The Pullman Paris Eiffel Tower hotel garners mixed feedback, with its proximity to the Eiffel Tower and dining options frequently praised by guests. While the hotel's festive atmosphere and room spaciousness are highlights for many, some travelers find the rooms overpriced and question the value for money.
The cleanliness and service quality vary, with both commendations for high standards and reports of unprofessionalism. Reviewers also enjoy the amenities, despite some issues with service and costs.

Hotel's Favorite
When booking our trip to Paris I wanted a hotel that was in close proximity to the main attractions. This hotel is so so close to the Eiffel Tower and is amazing. The decor, style and overall appearance was fantastic, very festive. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. We were amazed to see the amount of people that would be stopping close to the hotel to get pictures of the Eiffel Tower it was so close.
We had upgraded to balcony view of the Eiffel Tower and the view was out of this world.
Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

I confess we were not looking forward to our stay at this hotel after reading some reviews. However, the rooms were large, well-maintained and cleaned, and the staff, although often buried in dealing with a large volume of guests, always went out of their way to help us.
The hotel is right next to the Eiffel Tower and we were given a room in the front of the hotel to get the best view.
As I said in a review for a hotel in the Latin District, without question, we will stay here again… assuming the virus allows us to travel again… sigh.

This hotel is next to the Eiffel Tower. The room spacious and well appointed. The staff pleasant however the refrigerator did not work and I reported it. The staff did not exchange it or move us to a different room. We had to live with it but I was traveling with medication that needed refrigeration. I ended up taking my meds 48 hours early because the only solution the hotel came up with was a bucket of constantly melting ice. The hotels restaurant Frame was a fiasco. The hotel was not at all busy and we were seated right away but after 50 minutes of watching wait staff walk past us tending to the only other table occupied and putting away bar ware we finally went back to the hostess to ask if we were going to be served at all-finally a waiter was assigned to our table! The food was okay but really overpriced. No one really even cared to apologize for leaving us there without service fro almost an hour. Skip the restaurant would be my advice and if you NEED a fridge you may want to check that first. Thats why I took a star off-everything else was great!

The facilities in the room and decor were pleasant and met our expectations. We paid an additional fee for the Eiffel tower view however we were unable to enjoy the view because one of the guests smoked drugs and cigarettes which plumed onto our balcony. We have a 7 year old daughter who i would not let on there at all, we had to keep the door closed. We did raise this with reception who offered us a free breakfast!?! We have emailed the parent company twice and had a slack general response that offered no apologies or incentive to return. Also to add to this we were there at the end of July, the hand sanitizer on every floor was a great idea if they could be bothered to refill them - which was never!!, nobody wore masks it was a joke. Very disappointed and would advise to look elsewhere..

I’m actually in Paris now as I’m writing this, this morning 9/1 at 845am my door was opened without the bell being ring or door being knocked. In my experiences of staying in so many hotels this is the first time. I immediately then call down to the guest services and they said they looked through the camera cctv and found out it was a cleaner, firstly what if I am actually in the shower or even sleeping naked ? And it’s 845 am most guest would actually be asleep. We checked out after packing due to the feeling of privacy invasion and the lack of security. You actually woke your guest in a shock at 845am in a so call 5 star hotel in Paris not impressive at all.

I’ve stayed here a few times on business and it’s totally fine when you aren’t paying and you just need a place to sleep.
It’s literally under the Eiffel Tower so in terms of location, it’s hard to beat, especially if you get a room with a view of the tower - you have to pay a fair amount for the Eiffel view; you don’t get a better room, literally just the view. If you don’t pay the premium, the view is pretty crap, looking out at another building and an ugly courtyard.
When I reserved I asked specifically for a room that was not near the lifts as the first time I stayed I was by the lifts and it was noisy. That being said I was put in the room literally right next to the lift. I was told there were no other rooms and I should request to move the next morning. I was woken up 3 times in the night by sounds in the lift shaft right behind my head. That night I had also ordered room service and my food arrived cold - they did refund me so that’s fine but I did go to bed hungry.
The next day when I asked to change it seemed to be such a chore, it was so busy and I effectively had to checkout, wait until there were available rooms and then checkin again…begrudgingly I did this and after a lot of faff and discussion I actually got a room quickly but it was an old room and I think a disabled access room. The shower was old and tired and the room basic and a a bit run down. It was quiet however so I kept it since I was only there that final night.
I think this place is fine for business if you just need a place to sleep but I would not choose to stay here in my personal time. I don’t think the premium for the rooms with a view are worth it when you can walk outside and see the tower and be right under it in less than a minute. Food is average and so are the rooms but you really cannot beat the location. Staff are decent, I cannot fault them really.

Rooms are spacious and modern , nice
Good bed comfort
Noise insulation can be improved, noises from room above and outside (difficult in q big city i know)
Bathroom, toilet in bathroom, not seperate, a rainshower (very low water pressure)
Breakfast standard for this kind of hotel... nothing special though, i would eat breakfast outside of the hotel, cheaper and better.
Service of staff : friendly and kind.
Location close to tour Eiffel,
only one subway line (6) and rer line nearby
Very expensive, so price quality is just average.
One could say you pay for the location, but most Paris hotels are close to a famous monument/museum.

Our travel company placed us at the Pullman and we were delighted. It is a modern, luxurious hotel and easy to like, but don't take our word. While we were there the French Olympic basketball team stayed at the hotel and we have heard the many of the tennis players from the French Open were guests as well.
The room are quiet and up to date with electric plugs that conform to any device you might have. Breakfast was wonderful with a good selection and made-to-order eggs.
The only down side we encountered was a very late cleaning of our room after a long day sightseeing, but the staff sent a cleaning crew to the room very quickly.
Be sure to visit the 10th floor restaurant/bar on the hour after dark as the Tower will have a surprise for you on the hour.

Came here for my wife’s 40th birthday and everything was very nice at the hotel.
The best part was getting the Eiffel Tower view room. One has to go on to the balcony to see but the views are breathtaking nonetheless.
Try to request a higher floor if you can. We were in room 318. I think if you are in rooms on the 10-16 line on a higher floor it’s an even better view.
The room was really clean
The beds were comfortable
The maid service was excellent
The breakfast was really good
The concierge was very helpful in helping us make dinner reservations
They also do in hotel Covid testing so you don’t have to venture out to get Covid tested to fulfill requirements for travel.
The check in / check out was very smooth. We arrived at 930 am after traveling from the US…and they had the room available for us.
The location was great as it is a very short walk to the Eiffel Tower and near the metro. It also is pretty easy to get a cab as well.
I would definitely stay here again.

This is a large, fairly modern hotel with some comfort but little or no character. It has 430 rooms, meaning there are over 800 guests when it’s full, as it pretty much was when we were there, due to the French Open tennis being on and many players and their teams (and fans) staying at the hotel. We stayed for four nights and have mixed feelings.
People rave about ‘the location’ and ‘the view’ – but really neither are that good or important. I booked a ‘superior’ room with tower view – you look at the view for maybe ten minutes a day but sleep for several hours, and anyway the view is just outside the main door. The location is good for the Eiffel Tower, but not much else.
Our room was comfortable and clean and quiet – these are important things – and the shower was very good. The room was not large and had very, very little space for putting clothes – if (as we were) you’re a couple on a longish trip with big cases, you’ll not find much space to hang or put clothes. In retrospect, I’d book a bigger room with no view, but then we weren’t on honeymoon or stuff.
Plus side: very good staff, from check-in to check-out and specially at breakfast. The variety at breakfast is good. Sleep quality good too.
Negative side: there are three lifts and often it’s not enough for a place this size. Breakfast was always a tad chaotic – so many people around – and on two mornings the cooked food simply wasn’t hot enough, you’d expect better. Staff were sometimes struggling to provide enough plates / bowls / cutlery. The restaurant (Frame) overcharges and underperforms – avoid.
My wife and I love Paris and we stayed here because it was (relatively) close to Roland Garros. As an Accor Diamond member, I wouldn’t stay here again (I had to ask for the welcome drink) mainly because places like Scribe offer so much more.
Stay here if you’re obsessed with the Eiffel Tower. Otherwise, look around a bit. There’s so much more to Paris than this.
