Le Grand Hotel Cayré was the perfect place to enjoy our 4 day visit to Paris. The hotel is brand new, it’s been open for one month and we were one of the first guests to enjoy this incredible hotel. We stayed in a premium room on the fifth floor, which had the most beautiful interiors, comfy bed & super quiet noise cancelling windows. The tv connects to Netflix and the bathroom is cozy with great lighting for make up. The bathroom is a little on the small side but perfect for what you need. The room has 2 full mirrors in the room which is also super helpful for us girls. The area of saint germain is very chic, and the hotel is well located near to upmarket restaurants & stores with a lovely local/authentic vibe. The hotel has a metro stop literally outside the door which is great. Above all, the staff at the hotel are beyond fantastic. They go the extra mile to ensure all is smooth, and even accepted parcels on my behalf before my arrival. Could not recommend this hotel enough!

The location was great, the room was cozy. The pillows are really the fluffiest I have ever had:) The breakfast was also good. It was not served as buffet style. As general breakfast I got bread assortie with croissant and butter, jams and honey, scramble eggs and also fresh juice and coffee. I was expecting to have some vegetable/fruits, but extra pay was needed for this. The hotel is new with a very pleasant atmosphere inside. The rooms vary in style. Initially, I stayed in the most classic room, but it turned out to be quite small, facing the courtyard, and the space felt a bit closed in. As the hotel manager mentioned, 'this is the simplest and most affordable option in the hotel.' Since I wanted a city view, I decided to upgrade on the spot. Although the room was supposed to be the same size but with a different view, it felt more spacious and much cozier. I highly recommend choosing this option!

We stayed here for 3 nights when it was the Olympics. The staff are very friendly and really helpful. Our room was lovely but they were having a problem with the air conditioning, they gave us a fan for the room and we could open the windows. We had dinner in the restaurants one night which was really good, much better than most restaurants in hotels and we were served by a lovely lady from South America. The lcoation is great for getting around. The only thing which was very odd was the breakfasts, it was included in our room but you basically didn't get any choice ( apart form the choice of two different juices, tea or coffee) every morning it was a couple of mini pasteries each and a whole bowl of very rich scrambled eggs. No choice of anythign else included in the room rate, the breakfast really let down our stay here. One morning we just ordered as an extra some fruit and smoke salmon as otherwise our breakfast was just so beige. Even to have boiled or poached eggs they charged you extra, it was very odd.

I had reserved 2 double rooms in October 2024, for a period of 3 nights.(4 adults)
The hotel is extraordinarily beautiful and elegant, the staff is very helpful at the reception as well as at the bar and restaurant.
The cleaning services in the room are very poor; the rooms were not cleaned until this was complained to the reception.
Also no
the daily coffee was refreshed only after complaining about this at the reception. (the appointments on the tablet in the room, where you request everything you want, were made by us according to the instructions at the reception)
The breakfast was very bad, poor and monotonous compared to the level of the hotel.
Every day it was the same (identical) menu, consisting of simple scrambled eggs, coffee, juice, and 4 croissants shared between 2 people. Anything you request to add to the egg preparation costs 5 euros.....there is no such thing
normal. I can't imagine that if I had stayed 7 nights at this hotel, I would have had to eat the same breakfast 7 mornings; anyway, 3 identical breakfasts were more than enough for the next 5 months of life.

Recently stayed at the newly refurbished Le Grand Hotel Cayre while visiting Paris for the Olympics. Booked very last minute and was so pleasantly surprised. The hotel has recently refurbished following renovating and it gets 5 stars from me. The location is superb for walking to the amazing sites of Paris as well as the metro on the doorstep. The rooms are beautifully designed with everything you need including some stunning views of the Eiffel Tower. The staff were just so lovely and could not do enough and recommended some super places to visit in the neighbourhood. We ate breakfast in the hotel which was so fresh and again the staff were super. I did not realise there was a wonderfully equipped gym and will definitely bring my workout gear the next time. the staff allowed us to leave our baggage during the day so we could do some last minute sight seeking which was so thoughtful.

You feel right at home as soon as you step into the hotel. From the welcome at reception to ordering drinks and food you will not be disappointed by the high quality of service.
The atmosphere is more of a private members club than a hotel, so guests can relax with like-minded locals and guests.

The room we stayed in was really a spacey room for Paris standards. Very helpful hotel staff provided details that we needed. Metro station is almost in the hotel :) The location of the hotel is really central, one side is St Germain and the other side is Le Bon Marche.
