We loved our short stay at the Hilton Paris Opera. The staff was extremely courteous and even gave us a late checkout for no extra charge. The rooms were large and very clean. And the breakfast spread was spectacular! The hotel location is excellent as it's centrally located and close to everything. Special thanks to Max from the concierge desk who helped us locate our Uber driver and took our bags all the way across the street and even waited in the cold despite us telling him he didn't need to. Thanks! We'll definitely be back!

It is always such a pleasure to be back at this property. The location is fantastic, with multiple options for walking, shopping and restaurants. And then the staff are so amazing, I really wish I could remember all the names. A very warm welcome awaits you at the Front Office reception, who go out of their way to meet all your requirements. The staff in the Executive Lounge are always eager to please. And then of course there is the brilliant Concierge Team, who are so incredibly knowledgeable and full of suggestions and ideas that make the trip memorable. My grateful Thanks to all.

Stayed one night at this property when I was in Paris. The location is prefect in central Paris. Only five minutes walk to Gallery Lafayette and PrintTemp dept stores. I booked standard room and was upgraded to junior suite due to my Hilton Diamond status. Beautiful property and nice room. Breakfast buffett was fine and the croissants were to die for. I would definitely stay here again …

We checked in to this hotel on Monday. As Hilton Diamond members they said they gave us an upgrade to a queen junior suite on the highest floor. The got the high floor correct. I had requested a large room and a large bathroom. The bedroom is so tiny that two people can't pass in it. The bathroom is pretty, but small. It has no room for my cosmetics so I have to keep them in a bag. It has a hairdryer with no outlet to plug it in; the only place I can plug it in is in the bedroom and there is absolutely no mirror there. The sitting room has only one lamp and that one dim. It surely has room, and an outlet for another lamp if only they would put one there. So the room is basically worthless at night it is so dark. I have read good reviews of this hotel but they surely did treat this diamond member shabbily. Won't be staying again. Oh,I almost forgot, the heating system truly lacks; spent a lot of time shivering.…

We stayed for three nights at the Paris Opera Hilton in January. We like the hotels location ( close to Saint-Lazare train station but still only half an hour walking distance from landmarks like Arc de Triomphe. We received an upgrade ( as I am a Diamond HH member) but even so the bar, breakfast and location make this a gem in the area. Not to mention the staff who were impeccable during our stay

We had a wonderful time celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary in Paris November 2023. The capstone was five nights at the Hilton Paris Opera. The location was perfect. The Opera provided immediate access to public and private transportation. It is in the heart of the 9th district. Lot’s of people, shopping, dining . . . and traffic. We took a taxi most of the time because taxi’s can use the bus lane. Metro stops and the train station are adjacent so you have allot of options. Thirty minutes to CDG if you hit the road before traffic. The bell staff, concierge, and wait staff were friendly and always available. The Grand Salon is ooh la la. Drinks are great and you can pick up a late afternoon or early evening snack. They treat Hilton Honors members very well. 19th century building provides a very cool ambience. My Better Half and I stayed here in November 2023. From the arrival until our departure, we were well taken care of and look forward to our next visit to the Hilton Opera Paris. The team was excellent. From the concierge upon arrival welcoming us warmly to the front desk ensuring our bags were in the taxi - we thank the team kindly. And a special note of thanks for the breakfast room leader - great lady with glasses - she took great care of us, even one morning when we came a bit late. Her welcome and smiles made our morning and day. The room - 391 - was very nice. A large room facing the front of the hotel, which is on a busy stretch of the street. Yes, there was some noise from the road, and yes we could hear the rumble of the metro at quiet times, but we’re city people too, and didn’t mind at all. The room, well appointed kept us comfortable across our days. The large shower and heated bathroom floors were welcomed, as was the large closet. The breakfast and executive lounge was very good - what you’d expect from a Hilton. The aforementioned service in the breakfast room will be a nice long-lasting memory. And I would be be doing a disservice if I did not mention the beautiful lounge cafe which sits up the stairs from the front doors. We enjoyed a beverage just to take in the beautiful architecture and design. The Hilton was in a wonderful location for us. We enjoy walking - more than 20k steps daily, and made our way to many sites/areas including Notre Dame/Isle of St Louis, Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triumph, Montmarte, some shopping, etc. The immediate neighborhood was full of shops including a short walk to Printemps and Galaries Lafayette. Really nice hotel and staff, attentive, clean tidy well located hotel, the rooms are a reasonable size, the breakfast are very good, plenty of choice, and is open from 630 - 10am. Ask for a road side room for best street view, great shops at mid range pricing in the train station behind the hotel, the steak house across the road is excellent. No mini bar in the rooms which was disappointing, but Good size bar in the hotel and lobby entrance is well organised. Well done Managment and team at Hilton Paris Opera!
