This grand hotel truly is one to just visit. The afternoon tea is a must experience. The teas, pastries and staffing were amazing. I Loved my room, very lovely, bright and airy -- perfect walking distance to Hermes.

Commissioned by King Louis XV in 1758 and built by Ange-Jacques Gabriel, the greatest architect of his time, it would later come to be the personal residence of the family of the Count of Crillon before becoming a palace hotel in 1909. Over the years, this legendary palace has captivated generations of guests including royalty, heads of state and luminaries drawn to the City of Light. Located at 10 Place de la Concorde in the heart of Paris, Hotel de Crillon’s past provides a rich backdrop to its modern-day story. This area is characterized by its namesake avenue which extends northwest from the Louvre to the modern business district, punctuated by the iconic Arc de Triomphe. Grand embassies stand among impressive offices and presidential palaces; architecture from 19th century Universal Exhibitions, homes, art galleries, and 19th century streets designed by Baron Haussmann flank haute-couture boutiques. This
neighborhood never rests, buzzing with visitors from around the world at all times of day and night, all within a stone's throw of the Seine.
