    Extremely Central to Paris Sites
We stayed two nights at the Hotel. Checking in was easy, in fact we got there at 10:30 a.m. expecting our room was not ready, but we we were able to go to our room. The room was large enough, and had a nice patio with a great view from the 9th floor. The elevators were working well, and we had very little waiting time. The staff in all areas were very friendly and willing to help. Our breakfast was included in the price, and it was very well set up, and delicious. The location was amazingly central to so many things, many choices of restaurants very close to the hotel. We went to the bar on the top floor, but though you could see the Eiffel Tower all lit up, it was not an inviting atmosphere. They wanted you buying drinks and not just coming for a picture. They only really rude staff that we encountered. Overall our experience was so positive. We were told that the top floor bar was closing the day after we were there, so hopefully the new and improved version will be a more comfortable environment (the 80’s dance club is what the recent one reminded me of). My rating was based on the hotel only.

The Pullman Paris Eiffel Tower Hotel Pleasantly Surprised Us
I confess we were not looking forward to our stay at this hotel after reading some reviews. However, the rooms were large, well-maintained and cleaned, and the staff, although often buried in dealing with a large volume of guests, always went out of their way to help us. The hotel is right next to the Eiffel Tower and we were given a room in the front of the hotel to get the best view. As I said in a review for a hotel in the Latin District, without question, we will stay here again… assuming the virus allows us to travel again… sigh.

    Perfect Location!
This hotel is next to the Eiffel Tower. The room spacious and well appointed. The staff pleasant however the refrigerator did not work and I reported it. The staff did not exchange it or move us to a different room. We had to live with it but I was traveling with medication that needed refrigeration. I ended up taking my meds 48 hours early because the only solution the hotel came up with was a bucket of constantly melting ice. The hotels restaurant Frame was a fiasco. The hotel was not at all busy and we were seated right away but after 50 minutes of watching wait staff walk past us tending to the only other table occupied and putting away bar ware we finally went back to the hostess to ask if we were going to be served at all-finally a waiter was assigned to our table! The food was okay but really overpriced. No one really even cared to apologize for leaving us there without service fro almost an hour. Skip the restaurant would be my advice and if you NEED a fridge you may want to check that first. Thats why I took a star off-everything else was great!

Excellent staff, great position within 2 mins to the Eiffel Tower. Breakfast very good too. If you want something near to the Eiffel Tower this is as good as it gets for a fair price. The staff were outstanding, all very happy to serve us. Would def come back here with my wife if we were to come back to Paris.

The customer service is terrible. They did not clean our room, the I pad in the room never worked and they promised to fix it and never did anything. For 600.00 per night they would only give us two bottles of water. The only good thing is the breakfast and convenient location.

They stay here was okay. This was my second time staying at this hotel with the span of a few years. The first time I loved it. The room was nice and clean. The staff, both times were amazing! Though one of the housekeeping staff members entered our room despite the do not disturb sign on the door BUT everything was okay. The staff overall was very attentive and accommodating. The location of the hotel is wonderful also. It is within walking distance from the Effiel Tower and quite a few other places. My complaint is that the hotel is starting to look worn. The carpeting had so many stains in it, it was disgusting. The elevators are tiny, and you can end up waiting for a while to get on one. We stayed in a much nicer boutique hotel for the remainder of our trip. A couple days at the Pullman was just enough, especially for the million-dollar view of the Eiffel Tower. Which we didn't get to enjoy much from our balcony because the balcony furniture was dirty as though it never gets cleaned. ALSO, before I forget, I was charged an excess of $900 on my credit card despite only having and being charged for about $200 in incidentals. That Tab was closed out upon checkout. It took about two weeks to get that issue resolved. The booking was prepaid so there would have been no other reason for them to charge my card so much money. The amount did total the security deposit or the cost of the overall stay. I raked up a $200 long distance phone bill trying to resolve this issue. I won't be staying here again.

We booked through Expedia & paid for a room with a balcony & Eiffel Tower view, it was 100% worth it. We were able to sit out with coffees & watch the tower glitter at night. We arrived ed before check in time & we were offered a room on the second floor that was ready but they advised if we wanted a better view to come back at 3pm check in time & we could get this. We did, and had a room on the fourth floor and I couldn’t fault it. The room is clean and very modern, we were there during the Rugby World Cup 23 & were given some rugby themed gifts by staff. The bathroom is very spacious. I was very pleased with this room, if it seems out of your price range you could book this place for just one night to enjoy the views (this is what we did!)

I’m not one to write reviews on here, but this is one that I unfortunately cannot avoid. We arrived at the hotel around noon, and was told that our room would not be ready for at least another 2-3 hours, as the receptionist said check in was at 3 PM but he said our room could be ready at 2 PM. I left the front desk my phone number and asked for them to call me when the room was ready. 3 hours go by, and I had yet to receive a call. About another hour later, I call the hotel because we were wandering the streets of Paris waiting for our room, and then they tell us the room is ready. When I questioned why no one called me saying that the room is ready, the representative goes “well maybe they were just busy.” Right from there, I should have known that staying at this hotel was going to be a disaster. When we arrive back at the hotel, we were assigned a room on the 6th floor (although we were promised a room on a high floor for the inconvenience). We get up to the room and the keys don’t work. Inconvenience after inconvenience. To make this situation even better, we found a BED BUG that was ALIVE and MOVING on the bed about an hour into staying in our room. We immediately called the reception demanding someone comes up and takes a look immediately. A male and a female worker who only spoke French came up and laughed in our faces when we showed them the bed bug. They took the sheet that the bed bug was on and continued to laugh at us when we asked “well what do we do now?” because we refused to stay in that room and wanted to resolve this issue. We then went down to the front desk, and spoke with a manager and demanded a full refund. The only thing she could do for us was upgrade us to a junior suite for free or give us the another room of the same type but take 10% off. 10%????? The nerve. The room cost over $800 for ONE NIGHT. To take 10% off an $800 room is quite insulting. We took the free upgrade because we were running out of time as we had a dinner reservation scheduled, however our new “upgraded” room was on the 11th floor, this time with NO Eiffel Tower view (when we originally had paid for one), dirty carpets, clogged sinks, and a dirty sofa bed. Nothing about this room was an upgrade. We called housekeeping to show them the dirty sofa bed and the same male worker came up, threw sheets at us, and saw the dirt on the sofa bed and ran out of the room. We are quite disappointed to have spent our last night in Paris this way. I’m shocked to see how many good reviews there are, because this was the grossest hotel I have ever stayed in. If you see this hotel on TikTok, Instagram, etc., do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere for an Eiffel Tower view because this hotel is run down and dirty. This was a pure example that the staff only cares about taking your money, and not about the customer experience. We have an influencer that was traveling with us and she will be posting our experience on her social media for the public to see how poorly the staff handled this.

Dear guest, Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your recent stay at Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel. We sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you encountered, including the delay in notifying you about the room availability and the issues you experienced with the keys and cleanliness. It is disappointing to learn that our team did not meet your expectations in addressing the situation. We understand your dismay regarding the offered solutions. Rest assured, we address these concerns with our team to prevent future occurrences. After checking with our Executive housekeeper and a company specialized in bedbugs, we did not find bedbugs. We are well aware that this event has tainted your experience with us. We take our guests' comments seriously to improve the quality of our services. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience. Nadhir and the team at the Pullman made our recent trip to Paris so special. The views from our rooms of the Eiffel Tower were magnificent. Nadhir and the team also organised little gifts for the girls, beret's and fancy hot chocolate, biscuits and chocolate - all to make their stay special and memorable. We all loved it - I would recommend this hotel in a heart beat, their service is fabulous as it their location.

If you stay at this hotel it is for the amazing views of the Eiffel Tower and for the pictures. The photos and memories of being on the balcony looking at the Eiffel Tower in all its splendor cannot be denied. When we arrived we were impressed with proximity of hotel to the Eiffel Tower. Definitely within walking distance, 7 minutes, we could even see our hotel when we climbed up the tower later that day . The view itself is spectacular!! We were upgraded to a suite top floor (9th floor) with a balcony. My kids had a seperate room , the view with no balcony, twin beds. They loved the view. That was an experience of a lifetime. Breakfast was good. I did feel it was overpriced for what you get, cereal, fruit, eggs, different teas, water. But the selection was enormous and everyone could find something to eat no problem. You should eat there at least once. The presentation was wonderful and the staff was great. Even if they did not understand English they were gracious to find someone that did and serve us accordingly with no judgement for our lack of French. We were served by 4-6 different people each one with a smile. Now to my disappointment the cons: When we first checked in the front desk attendant seemed nice but then giggled at me when I asked her a basic question. It was unprofessional. The room itself was small. Bathroom is big, and nice but bigger than the room. Even my husband commented on the size of the room. We had a junior suite with a couch. I emphasized to him we are here for the view which we got tons of pictures of and it was great to see light show from balcony. at night. The problem was at night we could hear music thumping over our heads for hours. One night we decided to check it out I thought it was a disco. No! It’s a bar with loud music. We stood on line to check it out but even as guests of the hotel they weren’t very nice or friendly. Rather the manager (guy wearing a suit) and hostess seemed annoyed at everyone on line. It’s like they got a thrill opening and closing the velvet rope on people. The line was long so they made an announcement you could only get a table if you pay 135 euro for champagne. I saw a woman and her husband try to get in just to take pictures on the balcony and they told them no. She waxs pleading with them she was a guest. Manager came out said no. Can they look around? No! I thought it was a disco lol so my husband and I watched this and waited . Finally for us 3rd on the line, the velvet rope eventually opened for us and we were seated at a table but as we were walked in we were told that we have to order a minimum of two drinks. to take pics on the balcony. We sat at a table but the drink prices were outrageous and I like a good drink but we decided to leave. We already have a balcony room to take pictures for one, the environment wasn’t fun (as it sounded) people seemed bored and we’re on their phones waiting for drinks. The view was the same as our balcony. It was also disappointing atmosphere even with good music playing. You couldn’t talk and people seemed bored around us waiting for their drinks to be served or order taken. We left. It’s a nice place with purple lights and loud music and would be worthwhile if you don’t have a view and want to trade that for bottle service. Also keep in mind they tell you 2 bottles of water are free with your room but they only include 1 bottle unless you notice and “complain”. Also on last night I tried to arrange car service to airport and was told by manager no problem tomorrow we can have a car in 5 minutes. Next day only the bellhop seemed to be the only one to care that we could not get a car service the manager,Koudijo was standing right there and when the bellhop asked him for help he could care less. I also stated that I was very upset about the loud music above my room until 2am and I went up to see what it was and treated badly. Again he could care less. He had a group of business travelers walking in so it was like sorry next…. We weren’t valued guests to him and that was disappointing. So moral of the story is at the Pullman you are paying for the view. You are definitely not paying for service. This is not the Four Seasons nor q 5 star service experience. The lower level staff is attentive but that’s where it stops so brace yourself accordingly.
