The good Location, 7 min walk to the Arc de Triomphe, lots of nice brasseries around and in a really good area. The lobby bar area is really amazing, great quality feeling and really nice and attentive staff, everyone behind the bar was really friendly and super professional. The decor and feel of the place was just really special, a great place to spend some time. The bad The rooms, nothing like the style shown on websites. Old style carpet, two single beds pushed together with double mattress, really basic feeling furniture and the bathroom was AWFUL! Wobbly shower head over a bath, no enclosure or even a curtain, just a tiny sticking out bit of wall that lets water go all over the floor and toilet, just a horrible space! Dirty grout and sealant, with a broken toilet seat to top it off! The keycards and front desk staffs reaction to the issue is laughable! Apparently they are “very fragile” and it’s my fault for putting it too close to my phone. So I kept the card completely away from my phone (in my bag) for the whole day and the same issue…. everyday….. for 7 nights. It’s so frustrating and they don’t even care, when clearly there is a massive issue with their keycards - I know it sounds silly but it ruined my stay (along with the terrible room). In summary So much potential to be a very special place but my experience of totally underwhelming and poor room along with CONTINUOUS key card issues and a couldn’t-care-less attitude from all the front desk staff just means I’d never come back.…

Quiet location, boutique style hotel, I really liked the breakfast and the overall atmosphere. The bed was too soft for me and I prefer walk-in showers but otherwise happy with the choice and would likely book again.

My room was recently refurbished. The bathroom was nice. Great decent-sized shower. Nice towel warmer rack. The cons: The room next door to mine (and the room above?) was being refurbished and the noise between 9 am and 5 pm on weekends was deafening. In addition, the hotel hosts a popular bar/club. The music on Thursday night was quite loud into the early evening hours. The key failed to open my door every single afternoon. Had to make the extra trip downstairs every single day of my 6 night stay.

Great place, great staff, great location. Really can't fault the Pley Hotel, our trip was a mix of family and business and it was perfect for both. If you are looking for a comfortable, clean and quiet place to stay for either business or leisure, you can't go past this.

Modern, clean and good value. Modern eating, bar area with friendly and welcoming staff. Clean and functional room. Good little gym. Great location for tourism and work. It doesnt have all the luxury of the larger established hotels, but if you're after something that is very good and functional, this is a good choice.

Very central hotel with lots of restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping close by. The Arc de Triumph and the metro 10 minute walk as well as the shops of the Champs Élysées. Basic hotel with all amenities - tea/coffee in the room, and nice bath!

Amazing stay as usual. Super friendly stuff, great location and very tidy. It was our 3rd stay at Pley and will for sure come back and recommend to friends. We got the upgrade and the room was decorated nicely for my birthday

Me and my friend stayed for five nights. As a 4 star hotel I was expecting better than what we got. The hotel was very clean and the staff was nice. It was still missing that final touch of service that I’m used to in a 4 star hotel. The bed was absolutely awful. It was so soft that we had a hard time sleeping on it and kept waking up in pain during the night. My back is slowly recovering now. Breakfast was honestly a disappointment. Boiled eggs were extremely hard to peel and very dry. There wasn’t a lot of options for someone who has celiacs. There was no one “welcoming us” and giving directions in the breakfast room in the morning. One staff member did ask if we wanted something to drink which was nice. The mini bar was a joke. I’ve never seen an empty one before. Not that I mind. But it was also pretty much warm. We did “complain” about it and were told that it is normal as it is not a fridge (yes, I know thank you..) and that’s why it sits at 6 degrees. I assure you it wasn’t 6, more like 16. I did not have the energy in my to complain another time due to lack of comprehension from staff. The hotel entrance and lounge are very beautiful, we loved it. But as overall experience I would not revisit this hotel. And I’m sure there’s better 4 star ones in Paris. …
