I stayed in Paris Marriott Champs Elysees Hotel for 8 nights, it was my getaway holiday after a long summer of working. The check in process was very smooth, fast and efficient. As Ambassadors Elite , I was upgraded to family and friends room. My room was spotless clean, comfortable and cozy. Upon arrival to my room, there was welcome gift from Mr.Bassem Al Helalat , very kind gesture . The breakfast at the restaurant was excellent, big variety of food, hot and cold. The staff at the restaurant were very friendly,helpful, specially Hanaa, she always greet with very polite,warm welcome , plus always asking if need anything, very rare competence in hospitality. Thank you so much Hanaa. The check out was very smooth, fast , the concierge team were very helpful, professional, and fast to help me with luggage. Thank you so much Ali and Noor. I have to give a big thanks, gratitude to the help , support from Mr.Fabien Villoteau , he always there to help me with room preference,checking all the time if I need anything and he always delivers outstanding guest experience. I highly recommend Paris Marriott Champs Elysees Hotel for family, solo travelers and business travelers. The location is in the middle of Champs Elysees Avenues, few minutes walk from shops , restaurants and major attractions. In the end I have been staying in Champs Elysees Marriott for 22 years, it’s my second home in Paris and the hotel team always goes the extra mile to help their guests to get the best experience. Our staying with family was not up to expectations, rooms were not clean and daily cleaning wasnt proper, human hair was there when we arrived untill we leave the hotel, also cofffee stain the same, clening was poor from HK, hotel was not maintain well, service wanst good, we are not planing to choose the same hotel again.

We stayed at the hotel 11/9-11/12/2023. Our room was 231. It was in the back of the hotel. I am titanium elite. We booked paying cash. They did not up grade our room. Some rooms are renovated. Ours was not. I asked for an upgrade they said none were available even though I am titanium elite. On the back side of the hotel there is a an alley way that has some night clubs and a parking garage! What a night mare! The constant screaming, yelling, honking,of cars went on all night long until 7am in the morning! I am not exaggerating! I took videos. I literally got zero minutes of sleep! We did not open our windows. At times it sounded like shots were being fired. I don’t think any were but that is what it sounded like. Sunday morning I went down and asked to speak to the manager but because it was the weekend they were not there. The woman at the front desk was very nice. She gave me the name of manager and email. She said to send an email and that our room was flagged with the problem and they would get back to me. She said she knew the rooms in the back were problematic because of the night clubs and that it was especially loud that night. It was Armistice Day. I sent an email to the manager also included her name. I sent three videos documenting the insane noise to prove what was going on. One video even showed a woman on the floor below me looking down in astonishment at the mayhem. All this being said the manager has never reached out to me. Do not stay at this hotel. Years earlier I stayed at the Westin Vendome. Much better. Considering my level as a Bonvoy member I would expect better. No guest should deal with this.…

As per other reviews, the rooms at the rear of the hotel which appear to be the unrenovated rooms are dated and not of a standard commensurate with the price. The location of the hotel is however stunning. The rooms that have been renovated do appear to be much nicer. Facilities in the hotel are basic but adequate eg restaurant in the evening, breakfast buffet etc.

Very nice hotel , room had a view on the center of the champs Élysée ! Some staff of the bar were cold and pushy! Even tried to overcharge me on two separate occasions, Waitresses at breakfast were amazing ! Cleaning team top notch 👍👍👍

We got moved here a week before our trip due to an issue with our booked hotel. Prior reviews pointed toward issues during the renovation. Their pain was everyone else's gain. Very nice hotel. Large, friendly, and helpful staff. Our walks were a bit longer than planned, but we returned to a nice room and comfortable after days of ten plus miles walking.

I wouldn’t rate this room 133 more than a 2 star , very unsafe , you won’t sleep with the noise from screaming and shouting outside , shower was broken, toilet wouldn’t flush correctly, very dirty carpet , very unpleasant experience, Qantas should not recommend this

My family and I went on a 2 week vacation throughout Italy and France. We ended in Paris, staying at the Marriott Champs-Elysees Hotel (we are from the USA and are huge Marriott fans). We were only here for 3 nights, although our stay was wonderful - met all expectations that we have had for Marriott hotels. However, 2 people took our expectations over the top - Jeremy and Hung at the hotel bar. Not only were these two so incredibly friendly, they went out of their way to make sure our time in the lobby bar was fantastic. They clearly both enjoy working for Marriott and with each other, making jokes between the 2 of them and with us, constantly paying attention to us when we needed more drinks/food and ensuring our time there was top notch. They are kind, funny, helpful, and do a wonderful job of making sure all needs are met. My family and I kept saying - they were the highlight of our time in Paris! We want to come back just to see them again! Thank you to the entire staff, but mostly Jeremy and Hung. We will never forget you, and will be sure to do everything in our power to see you again!…

The moment we stepped foot in Marriott Champs Elysees we were greeted by two of the friendliest faces. Hung and Jeremywere an absolute pleasure. They were informative, kind and overall amazing. Hung especially went out of his way (before his shift) to take incredibly beautiful pictures of my boyfriend and I. They truly made our experience here worth all the while. If you ever get a chance to stay here, grab a drink at the bar and have a lovely chat with ANY and all of the staff.
