Fronted by the majestic architecture of Ange-Jacques Gabriel, Hôtel de Crillon, A Rosewood Hotel overlooks the spectacular Place de la Concorde, one of the most beautiful city squares in the world. Built at Louis XV’s request, the hotel became the residence of the illustrious Count de Crillon and his family for many years and was transformed into a hotel in 1909 under the guidance of architect Walter-André Destailleur. Since then, its guest list has featured celebrities, politicians, artists, princes and queens, all attracted to the hotel’s unique and perennial reputation for excellence. Hôtel de Crillon has long since secured its iconic status as a one-of-a-kind property, a living testament to the very best way of life France has to offer. Following a four-year transformation, the Palace hotel opened in 2017 and now boasts 124 guestrooms and suites, four restaurants, a spa, a swimming pool, three heritage landmark salons for meetings and functions, and more.

So much to be written about the wonderful and unforgettable moments we spent at the Hotel de Crillon. We could not travel abroad to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary and loved the idea of a staycation in a palace; a complete getaway in our own hometown! The Crillon staff helped me prepare this surprise and was present every step of the way to plan for an unforgettable moment, listening to our needs and coming up with many possibilities to choose from. It all started with a Maybac picking us up at our home and a warm welcome at our arrival with people that made us feel confortable right away. Thank you to Adrien who was there for us the entire stay, showed us to our rooms, gave us some history about this landmark and then took us for a tour of the hotel’s ´landmarks’ : the historical salons, the Lagerfeld appartements, the top floor suites, the Duc de Crillon suite... a pleasure for the eyes, different styles but with the right blend of modernity & history, legacy, luxury and cosiness. If you have any doubt all these can be found in one place, stay at the Crillon and you will find it! Our experience continued with lunch at the Jardin d’Hiver with a friendly staff full of attention. We experienced the Sense spa with a 1hr massage that was just perfect and looked with envy at the gorgeous indoor pool (closed due to current situation). A manucure and brushing for my wife that she loved and here we were, ready for THE dinner. A big thanks to Pierre-Antoine who took care of us throughout the entire evening ! The dinner took place in the Marie-Antoinette salon overlooking Place de la Concorde. The food prepared by the Chef of L’Ecrin with a menu customed to our taste was beyond expectations, a genuine 1 Michelin star deserving more ;-)! The champagne and wine selected specially by the Chef sommelier celebrated year 2000, our wedding year. Pierre-Antoine then took us to the wine ´cellar’ , a beautiful room with a carved wood ceiling where the best of the wines the world has to offer are kept. If you like wines and want to spend some time being surrounded by wonders, go there! The Hotel de Crillon is so much mor than a place offering spacious and beautiful rooms ans suites with luxurious amenities, it is an experience in itself, a real gem in the parisian Palaces’ landscape and a dedicated team to entertain the magic! Thank you again so much to all the hotel staff for making our stay so memorable! Bravo!

We unfortunately only stayed one night in this wonderful hotel. After making the reservation, the staff asked if there was any special occasion for our visit, which there was. The MBA graduation of my fiancé. After a super friendly welcome upon arrival, in which immediately her graduation was mentioned, we were shown to our room (free upgrade). To our immense surprise there was a huge bunge of balloons waiting, as well as a large, framed card, signed by all managers of the hotel (reception, restaurant, housekeeping, spa, concierge, etc. etc.). Very moving. For the rest we enjoyed the marvelous restaurant (unfortunately due to covid, only one of them was open), great bar and superb Spa. All the staff were courteous, friendly, helpful....a great experience. The room itself, was spacious, very comfortable (especially the bed) and a very nice bathroom in white marble. We will definitely be back here for a longer stay.

Came with my gf to have a two day escape, some shopping, food, and just have fun. We chose the most luxury hotel in town to just be pampered. The hotel is beautiful, great location. The room was also very nice. Spacious. But the staff was 50% amazing, attentive and kind. And the other 50, rude, inattentive, ignorant and vulgar! Incredible!! + as we arrived the guy at the reception was super friendly and attentive, (he saw that i was pregnant, in the evening they brought us a stuffed toy with a blue balloon, i told him i was expecting a boy, and two sets of delicious chocolate). also the butler girl that took us around was very friendly. The best was the luggage boy! He remembered us from the instance we arrived, knew our room number by heart, so when we would pass by, just to drop something off he would be, yes room 417! Ill take care of it! Thats service. - now to the minuses. As we walked to our room with the butler she pointed out how amazing, iconic and unique their terrace is and we have to go see it. So we said, sure, right before dinner we will have drinks there. So before dinner, we get ready and go to check out the terrace. We enter the lobby and ask one of the hotel staff where the elevator to the terrace is. He tells us completely rudely its fully booked! So we say fine, we will just go upstairs to see the view, then he all of a sudden says its a private event, we cant go at all!! Then my friend got super mad and went to talk to the reception. Who said of course we can go up, they will call someone to take us to the terrace. Guess what, same unfriendly, rude dude, who just told us it was private event came!! Tells us one little minute and wax gone for 10!!! Left us standing at the entrance of the hotel! (Remember, i am still 5 months pregnant!) nowhere to sit! Just standing! A joke! My friend went again to complaint yo the reception! They fished him out of somewhere again. He took us with a super unhappy face to the terrace, where half the tables were free and the once taken, for sure not by some private event! What a liar!!! We had a great dinner and came back at 12:30 back to the hotel, to fund it with a gate closed and almost deserted!!! Of course shorty a night porter came asked us for our room, no sorry, asked us how he can help! That wad actually the phrase of all the rude staff: how can i help you? Seriously!! I usually stay at 5 star hotels. I am pregnant. I dont look like a fashinista, or hanging with carats and pave diamond watches, but i dress well and look always nice. Never have i been asked how can i help you. We are staying here! Open the door! Next morning the rudeness continues. We come to the breakfast area. Apart from us there are 3 other tables. We sit outside. Takes the girl 10min to come outside to set the table. Then we order, everything comes, but i do decide that its too cold and want to move inside. Tell the girl and in the mean time decide to go get my jacket from the room. Return to the breakfast area, greeted there once more “how can i help you?” I was here 20min ago, having breakfast, do you have a memory of a fish??? There are still just 3 tables at breakfast! Seriously! And my food is still outside! I went to get my tea, had a sip and left! We packed out stuff, and left it at the reception. We returned at 4pm to pick up our luggage and leave for the station. Guess what, the same rude terrace guy throughs himself in front of us with the phrase “how may i help you”!!! That was the end! I exploded then! I mean, seriously! I come to paris 3-4 times a year. Stay in normal 5 star hotels and never have a been treated as a prostitute/escort. This how can i help you? You dont look to our standard of a guest??? I guess you have to be a guy to be staying at that hotel or celebrity, but as two young nice looking girls, you will be taken for escort. Will never stay at this place again. Really bad. The best guy who should be promoted is the luggage guy. Best memory, friendliest, and could really represent a 5 start hotel.

Roof Top Saturday September 12, 2020 Greeted at the front door, we were escorted to the top floor of the hotel for drinks and appetizers. Very friendly atmosphere with the impeccable service of the Crillon, both cocktails and Tartines menus were well explained and delicious, “house Champagne” was priced very reasonably and the cocktails incredible. The view is priceless !

Hi Everyone, As I was looking for nice spot to take my girlfriend from drinks I came across the new rooftop bar they created at Le Crillon and I have to say it was absolutely amazing. I think we can all agree that Paris is one of the most beautiful city in the world and le Crillon gives us the opportunity to see Paris from the sky. The view from the rooftop bar is absolutely breathtaking as you can pretty much all monuments (eiffel tower, Arc de Triomphe, Grand Palais etc...). The drinks were also delicious, I really recommend the one made with Gin (I can't remember the name...). I recommend very strongly this place for the quality of the drinks + the view !!! Don't hesitate to try it !
