, convenient to the Arc de Triomphe and the Tour Eiffel (but not much else in terms of landmarks.)

The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. Our room faced the street and you can definitely hear the traffic and people on the street. Had we asked for the other side of the hotel, the view of the garden looked fabulous however I imagine could be equally as loud if the restaurant is serving dinner. My advice is to simply expect city noise. The location was great, close to the metro, a grocery store and plenty of restaurants.

I had some nice things happen at this hotel, but they were not many. I got in after a long flight and went to the desk at 11:30 and was told that my room was not ready. I can understand that rooms were to be ready at three. They told me they would make getting my room ready a top priority. I went out walked had lunch, came back at 1:30. a different gentleman demanded My passport, looked at me the entire time like I was disgusting bug for a few minutes, and then told me that my room was not ready. And sat down in the lobby and read in plain sight for over an hour and a half. I finally went up to the desk after three to find out that my room was ready. Instead of giving me my luggage, they said they would bring it up. It has been an extremely long flight and I wanted to shower. I waited over 20 minutes for my bag came back downstairs was told that it was probably on its way up and waited another five minutes before it appeared at my room. I had the same problem at the table. I came down waiting for a friend, but was one of the tables someone could’ve asked me if I wanted coffee. I waited 15 minutes with no one saying a word. For the most part continued that way. There were some decent exchanges, but for the most part, I was extremely disappointed with this hotel.

We were upgraded - using suite upgrade certificates. As such, of course the room was nice and large for European standards. The room needed some minor maintenance attention, but for the most part it exceeded our expectations. The restaurant was not that good, but see for yourself. For example, the breakfast buffet eggs were the most watery/runny eggs I have ever seen and the “bacon” was not cooked as you would expect back in the U.S. - basically looked like strips of raw fat. Obviously, since breakfast was presented that way every morning for 5 mornings, it must be a style thing - but not palatable for us, maybe for others. However, the pastries were very good! The two great things this property has going for it is the staff and location. I have not experienced such friendly and helpful staff at a hotel in years. Well done! The location is great too. A beautiful quiet and safe neighborhood with tons of places to eat nearby. The main attractions are a 10-15 minute walk or a 10/15E Uber ride away. It was so easy to get to everything. We would definitely stay here again! Great memories!

The hotel is located in a nice area with restaurants and shops. We received Outstanding Customer service from Maxime, Sameer,Jessica, Weelem, Abdel, and Giorgio!! The rooms are comfortable, theee is a beautiful restaurant that you have to walk through to get to your room. Beware the restaurant is Not part of the hotel and the staff at the restaurant are often RUDE!

This is my first review of a hotel ever! I’ve stayed in 100’s of different hotels over the years as a frequent traveler. I am a BonVoy Member and recently booked this hotel. I’ve had poor experiences but I’ve never seen a far from grace this drastically. When me and my family arrived after our 8HR flight from NYC we were told our room would be ready in 1HR and the room only needed a “cleaning inspection”. We waited 3-4HR during which we were given excuse after excuse and that the room was cleaned and only needed to be checked. When we finally were given our keys, said room was so dirty the floor had blonde hair everywhere and my 4 year old son couldn’t walk without hair tangling on his toes. Disgusting. Needless to say we called the manager and we’re told we would be given a refund but only needed to call Expedia in which we did. When Expedia called the same manager on duty (August 21, 2023 9am- 1pm ) she informed them we wouldn’t get a refund and that they “offered” to re-clean the room. We left that hotel immediately and after more than 5 stays there over the years we will no longer be staying there ever again and have chosen Le burgundy Hotel for future trips. Please see photo I’ve attached and never stay there!! Buyer beware I lost over $2000 on a room I didn’t stay in and complained about it. BonVoy.

Where to begin with this place...there were so many problems that happened in my 6 day stay here. I actually really loved the property, it's beautiful and charming and it's close to some good metro stops. It was really easy for sightseeing, and I personally got free breakfast which was a perk and the breakfast was good. But every day there was a problem and almost none of them got resolved. The shower head didn't stay up, it kept flopping down, I asked them to fix this 4 times before it got fixed. The toilet wouldn't flush properly, and I had to ask about this 3 times before I gave up and stopped asking. I was told that Paris toilets just don't work that well because they can't handle too much toilet paper, but every other toilet I used in Paris was fine. The phone in the room quite literally never worked and this was "fixed" several times. Any time someone would fix a problem, they would ask me "is this good?" I don't know, is it fixed? I didn't receive a turndown service or towel change regularly, and once when I asked at 6pm for a turndown service because the housekeeping employee was there to change the towels, she laughed at me and said "I'm done working now." The housekeeping staff shouted in the hallway many mornings at 7:30am. My biggest qualm was that this was supposed to be a smoke-free property, but it's not. I came from an Airbnb to here because this was smoke-free, but because the hotel runs or shares space with Maison Revka, the fancy restaurant, they let people smoke right at the entrance to the other tower of the hotel. So the property is NOT smoke free. I brought this up and they seemed surprised and did try to move the smoking area, I guess somewhere else? but the next night and hours late the same night I smelled smoke. I haven't decided if I would stay here again. For the amount of money it was, it was shocking there were this many problems.

We were so lucky to stay at the Renaissance Paris Noble Tour Eiffel Hotel. The staff was extremely helpful. due to unforeseen circumstances we had to ship a large box of clothes back to the U.S. the concierge Leah and the door man were incredible helpful and kind in assisting us from finding a box and tape to - Leah following thru communicated with us when the service did not pick up when expected and making sure the package did get picked up. Our room was well appointed, the food and beverages were delicious attractively presented by friendly staff. The concierge made great suggests for Restaurants, entertainment, church, and site seeing, we will definitely return and highly recommend this Hotel. A big shout out to Leah.
