Relaxed in this hotel from 13 to 20 July 2024. Everything loved - the room is clean, beautiful view from the window of our room on the 5th floor (on Osman Boulevard). The cleaning of the room is very thorough (for which thank you very much Yule). The room is small, but there is everything you need - hairdryer, kettle, fridge, bathrobes, slippers. Breakfasts were held on the 1st floor - everything is delicious, the atmosphere is homely. The staff at breakfast is very pleasant. And the hotel location is excellent - close all sights, but the room is quiet. Would love to return to this hotel)

I searched the hotel for a room with good bathtub which is hard to find nowadays. This hotel doesn’t have a fancy bar nor restaurants but has everything else. Breakfast buffet is pretty decent and high quality for €20. Stuff are all very nice and attentive. This hotel is in very high class fashionable area . Our favorite Restaurant Les 110 Taillevent is 4min walk and The Market by Jean George is 10 min walk. After I ditched older husband back to the hotel, I walked 6min to visit Jacquemart- Andre Museum by myself. Though the room is tiny, amenities are very high class, for example the hair Dryer is Dyson, 24h open free snack bar is full fruit and goodies. I recommend this gem for those people who can see the difference.

My children treated me to a night in this wonderful hotel, perfectly located with nice shops, real bakeries, good restaurants… I was dreading my overnight stay because of the mixed reviews I found. But everything was swept away upon entering the hotel. A beautiful decoration pleasing to my friend, a very good, frank and courteous welcome. The room we had was perfect and above all impeccably clean!!! Even the pleasant toilet seat reminding us of our laughs experienced in Japan with my friend... Very beautiful decoration with feminine tastes, beautiful Azzaro soaps, I didn't know he made them... and Dyson equipment including the hair dryer that I'm going to rush to buy 😅. A perfect night's sleep with quality bedding and pillows. An impeccable breakfast with hot eggs and… champagne!!! You have to dare to suggest it… it’s the first time I drank champagne for breakfast 🤣!!! In short, more than a hotel: An experience!!!

The rooms are very small even for Paris standards. My husband and I could barely fit our selves and our luggage in the room.
Also be aware that you pay on arrival so you cannot change your mind about staying there easily.
Internet was not great in the hotel. It took ages to set it up on their system. My husband gave up but I used it but it only let me see headings of emails not the content. I was constantly changing back to my 4G in order to read my emails etc.
The hotel does not have a foyer, a bar or a restaurant. There is a breakfast room and the breakfast was of a good quality.
If you like decor that includes lots of chrome and statues of big cats like panthers this is the hotel for you.
Most staff members were helpful and friendly (especially the guy on reception who helped me set up my metro travel card).
Unfortunately, the guy on reception when we checked out tried to charge us 15 euros for 3 small bottles of water worth about 5 euros max. On arrival we had the mini fridge emptied so we could put our own milk and drinks in. On one of the nights of our stay my husband felt really sick and had to rush back to the hotel and he asked for some water from the hotel so they gave him a bottle. Somehow another 2 bottles appeared in the fridge which we did not ask for. Which they tried to charge us for. The guy on reception was really confrontational when we challenged the size of the bill for the water. You would think that if a guest of the hotel is feeling ill that they could give them a bottle of water or at least not overcharge them for it. However in the end we only begrudgingly paid the 5 euros for the one they handed my husband.
When I also pointed out to this guy on reception that the internet was not great instead of taking this on board he angrily denied there was a problem with the internet.

Horrible Horrible Horrible! Biggest crooks! The owner is simply a crook, no other way of putting it. We mistakenly broke the toilet seat cover (probably was already broken) and she demanded we pay $1300 to replace. Research and it something that cost $60. After we offered to pay a reasonable price of $300 ( which they went ahead and charged my Amex) she wouldn’t let us check out without paying an additional $1000; to the point that we had to call the cops to be able to check out and make our flight. Apart for the fact that they tried to hustle us, the rooms are tiny, could not set the AC lower than 21c; breakfast is a joke! And don’t drink the water anymore in the room, they will charge you $10 a bottle. Horrible experience! Ruined my stay in Paris.

Perfect location, friendly helpful staff, comfy beds highly recommend. There’s a lift if you can’t face or are unable to climb the stairs (especially after a day’s walking round the city!) rooms have air con, nice touches in the with Dyson hair dryer and electric loo 😂. We would definitely return!

The receptionists are welcoming and helpful as well as the rooms which are comfortable and very beautiful. The hotel is located right next to the Champs-Élysées and the Galerie La Fayette, which saved us public transport. I recommend this hotel!

I was still shocked by the room because for a 4 star I wonder where they are. The room must be a maximum of 10 m2, the bed is as hard as a stone, the floor is stuck, the cupboards only open halfway, the lights only work, no place to put your belongings, together your dirty items . For a price of more than €400 per night it’s a scandal.

I fell in love with the hotel because it is located in a good point to get to know Paris, with the advantage that it is close to different metro stations and the Arc de Triomphe. On the other hand, the head of reception Denis is super attentive, friendly and very helpful, I have to highlight that he speaks Spanish. I highly recommend the hotel for its cleanliness and comfort.
