Lovely friendly hotel, very clean. Couple of points to note - ensure if you book a double room you get one bed and not two singles; and they offer 24/7 bar and pizza menu - but when we asked for this at 12.30am on Monday 20 November the night porter said it wasn’t available which was very disappointing. Breakfast excellent value.

Comfy trendy room, in a great location. You are right on the Paris Métro serving line 6 which is a good central line. You feel like you are in a less touristy part of Paris, less busy area but still able to get anywhere easily enough. The hotel is lovely and nice staff but my only issue was I had asked for help with arranging a taxi for the day I left which they forgot, so I ended up ubering. Honestly that was the only issue I had. Felt comfortable coming back on the train at night alone as it was so close to the station. Room looked very much like the photos, were small but you don't need much room when you are in Paris and out all day. I don't know if Australian accents are harder to understand globally but I do feel like that happened a bit when asking for help at the desk.

Stayed here for 3 nights B&B basis with my sister and cousin. Flew to Paris as tickets via Eurostar were ridiculously expensive. After collecting luggage follow directions to the train station. Take green line 6, ticket cost €11.45 per person, confirm this journey with staff who are very helpful, to reassure yourself. Quite a few stops, do not get off at Station Bercy as the name of the hotel indicates. Get off at the next station ‘Dugommier’. Come out of the station and turn left. Look up at the building in front of you, it has 209 painted on the side wall. This is the hotel. Stayed in what was termed ‘Suite 209’ on the 8th floor because it slept 3 people. Super comfortable beds, walk in shower, toiletries, bathrobes & slippers supplied. Also coffee machine with coffee, milk & sugar supplied. WIFI very strong. Attached to room was an outside area where you could sit and relax. Because the suite was at the end of the floor, views from the balcony were lovely, hopefully if one does not suffer from vertigo. 😃 Breakfast lovely, hot & cold food, you can’t beat the French for their ‘croissants’ 👍 Super coffee, tea, juices, fruit and other lovely bits served. Very satisfying. Cleaning done very well. Staff all round, reception, breakfast room, cleaning, all friendly and courteous. Supermarket across the road bearing to the left, plenty of cafes as well as an oriental restaurant with lovely food at super rates, sit in or take away. Dugommier station so close to the hotel fantastic for travelling to and from around as well as connections. Hotel in a lovely area, thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Highly recommended. Many thanks

I chose this hotel to be near the Gare de Lyon and the Bercy train stations. It was very convenient to both. The room was small but had a balcony that was very pleasant to use in the morning and evening. The room had a small desk area and tea/coffee with a kettle. So while the room was small it was not unbearably so. The breakfast was fairly simple but there were other places to eat nearby. The metro was also on the same corner so very convenient to get around the city. The immediate area is mostly residential and quiet. It was very pleasant to stay here. The staff were outgoing and helpful.

Unfortunately the rooms are very small, no daily housekeeping, very limited items of the breakfast buffet, friendly check-inn staff. All the staff in the Lobby are very polite & friendly! It’s location is nice & a lot of restaurants are near by it!

The staff and service were friendly, welcoming and nothing seemed an issue. The daily house keeping was up there with 5 star hotels. There is everything you need either in the hotel or right outside - including weekly markets and the metro. Our room even had the cutest lil balcony and they made the most of every square inch of storage in the room.

My room, like many of the hotel rooms in Paris, was very small. But it was clean and comfortable. I spent only one night as I had arrived in Paris and was leaving on the train the next day. I was comfortable walking in the area at night. If you stay for longer, do explore the nearby Avenue Daumesnil which is lined with atelier after atelier where hand-made items are created: shoemakers, violin makers, leatern craftsmen, etc. etc. I’d say this is one of the most interesting streets in Paris.
