The hotel is conveniently located close to St Honore’, Faubourg and other key areas of the city. The rooms are not very large but clean and equipped according to the expectations. The safe is a little bit small. The toilette in my room does not have the window but the shower area is large and comfortable. Nice and professional staff. The restaurant is not open for lunch and that might be an issue if you want to stay inside working or resting. Good breakfast.

Stayed at the hotel for a weekend with my sister. The hotel is a well located mid size hotel that has a cool vibe to it and comfortable design. We were very happy with everything while we were there and the breakfast buffet was pretty good too. The rooms are a fairly good size for Paris and the quality of sleep was good. The only things missing were a good coffee maker and a hair conditioner. The rooms are a bit used and could use a loving touch up with a paint brush and the lightbulbs were not all working and/or blinking ad would be happy to get checked on every now and then. But we were happy with our stay… until we were not. At the airport I realised that I had left my AirPods Pro in the bed and was able to track them to the hotel. That was a relief that I could find them and we wrote a message to the hotel straight away to ask them to secure the AirPods and told them where they were left behind. No answer. A few hours later when we landed back home I tracked the AirPods again and noticed that they had been taken out of the hotel and to the suburbs of Paris. We wrote again to the hotel and told them what had happened and sent them the photo of the location and the airpods where obviously a staff member had taken them. No answer. The day after we sent the third message and much later that got a very scratchy line back that they would possibly check tomorrow with the lost and found manager and please if we could send better info on how the AirPods look etc. Very unprofessional. Fourth email sent and still no answer. It seems that you do not matter after you check out and obviously don’t care that they have a thief working for them - the kind that is not smart enough to know not to take things with GPS tracking. I am so disappointed for we got good recommendations for this hotel and were looking forward to going back here again - but never will and will not recommend it to anyone I care about. You and your belongings are not safe here. …

This hotel is reasonably priced in a brilliant location. The rooms are a good size for Paris. The staff are very helpful. I didn't choose it (I tend to go for more high end / boutique luxury) but having said that, but I would certainly recommend it and would certainly stay here again.

We book this hotel for 3 night and location was really nice Very close to all point mostly walking distance and best part was breakfast and staff there who is working Amadou and Issiaka and one more there were very friendly and they make your mood very happy But it’s not 4 star bec room we’re very small and what we got room it’s really dark zone.. I request them to change our room but they refuse.. Anyway was good stay ..

Exceptional Customer Service. We booked our hotel 5 minutes before arrival and they were ready for us. I was unaware of hotel’s policy but was accommodated by Chantel in the front desk. They worked out a solution to fit our family of 3. For Paris standards, the rooms are new and modern with excellent interior design. It was quite roomy for Paris standards. We have been traveling throughout Europe for two weeks and this was one of our nicest stays. We were at another hotel the previous night in Paris but this was the better of the stay.

What a fantastic hotel. An absolute gem with everything we needed and exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable staff. Left our cases on arrival and before departure so we could explore Paris a little more. The staff even offered to put our bottle of water in the fridge so it would be cool on our return. Little touches like that are much appreciated! The room was immaculate when we arrived, and the breakfasts were equally of a very high quality with lots of variety and options. The decor overall is very good and the lift was a joy to see and use. We couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommended.

This hotel was so disappointing that I checked out an hour after I checked in. The room was not comfortable, and the hallway seemed like it could be noisy given the floor. Also, didn’t feel secure. They claimed to have given me an upgrade, but as passed by other rooms whose doors were ajar, I’m not so sure. My bed was hard. I just didn’t have a good feeling about it. Now, mind you I resolved to check out after I had lunch at Le Bristol, for which I left Roblin, and saw the beautiful setting. I was willing to lose a night’s fee at Roblin, however. Anyway, it’s not horrible; but after going to Le Bristol, getting an upgrade via AMEX platinum to a Jr. Suite. I was so muc happier.

We spent a long week as a mini girls trip staying in this hotel - it was fantastic! The room was spacious and considering the current heat wave the AC was appreciated! Such a beautiful building and located in such a nice area of Paris! There’s restaurants, wine bars and plenty to see within walking distance. It’s located beside the beautiful cathedral Madeline and super close to the opera. Staff were fantastic so helpful and polite and always had a friendly greeting. The gentleman running the bar was so lovely and made the best mojito in Paris! Top tips locally - adorable toy shop across the road if you have kids, Buddha bar is a cool bar/restaurant & there’s a fab wine bar that looks directly onto le Madeline. Cannot wait to come back to this hotel again!

If you want to be treated to a true Parisian experience, this is your choice. Centuries old building with modern conveniences. Top not staff, took the time to learn and remember our names. Perfect location for the Palis Garnier, Lovre, gardens. Steps from the Subway. Did I mention the staff. the Terrace rooms are quintessential Paris, did I mention the staff? We ere there for a Dad Daughter stay but I would have loved to Honeymoon there. This is a can't miss stay. I usually stay near they airport when on business, not any more. I have traveld the world, this was one of the best stays of the thousands of nights i have been away from home.

Lovely well positioned hotel with nearby restaurants and easy metro access. All staff were courteous and helpful. Breakfast was buffet style, no complaints at all. Room was well equipped. No view from bedroom so cannot comment if there might have been noise from the road. Recommend
