This hotel was disappointing in so many ways. The room was tiny even by Parisian standards. The " garden courtyard view " was of a gap in between the building of Lapin Blank and the one next door which was also full of scaffolding ( see photo). The room was very noisey as when any shower was on in the room next door or above or across the tiny corridor it sounded like you were standing under it - not great at 2am , 3am and 4am in the morning. The hotel position is terrible its not near any decent restaurants and is in a very major busy road with abandoned shops next to it , overflowing garbage, cheap $2 shops and homeless people living in doorways (see photos). When I asked for a refund because I wanted to move hotels I was offered an upgrade to a better " quieter room" this was then rescinded by the manager and when I asked for a refund so I could move hotels that was refused. So I had to stay 9 I actually went and bought ear plugs) having paid the crazy expensive price for this very down market hotel. Don't believe the reviews online !! This is a one star hotel not 4 star. …
Great location: Next to Luxemburg Gardens (where we would start some of the sunny mornings), in a central but peaceful St. Germain area. Very attentive and friendly service. Very clean and well designed room (we had a deluxe room).
Between check in and check out, our experience at this hotel was great. Very prompt and responsive service, clean and spacious rooms, and a unique design to each giving you a very boutique hotel experience.
The hotel was perfect for my group. We were 3 people, the room was spacious (in Paris standards) and very clean. We had all the facilities that we needed. The hotel staff was very helpful. The location was great for us. Not in a too busy area, very close to pantheon, Jardin du Luxembourg, Latin quarter. I would definitely stay here again.
Positives: Staff are great, Room is a decent size for Paris. Bed comfortable, clean, wifi, water pressure and temperature all work fine. Check-in and checkout perfect. Very nice location between Luxembourg Gardens and the river. RER station direct from CDG a few minutes walk away. Negatives: Typical bathroom amenities missing - no bar of soap, difficult to shower with just a bottle of hand soap, no towel racks, ridiculous, and no rack to put shampoo or soap in the shower. Seriously inconvenient bathroom design. Also could not find a hair dryer in room 53. May be somewhere down the white rabbit hole. Overpriced.
The hotel is clean, cute ambiance, the staff is helpful and very pleasant. The continental breakfast is delicious. The hotel is located walking distance to many places of interest in Paris. Highly recommended for visitors to Paris. Thank you!
I loved staying here! The staff was very nice and the decor is very cute. The shower was great and beds comfortable. Great amenities in the room. Blow dryer in the desk and free macarons in the minibar. I really loved this stay. The first two nights I was upgraded to the junior suite on the 6th floor which I could see the top of the Eiffel Tower if I stood up on the bed. :) it was a bit inconvenient having to pack everything to move rooms on the 3rd day, but I understood and appreciated the upgrade. My only complaint is the carpets need to be shampooed. Dirt and traffic stains in the suite, room and hall stairs. I loved this place as a whole and would highly recommend!
Excellent hotel in a convenient location not overwhelmed by tourist crowds even in the summer. Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was clean and bed was a little on the soft side but still comfortable. The only downsides are very weak wifi and low-quality shampoo. I would recommend bringing your own shampoo and conditioner.
We were pleasantly surprised how our room was not only beautifully designed but had all the functions one would expect in a hotel room, especially when rooms in Europe tend to be so small. To have found such a nicely appropriated room in Latin Quarters of Paris at this price range was simply awesome for us and made our trip better.
We loved staying at home Le Lapin Blanc. The room was beautiful, the staff were very nice and the complimentary breakfast was lovely. It is in a fabulous location too, very walkable to the Pantheon, Luxembourg Gardens and Notre Dame. We will be back again! Thank you!
