We stayed here for 3 nights on our first visit to Paris. It was quite freaky driving through areas where we felt we needed to lock doors and be ready for anything. It was disappointing to arrive to hotel in a side alley, which didn’t...More

This was our first time in Paris and the staff at this hotel was very friendly and helpful. The location is great, the food was awesome, and I loved our room. This hotel also has fresh flowers and a scent machine which makes it smell...More
The reviews were good, but I was a little apprehensive about a hotel that was featured by at least one large tour company. My uneasiness was not calmed as our driver from the airport went through some depressed looking sections of the city. The hotel...More
Thank you to Maria on reception. Last minute stay given Eurostar chaos at Gare du Nord. Maria was wonderful - welcoming, helped me find somewhere open to buy a change of clothes, provided toiletries and was genuinely kind.
Room was good enough, not huge but...More

It is about a half hour walk. First of all get a local map from the front desk. It is a straight line walk along one road that changes its name several times. Turn right out of the hotel then turn left onto Rue Poissonnaire which changes to rue des petite carreaux after you cross the road at rue de clery. It then changes again to rue Montorgueil after you cross Rue Leopold Bellan which will take yo to the Les Halles shopping centre which tends to be a bit of a maze, (just ask someone if you get a bit lost here) essentially you are looking for McDonalds and when you pass by it you are then looking for Place Maurice Quentin to find rue du Pont Neuf which you follow across rue de Rivoli and this takes you to Pont Neuf on the Seine. Paris isn’t hard to find your way around, but if you are a first timer a map is essential.
It is a lovely walk and you pass by many local shops and people gaze.
Good luck with your travels. The hotel is fabulous, especially the breakfast.
