Well located, either walking besides the Seine or metro to anywhere in Paris. Comfortable rooms, nice breakfast and friendliest staff in whole of Paris. Highly recommended for either city visit or business trip.

We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights from June 3 to June 9. We have been happily surprised and this will be our "hotel destination" at our next stay in Paris. The rooms were a bit small (afterall this is Paris), but the accommodations were good. Breakfast was awesome and the staff was AMAZING, courteous, kind, very professional and helpful when needed. A huge thank you to everybody. With a metro station right across the hotel, it take you to the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe in about 20 min. Not far from the Jardin du Luxembourg and the Quartier Latin, the hotel is well located geographically and you will have easy access to everything (Louvres, Invalides, Quartier St Michel, Notre Dame etc..) If you are looking for a good hotel that not only provides you with great amenities and an amazing staff, this is the one. We do highly recommend it. You will not be disappointed!

Although this hotel is facing onto a busy street, it is largely protected from noise by having two sets of windows, both double-glazed. The rooms are small, but adequate. The bed was comfortable and there was a large TV. The bathroom is also small but the shower was warm & powerful. The breakfast was adequate, with good croissants and decent coffee. It is relatively inexpensive for Paris. Overall, for a couple of nights of business travel, it was fine.

Stayed at the Mercure for 3 nights - location wise to me it’s perfect. A stones throw from the metro to get around Paris which is the reason I booked. Another reason was the breakfast - less choice here than I’ve had in other Mercures but still good enough. Breakfast can get a bit crowded as the area in the hotel isn’t the biggest. The room was fine, we had no view at all but that doesn’t bother us. Beds were comfy & bathroom very nice. My only complaint would be the air con didn’t work & the room was very hot throughout our stay. If we’d have spent more time in the room I’d have had to complain about it - although the room was cleaned everyday so the hotel staff must have realised something was wrong when they were opening the door to a sauna! Would definitely stay again & recommend to others.

Visited Paris for an event at the Accor arena, the hotel was ideally located .Also opposite metro station so quick access to Paris centre. Reception area a little cramped and probably needs an upgrade . They are currently building a bar restaurant area which looks like it will be nice when finished. Staff were friendly and helpful Room was nice and clean . The breakfast was good and plenty of choices. Coffee was available from a machine at all times , free of charge, which was a bonus, I believe the Hot chocolate was very nice. Would visit the hotel again.

The location was within walking distance of work. The staff was pleasant and breakfast for the first few days was good. The hotel smelled funny like it was musty and they had a deodorizer to address it. The air handling system in my room didn't work so had to have my window open to get any air flow.

Stayed there for 2 nights in the privelage room. The rooms were good size with a very large led tv even for the room size. The bathroom was also good with a shower. The breakfast was okay with the usual continental stuff (yoghurt, croissants, breads, cereal, coffee etc) . The hotel had some work going on besides so was noisy in the day. The location is out of the paris center but there is a station just opposite the hotel which unfortunately was empty due to strikes. There was grocery shop nearby and some restaurants very close, also a very decent mall 20min walk away. The staff was very good, very friendly and super polite, always on their toes to just help you somehow, clearly the best part of this hotel. Overall, its good.

I was robbed in this hotel due to staff negligence - the door bell is not working so the receptionist left it open and two professional thieves went into kitchen and stole my bag while I was drinking tea at 23h. the thieves started spending money from my card immediately. I went to police. The next day I complained, was told that the hotel is public area and anybody can enter it. They are not responsible and after that the manager kicked out out in the street. The hotel is located in a very dangerous area also. I called and asked about hotel insurance but the response was the same.

AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COST!!! My friend was robbed in the hotel lobby. We were sitting in the breakfast area in the evening, calmly having tea, then 2 men came to the hotel, pretending to be guests, the hotel employee opened the door these strangers, who took my friend’s purse from the chair next to her in a moment of distraction. These were professionals. They instantly started spending on her credit cards. After doing the police report, and the next day, we went to talk to the hotel manager. He claims no responsibility since it happened in a communal area. However, this is not a hotel with a public bar where any person can just come in. I’m not entirely convinced that the employee was not involved. We read other reviews later where other people told they were robbed there. To top it all, the manager was not apologetic at all, nor said he would look into it, what you hope of someone in charge in that situation would tell you. I confess his arrogant and evasive behaviour really upset me. We started having an argument and he did the unthinkable, he took our bags and starting dragging them outside, treating us worse than animals. A disgraceful behaviour! We have all the reason in the world to be mad, but you would expect the manager to be understanding and conciliating. It was not the case at all! Also the location is awful even if well connected. Dodgy hotel behaviour in a dodgy neighbourhood!
