    Sure you can, you need to take the train from airport and then shift to the metro station and reach the hotel. This is so easy and doable, and you need around 1 hour to reach the hotel from airport.

    Not sure, would have to contact hotel property for that answer but I saw a lot of pet owners walking their pets in the streets of Paris.
