The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, on the small side but it didn’t bother us since we were not planning to stay inside all day. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back
We stayed at the Belloy St Germain for one night in April 2022. The hotel was spotlessly clean. Our room contained everything you would expect from a good 4* Hotel. The hotel staff were friendly and professional and the continental breakfast in the morning was fresh and included a wide choice of mainly cold buffet food. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again next time we are in Paris.
Perfectly situated hotel in the Latin Quarter of Paris, just off Blvd. St. Michel. About a ten minute walk to Jardin Luxembourg in one direction, and the same in the other to Notre Dame. Underground station about a 3 minute walk away. Multiple restaurants and cafes in the area. Breakast (I'd call it a a very full continental) included. The staff was wonderful - all bilingual (French and English), very helpful and informative. I think this is now my new favourite place to stay in Paris!
The hotel is ideally located in central Paris at a very affordable price. It was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very quiet and it had nice windows that opened to a small balcony overlooking the streets below. It is a small cozy hotel and we very much enjoyed our stay!
Stayed three nights in Hotel Belloy Saint-Germain and it was just right. Travelled with my adult son. Great location, room spacious enough, modern bathroom and an accommodating and professional staff. Will return.
Knew the area well but not this hotel. Was very pleasantly surprised. Very well run place with great team and very clean. Front office were especially helpful and attentive. Slight quibble on the showers but rest was excellent. Recommend
Very pleasant little hotel, quiet, clean, comfortable and extremely well located at the heart of the Latin Quarters, near St Michel. A quick metro ride from the Gare du Nord, for those who come from London. The staff is absolutely charming and very helpful, a perfect getaway for pleasure or business. Wifi is good, breakfast is delicious and very varied. Had a great little room with a balcony and a view over Notre Dame: what more do we want?
I had booked a deluxe double room. It says it is bigger than the others. The others must be shoeboxes then as the room was small - the ensuite was tiny. It says their rooms are soundproof- more lies, we could hear every word the children and family in the room next door were saying. There was a constant generator type noise 24/7. The lift was about 50cm away from the door so we also had that noise whenever the lift was called to any floor. The carpet was stained, damp patch on the wall in the bedroom. The breakfast was a joke- they’d run out of food, coffee machine was not working properly and also no juice- they sent staff to the market and came back with some croissants. The lights in the breakfast room (cellar) had broken too. I shall never book with them again nor recommend them to anyone. Only good thing was that the staff were polite. …
Though nice staff and a clean hotel it is unbeleivable that this can qualify as a four star hotel. I have 100+ hotel nights in Paris and this is the least value for money I have had. It would be an average three star hotel.
Was looking forwards to quality hotel but disappointed with overall quality, poor kitchen breakfast facilities cramped in small tables always ran out of food, staff tried to be helpful but same every day, needs reorganizing to be on the ball with needs, Aircon bubbling spat black bits out all the time, had it looked at but carried on, nice small bar area but no body used it, good position but no winner!
