We are Hilton Diamond members and were unable to obtain a room upgrade because of hotel occupancy. We were given a standard room which would easily qualify as the smallest hotel room we have ever stayed in. That being said the hotel staff was very friendly. The executive lounge manned in the evening by Saleem was very good. Saleem was excellent and helped us many nights with our food selections. The Diamond breakfast included an excellent breakfast buffet including custom omelets. The buffet had something for everyone. The hotel was built in 1899 and has a wonderful bar area with high ceilings just behind the front desk.

Hotel's Favorite
My wife and I had a brief 3 night stay at the lovely Hilton Paris Opera. The building itself is lovely with a great history. All areas, including the rooms reflect that, and it's nice to see that they chose to preserve this history while modernizing the amenities of the hotel. Le Grand Salon in particular was mesmerizing. We ended up spending quite a bit of time in there, having lunch or drinks in the evening, just because of how amazing the space is. The breakfast was also on point, with all the usual suspects and the quality being there as well. The staff was excellent. Very professional and friendly, a balance which is often difficult to reach, they accommodated our every request. Cleaning was on point, covid safety observed at all times, we felt completely secure during our stay. The location seemed perfect for us to do a bit of casual exploring around the area. Special mention goes to the bed, pillows and linens. Having a good night's sleep (and sometimes an afternoon also) was critical for us to unwind after a busy few months of work, and the bedding worked wonders!

Our experience started off very well as we got upgrade to a Queen Suite before we arrived! The hotel location is great, just short walk from the E line which goes to Gare Du Nord so it is very easy to get to. Whilst its on a busy street the hotel itself is very quiet. Check-in was nice and quick and we were in a room shortly after arriving. The Queen Suite isn't huge, but this is Paris and its more than big enough for a couple. The quality of everything was great, from TVs to the excellent climate control and a nespresso machine. The room faced into the courtyard so no view but made it quiet. I found the bed so comfortable that on the first night I dreamt that I could reception and told them I was buying the mattress!!! Sleep quality was excellent, with virtually no noise from the corridor. Breakfast was great, a nice buffet but never felt too busy. The gym room is nothing special but has some cardio machines and light dumbbells. Overall we stayed 4 nights and it was a fantastic experience, highly recommend.

This hotel is everything you expect from a nice hotel so I won’t say more than that. The true selling point is its location. The Gare Saint Lazare train station is literal located 50 feet behind the hotel. Every type of transport is at your fingertips — main line trains, regional trains (RER), the subway, bus lines, and taxis. You can go anywhere in the city with ease. We made day trips to Versailles and Normandy. Just jump on the RER line and go! And then we used the metro to get anywhere in the city fast and easy. This is a major metro stop you you can get anywhere from there. Likewise, it’s in a great neighborhood located just a few blocks from the Paris Opera house and fine shopping district. There is even a post office less than a block away so you can mail your purchases home. Btw, you might think the train station creates noise at the hotel. In fact, it is quiet and peaceful. Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, good breakfast, and clean rooms. All in all, a superb location and a great experience.

First Time to Paris so decided to stay with trusted accommodations. The Hotel is centrally located on the north side of the river and within an hour walk of most famous attractions. Taxi and Ubers were very easy to get too. Hotel was super clean and professionally run, but once inside the environment was somewhat cold. Reception staff was nice, professional, but a little robotic. Definitely a good spot if you are visiting for work/job. Our room was really small with limited view when compared to cost. We had no major issues but I would recommend looking for something South of the River with more of a boutique feel. Our very good rating was well deserved based on the outstanding service of the Bell Service and an amazing concierge named Raphael ! Despite supporting an entire hotel, he took time with us to find a great place for dinner(which was amazing), arranged reservations, and helped us get transportation there. Thanks Raphael!

I just stayed at the Paris Hilton which was right next to the subway and near many great stores. The rate came with a very good breakfast and the room was a charm. Many described it as outdated but this room was charming and had many French touches a comfortable bed and a great shower.

I came to Paris because I wanted to back to a place haven't been to since 2018, I opted to stay at Hilton Opera in Paris, France. I flew from Rome to Paris on Air France and landed in the morning to Paris, France and checking in was a little smooth compared to the other hotels in Paris I've stayed at.
