Bonjour Morgan,
to go to Disneyland by train it will costs 10 € par person (more or less): you have to catch the line nr 6 until Nation, and there you have to change and take the RER A untill Eurodisney. By taxi it dépends on traffic, but it should be around 50/60 €.
Close to the Hotel you have the Rue de la Butte aux Cailles which is a typical aerea of Paris, with a lot of Restaurants, Brasseries and bars...2 minutes walking from the Hotel.
Have a good day!
