    We booked through Expedia & paid for a room with a balcony & Eiffel Tower view, it was 100% worth it... We arrived ed before check in time & we were offered a room on the second floor that was ready but they advised if we wanted a better view to come back at 3pm check in time & we could get this... We did, and had a room on the fourth floor and I couldn’t fault it... The room is clean and very modern, we were there during the Rugby World Cup 23 & were given some rugby themed gifts by staff... I was very pleased with this room, if it seems out of your price range you could book this place for just one night to enjoy the views (this is what we did!)...

    ...We arrived at the hotel around noon, and was told that our room would not be ready for at least another 2-3 hours, as the receptionist said check in was at 3 PM but he said our room could be ready at 2 PM. I left the front desk my phone number and asked for them to call me when the room was ready... About another hour later, I call the hotel because we were wandering the streets of Paris waiting for our room, and then they tell us the room is ready... When I questioned why no one called me saying that the room is ready, the representative goes “well maybe they were just busy.” Right from there, I should have known that staying at this hotel was going to be a disaster... When we arrive back at the hotel, we were assigned a room on the 6th floor (although we were promised a room on a high floor for the inconvenience)... To make this situation even better, we found a BED BUG that was ALIVE and MOVING on the bed about an hour into staying in our room... They took the sheet that the bed bug was on and continued to laugh at us when we asked “well what do we do now?” because we refused to stay in that room and wanted to resolve this issue... The only thing she could do for us was upgrade us to a junior suite for free or give us the another room of the same type but take 10% off... The room cost over $800 for ONE NIGHT... To take 10% off an $800 room is quite insulting... We took the free upgrade because we were running out of time as we had a dinner reservation scheduled, however our new “upgraded” room was on the 11th floor, this time with NO Eiffel Tower view (when we originally had paid for one), dirty carpets, clogged sinks, and a dirty sofa bed...

So, I had to go down to the reception desk to ask for the same where the staff politely suggested that I should have called room service... It really felt ridiculous that I would have to pay to get utensils to my room... I would still recommend getting the room if you are enamored by the Eiffel tower and want a place where you can enjoy the view anytime, but beyond that, not much to recommend...

    ...I arrived approx 11am room wasn’t ready until 3pm (I would have presumed it wasn’t ready as it had to be cleaned) . When the room was ready at 3 I went to the room got ready for the day and straight out for the day in Paris... I rang reception and was told I was going to had to move room so at 1:45am I had to pack up my belongings and move rooms as the cleaning staff obviously didn’t change the sheets from the previous guests... This hotel obviously has no hygiene standards if the staff are happy to leave on sheets from previous guests ...

We booked a “deluxe king with a view a balcony view of the Eiffel Tower and Trochadaro”... Our room was on the 3rd floor and had a view of a local track, and a parking lot with graffiti... When we talked to the manager about being mislead by their marketing, his solution was - “we can give you a different room but it won’t have a better view”... Rooms also have a smoky smell and walls are thin...

Our room had a splendid view of the tower; we could just lie in bed and seem the tower all lit up... Besides the unbeatable view, the room had nice modern amenities including - a Nespresso coffee machine, a mini-fridge, and a shower with a full shower door, a nicety for us Americans ;)... House keeping was always good about keeping our room stocked with coffee, Badoit and Evian... But it was pretty much what you’d expect at any big business hotel, nice, but nothing special...

    ...Worst service ever for such a big corporate hotel Pullman, checking in and checking out always need to argue, they didnt really reply our request when i booked via booking.com When i already told them more than maybe 5 times that i bring my mom in law on the wheelchair 83 years old who really need to be assisted, and my baby boy, we booked for rooms, and when we checked in need a long arguments until we get our room, and guess what? My closet was not clean, mg bed was unstable keep bouncing when i move and very noisy bed , so we need to move the whole things again to the room the changed on the next day.. so so so tiring ( total 4rooms ) Then we went to lourdes, we cameback again, sadly i cant cancel my booking in this hotel, if can i def will do it!... The room slightly better, but sometimes they give coffee one day they dont, im too lazy to complain already.. am here for my family trip But They day we checked out in the early morning, also another argument.. i think they dont have enough manpower and their attitude also dont really suit for hospitality.. we pay with not so “ cheap “rate, but the service is even worse than 4 stars hotel..i think i only met one nice staff in the receptionist (who i think still friendly and helpful ) Well definitely will never comeback to this hotel, because nobody wants to ruin the mood of holiday by arguing!...

There was "nothing to be done" about this as the hotel was fully booked... The windows of the room are poorly isolated and the room is very noisy even with the doors closed... The fan on the unit wouldn’t even work to circulate the air so I would open the balcony doors to cool down the room... Unfortunately I could not keep the doors open all night so I did not sleep well due to the room’s high temperature... I also found extra pieces to the curtains on a shelf and a stain on the comforter... Perhaps room 419 was the exception since others in my group did not have this same experience...

If you stay at this hotel, you are just paying top dollar for a view of Tour Eiffel... ALSO, before I forget, I was charged an excess of $900 on my credit card despite only having and being charged for about $200 in incidentals...     Our stay at the Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel was a mixed experience... Though the hotel itself was great, the service felt like they were trying to make as much money as possible... We had gotten the deluxe room with a balcony with Eiffel tower view which was not at all an inexpensive stay, but when I had asked for some decorations in the room to surprise my wife, they charged me 60 Euros for some flowers, balloons and macaroons... This after I had spent nearly 1,671 Euros on a stay there... When I told them the phone was not working, they said they would call room service for me, but informed that room service would charge me 5 euros for getting the forks to my room and that I should instead just ask the staff at the bar, which is what I ended up doing... It really felt ridiculous that I would have to pay to get utensils to my room...

The room slightly better, but sometimes they give coffee one day they dont, im too lazy to complain already.. am here for my family trip But They day we checked out in the early morning, also another argument.. i think they dont have enough manpower and their attitude also dont really suit for hospitality.. we pay with not so “ cheap “rate, but the service is even worse than 4 stars hotel..i think i only met one nice staff in the receptionist (who i think still friendly and helpful ) Well definitely will never comeback to this hotel, because nobody wants to ruin the mood of holiday by arguing!...

    We have paid an approximate amount of 1200 Euros for a two-night stay at this hotel thinking it will be worth the money, given the reviews and the location and the fact that is part of the Accor group... This type of room is charged the same as a higher-level room, with an unobstructed view... There was "nothing to be done" about this as the hotel was fully booked... We were not even extended the courtesy of a late checkout for the trouble... And everything wrapped up with us being charged twice for the stay... The hotel is so busy and the personnel is so overworked that they could not even coordinate on the fact that we were already charged...

    Stayed here for 2 nights with my fiancé, the first room we were given was dirty so we complained and the staff changed our room for us straight away...     If you want to be near the Eiffel Tower, stay here. We booked early, prepaid and got a decent deal on the Trocadero Jr. Suite... Nice breakfast included daily and about a 10-15 min Uber ride to all the popular attractions... Super friendly and helpful as well...

    I booked one night at Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel for time to love package that included a bottle of champagne, breakfast, and a welcome gift upon arrival. Well, upon arrival the room was not available, the receptionist requested to come back later time... The check in time listed on their website shows 15:00, however they texted to me that my room was available at 16:24... Since I was planning on proposing to my girl friend at this hotel with the view of Tour Eiffel, I sent an email to their hotel email address “h7229@accor.com” well in advance to notify the special occasion... However, I didn’t receive any reply and when I asked Hotel GM contact from their receptionist, he gave me the same email address... I would recommend staying at other hotels for a better customer experience and just see the Tour Eiffel by cruise sightseeing...

Due to the rooftop bar wait (my disabled partner couldn’t stand for that much longer without being in pain) ordered room service wine, price was actually ok but service was a little slower than expected... The breakfast had so many options plus excellent service... We did go for lunch there and I thought the service was not as attentive and the food although good was too much and too expensive…$30 salads... This hotel does cater to a lot of Americans (Viking ships even have counter in the lobby) which may be why the portions were so large... There were always taxis in front waiting plus the taxis we caught when we were out and about never had issues knowing where our hotel was... If I could do it all over again, I would have asked if we could do early check in even if it cost…we arrived at 11am and couldn’t get in the room until 3pm... They stored our luggage but I just wanted to get settled after coming in on an overnight flight...

I tried to address this with management and I must admit that Fatima was amazing and tried to solve the selective service problem (I noticed great service for everyone that wasn’t noir)... When I told him the hotel service was terrible and he was apart of the problem, he grew defensive... The lady at the front desk saw this and tried to mitigate the issue by offering us chocolate, which was very kind (it could never excuse poor behavior by staff)... I would 1000% recommend going with this hotel instead of The Pullman... We were treated like humans and greeted like the paying customers we were... Front desk was warm and accommodating and the whole atmosphere was far more positive than The Pullman...

So, I had to go down to the reception desk to ask for the same where the staff politely suggested that I should have called room service... When I told them the phone was not working, they said they would call room service for me, but informed that room service would charge me 5 euros for getting the forks to my room and that I should instead just ask the staff at the bar, which is what I ended up doing... It really felt ridiculous that I would have to pay to get utensils to my room... I really expected better service...

    ...I can't thank the Pullman enough for making my birthday a memorable one. I had previously booked next door at the Mercure but upon arrival at the Mercure experienced a not to friendly treatment and my room was extremely small... I immediately went down and walked in to the Pullman which was sold out at the booking site when I was booking my Paris stays... A few years ago I had stayed at the Pullman so I already knew it would be so much better... I was welcomed by Shams at reception and he immediately assisted me in booking my two nights, he was kind enough to even show me the room so I would be more at eased since I explained to him my horrible experience next door... Shams went above and beyond to ensure my stay at the Pullman was a pleasant one since I was there to celebrate my birthday... I then met Alberto who is the Lobby Manager, WOW what an amazing human being to say the least!!... Alberto was very welcoming and made sure I had a wonderful stay, he even surprised me with a nice birthday decoration in my room... Everyone at the Pullman is very professional and welcoming... I must also shoutout Kouadio and Samir for also being extremely helpful and welcoming... The staff at the Restaurant and Bar, everyone at the Pullman!... I will always stay at the Pullman when visiting Paris... Thank you all so much for making my Birthday celebration extra special... I recommend the Pullman to anyone visiting Paris and wanting to stay near the Eiffel Tower, it is less than a 4 min walk, you walk out the Hotel and the beautiful Eiffel Tower is right in front of you... The rooms with the Eiffel Tower view are worth it, rooms are spacious and kept up to date...

    We stayed for a week over Christmas at the Pullman Eiffel Tower Paris hotel. We arrived to the hotel at 9:00am and our room was ready for us and we were able to check in!... The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful any requests that we had (extra coffee, towels, etc.)... Besides the unbeatable view, the room had nice modern amenities including - a Nespresso coffee machine, a mini-fridge, and a shower with a full shower door, a nicety for us Americans ;)... House keeping was always good about keeping our room stocked with coffee, Badoit and Evian... It was a hot breakfast buffet and you could order omelette or eggs from the kitchen as well... We went there several night for drinks after a full day of sightseeing... The only bad thing was one evening when we went up for drinks at 23:00 and asked to be seated in the cushy chairs, they wouldn’t seat us there because apparently, they were for a minimum of three persons or more... Despite that one incident, we did go back up two more times, the servers were all very nice...

    Thanks to the Phillip Pullman hotels located a block away from the Eiffel Tower, for a wonderful stay on my birthday trip to Paris. We were fortunate that our Viking Tour Paris and France cruise to place us there our last few days I Paris... My husband Michael and I along with our besties had a truly pleasant stay... There was an easy check in, a sweet and helpful housekeeping staff that understood my desperation for extra coffee and fixings, patience with my efforts in French (it’s been 40 years since my college French 😬😬 so a lot of laughter) and a smooth 6 am checkout for the airport and even breakfast boxes (too early for us and the hotel staff offered to donate to the homeless community, so kind!)... We had a lovely and light dinner here our first night with swift service and an excellent breakfast the following morning... There was even a specific Viking cruise help desk for the last of our scheduled time and tours (quite a group of us had the add on extension and they were marvelous)... Highly highly recommend with a great location and impeccable service...

Because we were to allow to travel to Europe, Hotel sent us a voucher that we had 18 months to make another reservation and use the vouchers provided by ... I contacted the hotel in March 2022 to make the reservations and after many emails and a call to Accor Hotels customer service, finally I received a confirmation for our stay... To make a long story short - a few days before arrival, I sent an email with our ETA and for my surprised, their answer was that my reservations were cancelled, because payment was not received... Hotel was supposed to work with Expedia in order to received the money, we had vouchers issued by the hotel with confirmation... I sent the General Manager a lot of emails, but never received a reply in order to assist us... We finally called Expedia, received our refund and booked another hotel and enjoy our vacations in Paris... My experience with the Pullman Hotel was the worst I have had in my life... Having a lot of experience in Hotels (15 years of Manager in a hotel) I was expecting a better customer service from them... They were supposed to contact Expedia, collect their payment and that was to be transparent to us, being the guest, we were not supposed to be treated to bad... I've stayed in another Accor hotels and the service has been excellent and accommodating...

    We booked Pullman Eiffel Tower back in January... Everything and I mean everything from the minute we arrived to the minute we left was absolutely phenomenal!... Staff realized that and helped us get checked-in quickly (the hotel was so busy), stored our bags so that we could start our excursion just as we planned within 30 minutes of our arrival and checked in with us every morning if everything was ok... The view from our room was breathtaking especially at night and the breakfast buffet was like nothing we have seen before... We expected a small set-up like other hotels but the Pullman Eiffel Tower took it to the next level with a breakfast buffet like we have never seen before including a fruit cart and a honey comb with fresh honey dripping on it!!!... The croissants and baguette were straight out of the oven, a spread of cheeses, Jambon, meats, chicken, waffles, pancakes, omelette s, sausages, cereal, eggs, nuts and I am sure I missed more than half of it!!!... The room was clean, fresh and the beds were so comfortable... They had our daughter’s extra bed ready within minutes of receiving our key just like they said they would and we didn’t have to call and remind them... Thank you Pullman Eiffel Tower staff for a job well done and a service superb!...

It needs paint, it needs faucet repair, the shower head came apart and I had to put it back together, one of the shower control knobs came off and I had to stick it back on to use the tub/shower... There are racks with push plastic containers like you see in low-cost hotels and motels... Now, some good news…the buffet breakfast is outstanding and most..not all…of the staff I have interacted with are very friendly, helpful and professional...

The location on Rive Gauche is also good: You are just a few steps from the Eiffel Tower, the river La Seine as well as from public transportation: le RER (the commuter train that can take you all the way to the castle Versailles) and le Metro (the subway)...

However due to the spectacular view I think the room price is somewhat justified ... My room was around 25 square metres and had a modern bathroom with good water pressure and hot water... I paid for a balcony room and requested an enhanced room or upgrade due to my Accor Gold status and was told I received an amazing upgrade but my room was still a 25 square metre room with a balcony so I am unsure as to whether I actually received an upgrade... Also the room included 4 drinks daily in the mini bar but these were not replenished each day... The breakfast was a good spread and dinner is available... Plenty of small restaurants in the area as well... The Eiffel Tower is a short walk away and there is a hop on hop off bus stop at the Tower which is convenient...

    I picked the Pullman because a friend posted a picture from her balcony there with the Eiffel Tower right there... We had a large room with a balcony and a perfect view of the Tower... The room had been prepared as requested and we had a wonderful buffet breakfast included (we paid extra for it)... The room was full of nice amenities…Nepresso maker, complimentary still and sparkling water and soda... The elevators are plentiful and move quickly... The breakfast had so many options plus excellent service... This hotel does cater to a lot of Americans (Viking ships even have counter in the lobby) which may be why the portions were so large... We found lots of good restaurants close by (check out my other reviews)... We could walk to lots of sites... There were always taxis in front waiting plus the taxis we caught when we were out and about never had issues knowing where our hotel was... If I could do it all over again, I would have asked if we could do early check in even if it cost…we arrived at 11am and couldn’t get in the room until 3pm... They stored our luggage but I just wanted to get settled after coming in on an overnight flight...

    ...We had gotten the deluxe room with a balcony with Eiffel tower view which was not at all an inexpensive stay, but when I had asked for some decorations in the room to surprise my wife, they charged me 60 Euros for some flowers, balloons and macaroons... On one of the days we wanted some forks to eat some food in the room that we had got that evening and I called the reception but the phone in the room had a non functioning receiver... So, I had to go down to the reception desk to ask for the same where the staff politely suggested that I should have called room service... When I told them the phone was not working, they said they would call room service for me, but informed that room service would charge me 5 euros for getting the forks to my room and that I should instead just ask the staff at the bar, which is what I ended up doing... It really felt ridiculous that I would have to pay to get utensils to my room... I would still recommend getting the room if you are enamored by the Eiffel tower and want a place where you can enjoy the view anytime, but beyond that, not much to recommend...

    I can't thank the Pullman enough for making my birthday a memorable one... A few years ago I had stayed at the Pullman so I already knew it would be so much better... I was welcomed by Shams at reception and he immediately assisted me in booking my two nights, he was kind enough to even show me the room so I would be more at eased since I explained to him my horrible experience next door... Shams went above and beyond to ensure my stay at the Pullman was a pleasant one since I was there to celebrate my birthday... Alberto was very welcoming and made sure I had a wonderful stay, he even surprised me with a nice birthday decoration in my room... Everyone at the Pullman is very professional and welcoming... I must also shoutout Kouadio and Samir for also being extremely helpful and welcoming... The staff at the Restaurant and Bar, everyone at the Pullman!... I will always stay at the Pullman when visiting Paris... I recommend the Pullman to anyone visiting Paris and wanting to stay near the Eiffel Tower, it is less than a 4 min walk, you walk out the Hotel and the beautiful Eiffel Tower is right in front of you... This hotel is walking distance to many fine eateries and cafes... The rooms with the Eiffel Tower view are worth it, rooms are spacious and kept up to date...

    On our first vacation and visit to Paris, we had our eye on this hotel for years in advance... I did request an early check-in a month in advance... Please keep in mind any accommodations you request will not be met... We booked twin beds to only be welcomed with one King... For 7 days/nights, I had to consistently request toilet paper (tissue), water, new cups because housekeeping did not replace those items...

    Great hotel close to the Eiffel Tower... We arrived early in the day and they held our bags so we could begin our site seeing right away, and really all you need to do is walk out the door - it is mere footsteps from the Eiffel Tower... This hotel is clean, modern and has a restaurant on site... It is walking distance from lots of sights and dining options... Lots of their rooms offer a view of the tower, which I wouldn't pass up if you have an opportunity... Beds are comfy, rooms and bathrooms are clean and spacious... We only did the brunch one day but it was great as well... If on the fence but want to be close to most everything - just book here!...

    We stayed for a week over Christmas at the Pullman Eiffel Tower Paris hotel. We arrived to the hotel at 9:00am and our room was ready for us and we were able to check in!... The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful any requests that we had (extra coffee, towels, etc.)... As for the room, we booked a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower, room 635... Our room had a splendid view of the tower; we could just lie in bed and seem the tower all lit up... Besides the unbeatable view, the room had nice modern amenities including - a Nespresso coffee machine, a mini-fridge, and a shower with a full shower door, a nicety for us Americans ;)... House keeping was always good about keeping our room stocked with coffee, Badoit and Evian... It was a hot breakfast buffet and you could order omelette or eggs from the kitchen as well... But it was pretty much what you’d expect at any big business hotel, nice, but nothing special... One of the highlights for us was the 10-Ciel bar... We went there several night for drinks after a full day of sightseeing... Although pricey, it’s not out of line of cocktails in any other major city, but here, you get a gorgeous view of the tower...

    My husband, daughter and I recently stayed at the Pullman Paris Eiffel Tower hotel for 7 nights to celebrate our daughter's 18th birthday. What an amazing hotel it was, from the moment we checked in until our last day in Paris everything was just phenomenal... You really couldn't get a better place to stay if you wanted to be close to the Eiffel Tower and in walking distance to cafes, shops, ext... The staff were so nice, friendly, attentive and went out of their way to ensure our comfort... He went above and beyond to make our stay so special and very memorable... Best lobby manager ever!Thank you so much, Alberto!!!!... Our room was comfortable, the bed was great, the bathrobes and slippers were a nice touch, the bath products were good, and the housekeeping was super friendly... Breakfast at Frame Brasserie was delicious, great assortment of fruits, pastries, yogurts, eggs, cheeses, coffee, juices, ext, room service was great... Thanks to all the staff for your kindness, and hard work, and for ensuring my husband, my daughter, and I had an enjoyable stay... Highly recommend it to my family and friends!...

    ...We were so excited when we saw how close we were to the Eiffel Tower!... We were greeted by the wonderful, super welcoming Kouadio... He made all our dreams come true by telling us he was going to upgrade our room!... It was incredible, so spacious, modern and clean... There was a balcony with views of the Eiffel Tower!... It felt so close you could almost touch it 😄 Room service was excellent and we enjoyed the wine and cheeses and my daughter enjoyed the pasta... You a just a few minutes stroll to the Eiffel Tower and lovely restaurants/cafes...

    Thanks to the Phillip Pullman hotels located a block away from the Eiffel Tower, for a wonderful stay on my birthday trip to Paris... My husband Michael and I along with our besties had a truly pleasant stay... There was an easy check in, a sweet and helpful housekeeping staff that understood my desperation for extra coffee and fixings, patience with my efforts in French (it’s been 40 years since my college French 😬😬 so a lot of laughter) and a smooth 6 am checkout for the airport and even breakfast boxes (too early for us and the hotel staff offered to donate to the homeless community, so kind!)... We had a lovely and light dinner here our first night with swift service and an excellent breakfast the following morning... There was even a specific Viking cruise help desk for the last of our scheduled time and tours (quite a group of us had the add on extension and they were marvelous)... Highly highly recommend with a great location and impeccable service...

    The room was neat, very comfortable, and staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable... I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Paris... The breakfast buffet is a must try and their rooftop offers the best drinks with a breath taking view...

Hotel fabulous location close to the Eiffel Tower and the toot toot bus stop great for touring Paris. Breakfast at the Pullman was a good selection room was clean and good standard. Staff very helpful and professional. Would recommend this hotel only thing is maybe upgrade the windows for soundproofing a bit more if a light sleeper as street noise can be heard other than that great stay

We stayed two nights at the Hotel. Checking in was easy, in fact we got there at 10:30 a.m. expecting our room was not ready, but we we were able to go to our room. The room was large enough, and had a nice patio with a great view from the 9th floor. The elevators were working well, and we had very little waiting time. The staff in all areas were very friendly and willing to help. Our breakfast was included in the price, and it was very well set up, and delicious. The location was amazingly central to so many things, many choices of restaurants very close to the hotel. We went to the bar on the top floor, but though you could see the Eiffel Tower all lit up, it was not an inviting atmosphere. They wanted you buying drinks and not just coming for a picture. They only really rude staff that we encountered. Overall our experience was so positive. We were told that the top floor bar was closing the day after we were there, so hopefully the new and improved version will be a more comfortable environment (the 80’s dance club is what the recent one reminded me of). My rating was based on the hotel only.

Our second stayed in Patis at Pullman Eiffel Tower the hotel has such a great location and great view but quite expensive and the breakfast was overcrowded with people could not move. Overall, just great location, location, location and a great view.

Just back from a stay at this hotel, firstly I wasn’t sure what to expect due to some very mixed reviews of the hotel. I needn’t have worried it was a fantastic stay. I’m afraid I didn’t get any names but the young lady that helped 2 newly single ladies check into their instagramable room to the lovely gentleman in the evening that sorted us out an extra quilt and made my evening by complimenting my perfume and said I smelt like vanilla caramel. The bathroom was lovely clean and modern, the room and bed comfy and clean. But the best part was the amazing view from the balcony. Sitting outside even on 23rd November was so special - yes it really is that good to see the Eiffel Tower that close. the only negative was the slightly confusing room rate and bill. But overall a great stay. thank you to the staff that helped us ( should have got their names)

We arrived on the 9th November 2023 at 11.30am. We was greeted by the door staff at reception and checked in. The room was already waiting for us to checkin. Our room was the 5th floor with the Eiffel Tower view from the balcony. Amazing kingsize comfy bed with fluffy pillows and big warm quilt and a great location to all tourist sites. We stayed for 4 nights We would like to say thank you to all the staff who made our stay amazing. Especially the guest relation team member she was called Ndèye for spoiling us with champagne, nuts, and lovely card and heart shaped balloon for our anniversary. (The card was full of rose petals). We look forward to staying at this hotel in the future thank you for a warm welcome at the Pullman Paris.

They charge deposit and you will have to communicate with differnet group of teams by email to get it back. I stayed there from 29-OCT to 1-Nov and until now. no response for releasing the deposit left back into my account. bad communication and careless for providing the support as they only do before you make the payment for your satisfaction after that. what you get is what you get and that is worst experience for me.

It says they have a roof top patio overlooking the tower, but they do not. Staff are not helpful, nor friendly. The rooms have no temperature control and it is stifling. The cleaning staff are not very thorough, but this was not a big deal.

I have never written a review in my life on here, but I needed to for this hotel. First of all, I must say we have eaten at some of the top 20 restaurants in the world in Paris this trip and the service and people have been excellent. Very friendly and helpful. This hotel is located by the Eiffel Tower and although we have a balcony view of it, it’s not a great hotel. The tower is no longer lit up by 11:30 pm. The front desk staff are not helpful. For example, our plug in quit working in the bathroom, and they didn’t send anyone to fix it, upon our request. Secondly, we asked for a wine opener and they said we either take our bottle down to the bar to open, or we pay guest services for one. Imagine! No wine opener in our room in France! And the bar……each night, we would pop in for an after dinner drink at 11 pm. Even on Friday night, they are turning on the bright lights and taking the tiny lights off our tables to close it down, while we are having our cocktail. It was not even midnight yet. Although the location is close to the tower, there is nothing around it. No coffee shops, no shopping. We still have 2 nights here and if we did not pre-pay, we would move closer to the action near the Louvre. Plenty of great restaurants and bars! And much nicer hotels! Lesson learned, hopefully this review can spare some others the misery!

We left our bags earlier in the day and checked in around 5pm. We were given the keys to our room and when we entered there was a balloon and card for another guest. It made the room feel like it wasn’t ours. It was upsetting after spending so much money on the room. We went to call downstairs to see if they gave us the wrong room and then SURPRISE the phone/iPad system did not work. We then went downstairs and the people at the front desk were confused and not helpful. A man at the front desk says “can you show me the room” and he comes upstairs and enters the room with us. He says that it was just a mistake and the card wasn’t meant for us. He then takes a long phone call in the room with us, while we stand in silence. We then have to tell him about the phone that doesn’t work. The whole room didn’t feel like ours and it was extremely uncomfortable. They eventually were able to give us a room that wasn’t set up for someone else/ had a working phone. We were appalled by the customer service. They didn’t offer us anything for the inconvenience and after paying so much money- you expect your room to be in working order- and for it to be set up for the correct guest.

Just imagine they charge for water @6-8 euros for bottle to be provided in the room through housekeeping and room service. Pathetic! The staff was good and courteous but they were helpless as they said the hotel Policies are such.
