The location of this hotel could not have been better - mere steps away from the Champs Elysees, with two Metro lines to choose from. It is difficult to comment on the hotel as a whole, as we had a room which was in the basement, with no real outside window to open, so it felt a little claustrophobic. It was right next to the breakfast area, and the walls were quite thin. Also the bath was in the bedroom, so only private area was the small toilet. But the breakfast was acceptable, the staff helpful, and the decoration meant that there was always something to notice. Another time we would book a superior/ upstairs room, which I think would have changed our experience. Lovely staff.
I came to this hotel with my family for a holiday. The receptionist Abla helped us a lot. Hotel is very clean. Location is very good. thank you Abla. does its job very well. we will always come to this hotel from now on. I would recommend it to everyone
Literally, the worst hotel experience I ever had! Extremely rude receptionists and staff! No concierge! No assist whatsoever in anything! Poor breakfast! Poor options everywhere! Rooms are NOT soundproof! you can hear all residents' affairs through walls and you have 24/7 radio in your bathroom from Khaleji and Spanish music by other residents through the ventilation system! One elevator serves the entire hotel! you can only imagine! using the stairs is easier! No amenities! No bathrobes! just soap and shower gel are all that you get with €200 per night! They don't respond to their telephone, you have to go down the lobby, search for someone to help you! The access cards keep disconnecting every single time! you have to activate it by heading to the so-called lobby and dealing with super rude people to get back to your room every single day! SAVE YOUR MONEY! My company forced me to book this hotel! I would never ever come back here again!…
To those who travel to Paris and want some amazing place to rest, this is it! We stayed for 5 days and everything and I mean everything is amazing. The room is cleaned everyday and the maid arranged our toothbrushes and toothpaste differently everyday(funny find). Receptionists are amazing, all information needed was promptly provided. The rooms may be a little bit smaller than one might be used to, but I can assure you there is enough space. The bed and the pillows are so comfortable we sunk in and fell right asleep! Amazing service, amazing place!! Superb!!
nice hotel with perfect location in centre of town for business and trips, clear with nice furniture and services only disadvantage poor breackfast near HOP on HOP off, LIDO and Triunf Arc and many shops
Always a great stay in this boutique hotel. Rooms are all different and all beautiful furnished. So if you are looking for small and nice hotel this may be one of you primary choice. Champs Elysee are just 3 minutes away and George V metro station is right there.
Wonderful staff and friendly check-in/out process. I stayed for one night but still an overall wonderful experience. Close to restaurants, metro and Champs Elysees. Highly recommend if you are looking to enjoy the city and stay in a very iconic Paris hotel.
A very nice, beautiful decorated hotel, in one of Paris best neighborhoods. Nice breakfast as well. The staff was polite and helpful and they spoke English as well (not always the case in Paris...). Highly recommended.
The hotel is beautiful without a doubt, and the staff pleasant. Centrally located. Rooms are decorated well, warm and comfortable with hot showers. Recommend going elsewhere for breakfast due to price and service.
Thanks to all the staff and management in the Hotel Chateaubriand who were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend to all as it was in excellent location in the center of Paris. Very nice room , great breakfast and excellent base to go and explore the nearby restaurants and sights of Paris.
