Excellent hotel. We had room 701 which I highly recommend for its fantastic views. The room was a great size with a TV, hairdryer, coffee machine, fridge and kettle. The staff could not do enough and the breakfast could not be faulted. It was fairly central, an easy walk to the river and the Louvre. The sunday flea market on the road was a great surprise. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Loved our stay here. The perfect location to see all the sites , the metro is right on the doorstep and it’s in such a lovely place. Maid service was fabulous and the room was immaculate. Paris was everything I imagined it would be ❤️

The best thing about the K+K is the location. The neighborhood is upscale with wonderful shops and restaurants and it's within walking distance of many attractions. The service has declined in the decade since I stayed there last. I am not sure if it is hotel policy, but the desk staff is not nearly as friendly as they used to be, nor will they help you book tours or reservations (instead pointing guests to the computer for use in the business center). There is no longer a bar or bistro, though you can buy wine and beer from 6 to 8pm. The breakfast is still good, though they no longer include champagne. There was also no welcome gift upon check in. They seem to be skimping now on the little personalized touches that I enjoyed so much in 2012. I did hear that the hotel is due for a renovation next year, maybe with some physical improvements they will regain some of their original welcoming attitude.

Dear Christine, I am terribly sorry to hear such a review from a returning guest. Indeed, things have changed since 2012 having had the Covid and as you know worldwide the problem in recruiting like before. That said, I do hope to have the chance to welcome you again and show you that our services, the friendliness of our team are still outstanding.

I stayed in hotel K+K Cayre Saint Germain des Pres in PARIS (4 Boulevard Raspail Paris, 75007) in May 2022 through TripAdvisor Plus booking. I accidentally left 60 Euros worth of brand new hair products in the bathroom when I checked out. The house keeping claimed they never found the products. Stay in this hotel at your own risk, never leave anything when checking out, as most likely, you will never see them again! Here is the full story. I bought in store near the hotel 1 big bottle 500ml of Shampoo and 1 big bottle 200ml of conditioner, brand new Christophe Robin products which cost 60 Euros, on May 15, and brought them back to the hotel. I used it in my hotel bathroom for once. When I checked out of the hotel the next morning, I browsed to make sure that I've taken everything with me, not realizing that I had left my brand new big bottle of Shampoo and Conditioner in the bathroom (it is not directly viewable from the bathroom door location as the items were placed at the far end of bathtub behind the shower curtain). I quickly realized this situation after I left, and immediately called the hotel on May 17th evening. The evening shift personnel asked me to call back the next morning and talk to the front desk. I called on May 18th morning, and the front desk said they have checked with housekeeping and the cleaning person claimed that they have not seen the products. I called in the evening of May 18th again, and they asked me to email the hotel reservations.cayre@kkhotels.com instead. I emailed the address they gave me the same day with details, never heard a word back. I have now returned to my home in America and formally reported my incident to TripAdvisor Plus, where I had booked by reservation. I also forwarded the email that I sent to the hotel to Tripadvisor plus and they opened a case. But the hotel said that there was nothing they could do about this. I am deeply disappointed that the items I left at my room were forever lost. Cleaning the bathroom before the next guest's arrival is a standard procedure for the cleaning staff. There is no way those big bottles of 500ml size shampoo and 200ml bottle of conditioner can be missed. They were huge! It is not acceptable for hotel housekeeping staff to not return the items that guests have forgotten in the room. I will never stay in this property again, as I deeply worry about the character of their house keeping team, and the attitude of the hotel's customer service.

I traveled to Paris for the first time with my girlfriend last week. We decided to choose this hotel and had a wonderful stay. The location was perfect, it was really easy to get anywhere we wanted to and easy to get back to the hotel after long days of sightseeing and enjoying Paris. Breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of food options to choose from. The staff was great and very professional. I'd like to give a special shout-out to: Karl, Benjamin, Enrico, Pamela, Hameed, and Ines for ensuring all our needs were met quickly and that we had everything we needed. We felt very welcomed during our stay and we're happy to recommend this hotel to everyone.

We enjoyed the location of this hotel as it was super easy to get around having the metro across the street. The rooms are small, bathroom very small and I would highly recommend a balcony for fresh air and a small view of the Paris street below. The hotel breakfast is fantastic but a little pricey. Beds were a bit hard. Overall a solid 3.5-4 star hotel. The neighbourhood is great with many cafes around.

This was our second stay at K&K and it is in a great location with excellent restaurant choices. Rooms were somewhat spacious and clean with maid service daily! The breakfast is extra but a definite plus! We were on 6th floor(611&612) with a balcony which was lovely. The staff could use more customer service training…Whenever asking for help they always seemed to be bothered by any inquiry. Dinner reservations always a problem/one night we were told the reservation was confirmed and upon arrival we were not on the list! Only other negative is the bar/don’t bother …selection weak and not open nightly. Two especially rude front desk employees were Enrico (rude and bothered by any question)and Ines(knew no English). Even the young girl who checked you in at breakfast was not friendly…May consider another hotel only due to staff…

This hotel is perfect! It is in such a perfect location for walking to almost everywhere you’d want to go in Paris! The staff are friendly and most speak decent English so it’s easy to communicate your needs. Lovely shops and delicious food and coffee all within a block or two. I will definitely stay here again!

Hotel Cayre was a very comfortable hotel with a spacious room. Great location in St. Germain and close to many excellent restaurants. Walking distance to the Louvre and Champs Elysees among other sights. The staff was extremely helpful - even with a 5:30 a.m. departure. Would definitely recommend.

We first checked into the hotel for 5 days and were given Room 712. It was incredibly TINY & the slanted ceiling just made it worse. The room had several broken fixtures & lacked many amenities; No clothes iron, empty mini bar, Water temperature was inconsistent & worse of all, AC didn’t work properly. However, The room had a wonderful view of Sacre-coeur, but that was possibly the only nice thing about the room. We then checked out & went on a two day trip & then checked back in when we came back. I would’ve much rather gone to a different hotel, but we already had our bookings done before hand. Upon re-checking in, we asked for a bigger room than the previous one & we were given room 105. It was MASSIVE. It overlooked a small side street, but Much better than the first room. However, once again, broken fixtures & outdated furniture. Our second experience was a lot better than the first, but overall, i think the hotel deserves 3* at best. You can probably find nicer hotels for the same pricing.
