Close to few metro stations, located in latin quarter! Close to some famous spots. Actually perfect location! We found it very nice and really affordable. Inside of the hotel, average rooms, clean but not so new or renovated. Helpful staff. If you don't mind a room without a view it's perfect. Would stay there again definitely!

When we got there the room were not ready. We had to wait for half an hour, then another half, then we just left for a walk for 2 hours. The room was small and old.We got breakfast across the street. Nothing really to call it bad, but nothing either to make me come back.

I stayed with my friend for a long weekend. The hotel was less than five minutes from the train and metro stations, with great services to anywhere you could want to go. The room, while compact, was immaculate and the staff were friendly and very helpful. I would say the entrance is easy to miss. As you leave the station,... More

I visited Paris with my cousin for the Euro 2016 football tournament. On this basis the hotel met our needs. The hotel very well located at a reasonable price. The local metro station is just a few hundred yards away on the same street. Which provides access on a direct line to the Eiffel Tower and is a few stops... More

The hotel is old, everything is falling apart. The bedding is very old and dirty. The rooms are noisy even in the back. No pressure on showers. The Personnal is kind and trying to do their best with the bad conditions. In one word : avoid this place. I travel once a mounth to Paris to visit my daughter and... More

The room was small (as often in Paris), but clean. The position of the hotel is eccellent, and the area is very quiet, in front of the Jardin des Plantes. and near to many touristic areas, as Notre Dame, the Pantheon, the Luxemburg Gardens. The staff is kind.

Excellent hotel at a great location within walking distance to many restaurants, cafe's and bars, metro and park. Hotel is well managed and clean. Breakfast is somewhat expensive. Will stay here again at next visit to Paris.

The hotel has everything you need next door. The place is particularly calm at night, which was quite a surprise. A shame the doors slam so hard and noisily. Hope they'll do something about it. Rooms are clean, and service is professional. I tried the restaurant L'arbre à cannelle across the street and had a good time with great food.... More

We stayed two nights in this hotel and it was absolutely our first and last stay in a Timhotel. The worst was the bathroom, which was not only very small for two persons but also soiled and damaged. As for the service at the reception there were those who were interested for your concerns and others who assumed indifference.

Generally worn appearance and fittings. Larger rooms at front on busy road with early construction noise; rooms at back quieter but small and gloomy. Breakfast OK. Fine for a night but not a holiday hotel.

Staying in Quartier Latin

Neighborhood Profile
Quartier Latin
The Latin Quarter bursts with intellectual life, architectural splendor and ongoing merriment. The small streets are filled with classical buildings, student bars and lively eateries while the squares are dominated by historic monuments. The area is defined by the 800-year-old Sorbonne University, where Latin once prevailed, and is famous for the Pantheon which celebrates the great men and women of France. During the day students rush from classes to the library and intellectuals people watch from the terraced cafés. As night time falls the surrounding establishments fill up and the merriment really begins. The liveliest parts are around Rue Mouffetard, lined with crêperies and international street food eateries, and Place de la Contrescarpe characterised by terraced brasseries, this neighborhood provides real nourishment for the mind, belly, and soul.
