The hotel looked lovely when we arrived. We asked if the bathroom had a separate shower - one not in the tub. The accommodated us and changed our room. Unfortunately, that night there was a severe rain storm and we were on the top floor. We heard water dripping and luckily we moved our suitcase away. We called down and they immediately moved us to another room. The room was lovely. The staff were extremely accommodating. Because of our troubles, they sent us beautiful flowers and champagne. The found out it was my birthday, and they sent us wine to the room. The manager, Mr. Xavier Lenoir could not have been more accommodating and the staff were delightful. Breakfast was adequate and charming. Just a note - if you are handicapped, you do have to walk up or down a few steps to get to the elevator. Fabulous location. Excellent staff. They treat you like royalty!!! I had a rather difficult train ride to Paris. They brought me water immediately on my arrival and sat me down to complete my registration. I must have been ill looking. SO very nice of them!!! A staff member literally wrote directions for me so I would not get lost. There was always someone working who spoke fluent English. I really appreciated that. I only wish I could have stayed longer!!!!!

Excellent location all the posh shops (Chanel, Dior, YSL) are steps away from the hotel, as well as top celebrity hotels like Plaza Athene, Four seasons and Bulgari Hotel are a block away from Hotel Claridge. Beautiful small boutique hotel, breakfast included. The rooms are very nice clean well maintained, the staff is wonderful, everyone from the restaurant to cleaning crew to front desk is so attentive. Peter was at the front desk and was so patient and nice, I bothered him with everything and anything and he was always pleasant. My only suggestion would be to add restaurant service for lunch and dinner, they have room service but the food was not as good as the breakfast they serve in-house. I would definitely recommend staying here👌🏻

Clean and food sized room. Staff was super helpful. Room wasn’t huge but worked perfect. Breakfast was fine but not worth the charge. Area was very clean and safe and Eiffel Tower wasn’t a bad walk. It’s in a pretty upscale area so the shopping/restaurants weren’t what we were looking for and it’s pretty far from all other sites. Did not see any coin laundry which we had been told it had.

I loved this hotel! The location was incredible, rooms were beautiful and staff were so friendly. My friend and I stayed here for 3 nights for a girls weekend for our first time in Paris. We were so impressed with Hotel Claridge. Upon arrival the staff took our bags up to our room, we then checked in which was smooth and easy. We paid for a deluxe room which included a great wardrobe, huge chandelier, huge bed, sitting area and even double sinks! We had a lovely view of the street from our large windows and would often just sit and look out. The location is also perfect and is walking distance to most of Paris. I would 100% recommend this hotel and will most definitely stay here again! We were also able to have breakfast brought up to our room which was extremely handy with 2 girls that take a while to get ready. …

Five minutes walk to Champs-Élysées and Metro line 1. About 10 minutes walk to Ark of Triumph. Good breakfast, clean, small street with a lot of restaurants. Center of wonderful Paris. Old pretty building. You can purchase trip tickets at front desk.

Hotel Claridge has that old world charm that many people look for when staying in Paris. The hotel is smaller than what most Americans are used to but it makes up for a lack of size with top of the line service and staff. The entire front desk team is spectacular, so friendly and courteous and always willing to help meet any needs of their guests. The rooms are smaller than US rooms but extremely clean and tastefully decorated with old fashioned charm. The standard rooms are smaller, but if you want a room more like you would book in the US, the Junior Suite or Deluxe rooms are what you want and worth the extra space to spread out a bit. The beds are firm but surprisingly dry comfortable for such a firm mattress. Everything in the hotel is spotless and very well maintained. The morning breakfast buffet was excellent and continuously stocked. They have scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, breakfast potatoes, pancakes, fresh pastries, breads, yogurts, apple sauce, fresh fruit, cereals, meats and cheeses. Fresh squeezed juices, good coffee, More than enough to get your day started properly. The location of this hotel is two blocks from the Champs-Elysees and a few blocks up the hill to the Arc de Triomphe and also a relatively short walk to the Eiffel Tower. Restaurants literally across the street and pretty much every block thereafter. I would highly recommend this hotel.…

Hotel Manager, Tomaz was simply outstanding!! He helped us translate French to English with obtaining a local doctor and extended our unplanned stay by 1 week, during the height of their season!! The rest of the staff were friendly and very impressive!! Kudos!!!
