I stayed at this hotel as it is close to the Expo, but regret it!
Room was very noisy, staff were extremely rude and unhelpful.
Worst customer service, even when the fault was theirs.
Lift broken as well. One iron shared between rooms.
The errors made by the staff and their un

We stayed here for three nights for Roland Garros. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is a bit of a walk to the metro but not too much for us elderly people. The room very good for the price and the whole area very pleasant with good brasseries and restaurants within

On arrival at the hotel the reception staff looked mildly annoyed to see us, which is not the kind of welcome one expects from this class of hotel.
The hotel itself is pleasant and the room quiet given how close it is to the Paris ring road. Not sure how rooms looking over the a

The hotel is 4 star but in fact it is far below 4 star standard. The room is big but very old, the carpet is filthy. The breakfast is terrible, only few choices. The worst thing about this hotel is front desk staff. We asked them to give us a wake up call but they both forgot 2 d

I was wondering if there was anywhere at the hotel you can leave luggage to be collected later in the day? We don't travel home until later in the evening and would like the opportunity to explore more of Paris without carrying bags! Thank you in advance!
Dear, We have a secure luggage room in the hotel. You can leave them in the morning and take them later. Regards, Etienne Képéklian Directeur Adjoint

Hello, what's the best way to get from the EurostarTrain Station to this hotel? We are arriving about 11pm Thursday evening. Actually, whats the best way (cheapest, most convenient) way to get around Paris in general. We are staying Thursday - Sunday and intend on seeing the main sites and eating and drinking lots. thanks, Kate
Hi, me and my sister are travelling to Paris for the first time. I understand taxis are cheaper if many people are using it. Any ideas how much it will cost HS travelling from CDG airport?
If you have an apple product. Get the Rome2Rio app. Put in both destinations and it will give you price options.

"Ask for an outward-facing one"
"Request for higher floors which have a better view"
"Floors 7 and 8 seemed to be the better floors. Avoid anything looking into the atrium."
"I would suggest rooms not over looking the road might be quieter, but the traffic wasn't a problem between 11pm and 7am."
"Ask the front desk for their selection. They will give you the best room, away from the street."
