I organised a trip to Paris for my girlfriends Birthday and the Pullman could not have been more accommodating and helpful with my every request. We had an Eiffel Tower view room which was amazing, they were able to assist in making sure that there was champagne on arrival with balloons, chocolates and rose petals all over the room and bed. This was a very memorable trip and I would 100% recommend staying here if you have an occasion that you would like to make super romantic, memorable and just amazing from start to finish.
We stayed two nights at the Hotel. Checking in was easy, in fact we got there at 10:30 a.m. expecting our room was not ready, but we we were able to go to our room. The room was large enough, and had a nice patio with a great view from the 9th floor. The elevators were working well, and we had very little waiting time. The staff in all areas were very friendly and willing to help. Our breakfast was included in the price, and it was very well set up, and delicious. The location was amazingly central to so many things, many choices of restaurants very close to the hotel. We went to the bar on the top floor, but though you could see the Eiffel Tower all lit up, it was not an inviting atmosphere. They wanted you buying drinks and not just coming for a picture. They only really rude staff that we encountered. Overall our experience was so positive. We were told that the top floor bar was closing the day after we were there, so hopefully the new and improved version will be a more comfortable environment (the 80’s dance club is what the recent one reminded me of). My rating was based on the hotel only.…
Excellent location & great customer service. Breakfast buffet was great. Tom was very helpful. Closer to all tourist attractions. Balcony view is fantastic, great view of Eiffelp tower & la seine canal.
Amazing hotel. Best location in the city. Very comfortable rooms. Restaurant is very good. Breakfast buffet is one of the best. Staff is friendly and professional. You can’t get any closer to the Eiffel Tower and everything is a convenient walk

Beautiful hotel in very nice area. This location was very convenient to metro. Wonderful staff and restaurants are great. We enjoyed our stay as a post-extension on the Viking cruise of France’s Finest. The Viking hosts are wonderful!!! Colleen is the best!!
If you want the best views of the Eiffel tower this is the place to stay! We had an excellent stay at the Pullman. In room espresso machine and breakfast were outstanding! If you want some epic hotel room pictures in Paris you must stay here. Highly recommend!
My family of 5 decided to stay at this hotel because of the good ratings on TripAdvisor. First I want to say we are seasoned travelers and have been to Paris a few times before. This is one of the worst hotels I’ve been to. I had booked 2 rooms with Eiffel Tower rooms which I paid extra for. I arrived at the hotel around 4 pm and the lines were long and slow. Waited for my turn to check in. The guy at the counter gave us 2nd floor rooms with only one room being Eiffel Tower he said he doesn’t have any available. Well if I paid for it and I’m there during check in time then you should of held it for me. I asked for the manager and few dollars tip and all of a sudden the room type was available. Ok moving forward took the small stuffy with people elevator that we waited for 15 min to our room. The room door had smudges of grease. Walked in the room very small typical 4 star counters and door handles walls were not clean they had things splattered or grease. Small bathroom with again just whatever to me not the best. The bedding is cheap and motel type. The only hype about this hotel is the balcony which has a beautiful view but other then that the balcony is old too. I mean I didn’t have a good night sleep. This hotel is for young crowd that doesn’t care about quality. I honestly had a restless, uneasy stay. I didn’t even feel comfortable leaving my valuables in the safe. Because one of the bellman told me let me hold your bag I said it’s ok I got it. He said it’s LV that’s why your not giving it to me. Now maybe I have woman’s items in there and I want to keep it with me how can you assume. Made me feel uncomfortable. Everytime I tried to call downstairs for something they never answered the phone. If there was an emergency they would not answer the phone. This hotel felt like a big outdoor Bazaar but the hotel version. People keep checking in and out with crazy lines. They get so many quests they can keep track to value each guests responds or needs. We had breakfast in our package we never used. I didn’t like my room, bed or the hotel to even use there restaurant. I wanted to be out all day to avoid staying I’m this hotel. The only good thing was the area. It had many cafes that around the corner and I found an amazing hair salon that I loved. This place will be nice if they renovate it and have more professional caring staff with great service. But if your looking for a quick motel or inn type of loud crowded place to stay then go ahead. Everyone has a different taste. Not my cup of tea.…
I was nervous about booking this reservation due to previous reviews stating there is no response from the hotel. I called and emailed several times without a response, however, I finally got through on a call (just be patient and try different times of the day). The receptionist (may have been Joy, she also responded to my email) was So excited for us to visit and confirmed our reservation. I will update this review after our stay. Just a reminder you are in good hands; just be patient. Hopefully, this helps when you’re reviewing places to stay! Can’t wait to post photos on social! Tina R and Kristin V
