Lovely hotel. Small rooms but had everything needed. Bar area. Breakfasts beautiful. Staff friendly. Situated close to metro. But far out from major attractions but has everything close by. Would return.

I was mislead by the name Porte de Versailles and thought it was opposite the fair grounds. Room is small with shower, no tube - wardrobe is even smaller - no way to hang cloths needed for 5 days - Good facilities with Tea & Coffee making in the room. Good TV screen. Basis wifi works - More advanced connection... More

Paris was our first stop to the start of our long Euro Trip. Firstly there was some confusion about the location, and we landed at a different Mercure which was closer to Bus station. Don't let the pictures of the lobby area of this hotel fool you. The first floor does give an OK impression but the rooms are outdated and dirty looking, the bathroom in my room was not clean, I feel that I would have enjoyed my time in Paris if I would've stayed in a nicer hotel. By the way the... More
