The hotel is very well located, the bedroom and the beds were good, but the bathroom was a cubicle without privacy implanted in the middle of the room. The shower does not go straight water. Maybe it was a bad luck because we stayed in the room on the seventh floor which was like an old loft adapted, I did not know the rooms of the other floors, maybe in them the bathroom is better.

Really well located hotel close to everyone. Clean, quiet, very attentive staff, really a very good memory and we will return. The staff were really kind to us to the point of helping us out with an umbrella given the season and giving very good advice because we were on vacation. THANKS

I stayed in this hotel while my three days trips to Paris in the year 2021. The hotel has no splendid building but is a great location to move around easily. The Opera House, Louvre museum, Notre Dame Cathedral, and Sen rive are within walking distance. The hotel serves visitors indecent manner.

We stayed for 3 nights.
The hotel offers a basic, friendly service and the location is really strategic to visit all the major points of interest of the city, even on foot. The environment is clean, quiet and very quiet despite being 100 meters from the road that connects Operà to Louvre.
Thank you.

The hotel location is very good. The room we stayed in on the first day was a little small and there was a problem with the cost, we passed it to the staff and changed it immediately afterward, we moved into a large room. The staff was really attentive. There are many negative reviews on cleanliness, but the rooms and sheets are immaculately clean... our next stop will be here again.

Bad experience at this hotel. Rude and arrogant employees. I had a problem with double charges on my card (I paid in full through the hotel website, but they charged me again at check in) and I only resolved it by opening a direct process with the bank. The employees make fun of their intelligence and I even had to put up with one of them shouting at me and saying that it was my problem. Ah, solo female travelers suffer.
Improvised, tiny room. There used to be a minibar, but now there isn't even that anymore. It's only good for the location, but I inform you that there are several other hotels that are really 3 stars and that are more worth it. Completing the evaluation, I was forced to spend 7 days in this hotel with my minor son and only 1 bath towel, because the hotel does not have the capacity to verify this, despite requests.

Stayed here with my two teens for 4 nights, our room was on the 6th floor with 4 single beds, Room was quite big for Paris standards ..it was clean and beds where comfortable.
The location is great with plenty of restaurants nearby, there is a little french one just round the corner with great food and lovely staff. loads of Asian places nearby.

Opera Metro station is about 10 mins walk

All the reception staff where really nice and very helpful ,, give us great advice and helped me sort out printing Disneyland tickets (thank you!)

I would stay here again and highly recommend it.

Standard rooms are so small that a couple could never fit on the bed. We had to change our room to superior room which had a bigger bed. Not enough light and the shower had no power. We would never stay there again. For the price we paid, we could have stayed in a much better place. Not a 3 star hotel at all.

We probably had the worst room in the hotel. Under the roof - the water pressure was not enough to shower, a ventilation pipe gave us two sleepless nights, there were two camp bed extra beds and two more beds that slid through the room with every movement and squeaked like hell. The air conditioning did not work and the chlorinated water could only be drunk boiled.
The location is very good - but we gave up all service and breakfast - we did not want to experience another wash.

My wife, I and our two children ages 7 and 9 visited this hotel in mid-October. In more than 30 years of extensive International travel for both business and pleasure, I had the most disappointing hotel experience ever at this hotel. This hotel, listed as a three star establishment should not qualify for even one star. The dark dingy room no more than 12' x 12' had four tiny beds (and you can imagine hardly room to navigate between then to the bathroom or out the door. There was hair in the bathroom sink and on the tiny bathroom floor when we arrived in our room. No proper shower curtain was provided. The carpet was filthy. The wiping of a wet washcloth across the floor to pick up some crumbs, left us with a nearly black cloth! Disgusting! The hair dryer had a large tear in the air conduit making it unusable. I can only say . . . WHAT A RIPOFF! and how greatly misrepresented it was. Thankfully, our stay later in Paris at the Hotel de Suez (another Best Western Hotel) exceeded our expectations and it was rated only two stars and at a fraction of the cost of the Gaillon Opera! The Gaillon Opera Hotel is doing a great disservice to the Best Western name and is really ripping off those who end up staying there. If I had been traveling alone, I would have never stayed but left immediately, but when you are traveling with the kids, you know how difficult it can be to find antother hotel, fresh off the all-night flight and wanting to spend time seeing the sights instead of looking for hotels. Our adivce . . . Don't even think about staying at this dump!

Dear Winton2018, unfortunately, the Hotel doesn't have shuttle service. However, it's really easy to connect with us by : - Bus, Roissybus goes straight from CDG to Opera (5 min walk); - Taxis : will cost you 55€ Looking forward to see you on April. Best Regards, BW Gaillon Opéra - Reception Department.
