On arrival we noticed an error in the booking from the travel agency, but front desk receptionist Clarisse and the manager solved it within minutes, although it was in no way the hotel's fault!
Clarisse took care of us until the problem was solved, not just with efficiency and a smile, but also very friendly and with a great sense of humour! <3
We stayed in a room on floor -1, which had a separate bathroom, unlike most double rooms at the hotel, and the bathroom was very spacious. The room also had its own terrace with some greenery and a lot of solitude + even birdsong :)
Both room and hotel were very fresh, clean, calm and comfortable.
Beds were really comfortable, and there was no noise from outside.
Bathroom had free toiletries with a lovely citrus scent.
Breakfast was delicious, and available until 10.30 on weekdays and 11.00 on weekends, and all staff very friendly and attentive!
Very quiet and calm breakfast restaurant looking out over the downstairs greenery.
We really recommend this hotel for everyone who wants to stay in this part of Paris :)

NICE Hotel!
Pretty close to principal attractions however my room was a little bit tiny but cosy, there was just a little wc, definitely acceptable.
Staff was nice and helpful! The hotel location is a must basically you can walk in about 30 minutes everywhere! Breakfast was with not a lot of choice but good; hotel average priced!!!

Hello Grifomoro, Thank you for your feedback! We are happy that we were well located for you. The rooms in boutique hotels in Paris tend to be a bit small due to the lack of space. Our staff is here at your disposal for your needs, so we are glad that you found us helpful. We try to vary our breakfast with several options, but we'll take your comment into consideration and adjust our breakfast item options. We hope to welcome you again soon. Best regards, Sania

Nicely decorated hotel. Bed and shower very good. Strange there was no bathroom but shower was put directly in the room. Also some wear and tear visible here and there. Firealarm went off in the middle of the night. Location is a bit ouf the centre and subway location not super. It is situated in a nice street. Quality of wine should be improved in the bar.

Hello OuweEekhoorn, Thank you for sharing your experience with us, and we truly appreciate it :-) We are happy that you liked our hotels decor, bed & shower. We are currently renovating our rooms so that the shower will be more private. We are extremely sorry about the fire alarm, but it only goes off if it senses danger to protect our guests & the staff. We will take your comment into consideration and improve our wine collection. We hope to welcome you again! Best regards, Sania

Environment: Calm and warm. The room is neat and clear. The soundproof is not the best but acceptable.

Accessibility: Convenient. 5 mins from metro station.

Surrounding area: Lively but not noisy. A lot of interesting small shops nearby.

Staff: They are extremely nice.
They offered me the cake when I checked in and show me about the lobby and the resto.

We have stayed in this area every fall for the last 20 years. This is the nicest hotel to date. Yes, the room is small, but I've stayed at smaller hotels in Paris. Small is the norm for Paris hotels for those who don't already know that. 9Hotel is very pretty, modern and clean. The only reason I did not give the hotel a perfect rating is that it is rather pricey, the sliding bathroom door did not completely close and the shower is in the room and therefore does not provide any privacy. This did not bother us, but it may be an issue for some. The breakfast area is beautiful with a view of the outdoors. We did not have breakfast, so cannot comment on same.

The Pernety Metro is conveniently located ust around the corner. What's especially great about this area is that it is your typical Parisian neighbourhood with many cute boucheries, bakeries, bars and restaurants. I would highly recommend the area and the hotel!!

Nice clean and smart hotel. Very close to the tube station and room was very comfortable with a great shower. On the downside the room was small and noise levels were a little to high. You could hear the train noise through the walls. In saying all that the staff were polite and friendly and I needed some pain killers and despite all the pharmacies being closed the kind lady found some paracetamol for me. Some good local places to eat and a nice cafe for morning cafe next door.

Just got back from a weeks stay in this lovely boutique hotel in Montparnasse and we are completely satisfied.
The hotel is very new and everything is clean and shiny.
I had seen comments that the rooms are too small, OK they are not big but they are quite good enough size.
The bed is very comfortable, and the room is well sound proofed so we slept very well.
And the shower ... without doubt the best hotel shower I have ever tried!
The hotel is well situated near the Pernety metro station and there are enough good restaurants in a 5 minute radius to keep us happy and there is a good night life (without being raucous)
The hotel staff were all very friendly and always had a smile for you.
Lovely hotel! We’re missing it already

We are very disappointed by this hotel. We stayed room 002 (RDJ) and this room is very wet with an unpleasant smell of humidity. We asked to change room because of that and the reception replied it was impossible because the hotel was full. On Sunday morning, we didn't have hot water to take a shower. We asked to the reception what happened : the woman replied we have to wait 1 hour/1,5 hour to have hot water....

This was a recommendation from a colleague. Normally this is a very reasonably priced option for him but Paris this week was very busy so all prices were expensive. If given a choice I would want to pay a cheaper rate as this isn't a luxury hotel but that wasn't an option

All in all it is a nice place. A good location for me, next to a metro line to get to work and only 20 min walk to RER B from and to the airport.

Staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel was very clean. Definitely can't fault that.

we asked for a quiet room and so they put us at front of hotel (road side) so we heard quiet a bit of traffic noise through the night which resulted in us being woken quiet a lot, we had full on days planned so affected us a fair bit

Your team said it's possible to use the refrigerator and your staff Estelle treated a customer like a "Thief". Patrick, the general manager also told me the refrigerator is only for internal use, so the customers cannot use it, even suggested me to check out. It's very clear you are changing your words constantly.
