This was a place to stay that was a great unknown to us. We booked it based on reviews by others and were quite pleasantly surprised and impressed with how well we were treated. The experience I think also galvanized in my mind the concept that those who would complain about this place are seldom satisfied with anything. From the time we arrived, we were treated like royalty (we certainly aren’t that). The accommodations were beyond comfortable. They were fantastic. There is a breakfast available downstairs in the mornings that is very nice but not included in the price of your booking. What really makes this place is the people. From Diego, the bellman to the front desk staff, all were helpful in directing us to things we might not want to miss around the city. Most particularly, the concierge, Gerald was a consummate gentleman. He helped book transportation for us, asked how everything was and corrected my speaking errors in French politely. He was recently awarded the golden keys — a recognition of excellence. You can walk to many places of interest from here if you are so inclined. Le Tour Eiffel is about 1.7 miles. Le Louvre about 3 miles and l’arc de triomphe about a half mile. I would most definitely stay here again.…

Hotel's Favorite
This hotel is quite nice and well located to explore Paris. Rooms were contemporary style, well appointed , clean and well maintained throughout our stay. The hotel restaurant is also has excellent food and wine, of which we had the fortune of sampling. What really distinguishes this hotel is the welcoming staff and the superb service! They made my family feel welcome,special,and exceeded our high expectations in every possible way. All we had to do was relax and enjoy Paris. The concireges are really some of the best we have ever experienced. Alan and Gerald are outstanding, but really the entire staff is. We worked mainly with Gerald and he went out of his way in helping my family have a memorable birthday vacation to Paris and one of our best vacations ever! We Went to this hotel we wait at the reception , for a coupla of hours and we decide to sit a little on the sofàs they had at the reception. After more than bit finally we get in the room. Where the towels were for one person. I ve asked for other towles and tgey let us wait for another hour

This was a comfortable and convenient hotel with very helpful staff.However it just did not give me the feeling of being in a 5 star hotel. The room was adequate.Although I continually bumped my head on the suspended lamp. When I went to bed it could take up to 20 minutes to find the right combination to turn off the lights. Breakfast was an eywatering 38 euros and simply isn't worth it.On the second day all the hot food was stone cold and inedible.I was not charged for this. I slept well and it was a convenient base.

After heavily researching hotels in Paris, France, Hotel Sofitel Arc de Triomphe was the perfect choice for us! It is centrally located for all the sites important to us on our first visit to Paris! Most were within walking distance or short Uber/taxi away. After contacting the Concierge, Gerald, who was very instrumental in helping me throughout our stay with reservations, car services and anything else you could imagine! He was friendly and took much pride in his work. When we arrived, we found our room to be upgraded to a much larger suite. It was beautifully decorated and just enough room for what we needed! Breakfast at Les Coccottes was perfectly paired with our schedule. Everything was fresh and the croissants were the best!! We will definitely be staying here again on our next visit to Paris!!!…

We stayed at the Sofitel Arc de triomphe in late March. My rating is 11/10. The experience was absolutely fantastic top to bottom. First, the hotel was in a great location close to the Arc, Champs Elysees, and the Eiffel Tower. It was modern and clean with comfy beds. They made sure to emphasize where we could go safely because of the Paris riots and made us feel incredibly safe. Every single member of the hotel and restaurant staff was incredibly professional and courteous and went out of their way to make our stay perfect. They were more than happy to converse in English when we struggled with basic French. One particular individual stands out, concierge Gerald Cocher Martin. We started conversing a few weeks before our arrival via email and phone. Gerald essentially planned most of our trip, arranged transportation, purchased museum tickets and passes as well. His recommendations on restaurants and attractions were spot on. I’ve never met a concierge who absolutely went out of his way to make our visit amazing. He is incredibly kind and takes extreme pride in providing unmatchedservice. In fact, our train to Paris was thrown off by the national strike and protests and he organized last minute hotel reservations. For a family that travels routinely, this level of service was unparalleled. If planning a trip to Paris, I cannot recommend the Sofitel Arc de Triomphe enough!…

Such a wonderful stay and the bed felt like a cloud! Room a good size, lovely view. The staff were very helpful and a big shoutout to Gérald the Concierge who truly went above and beyond! He not only set us up with a marvellous brunch place (as a food blogger, I was very impressed), but he even texted the manager to tell him it was my birthday and I received an operatic rendition of happy birthday with an eclair with a sparkler in it! Great hotel. King beds. Large rooms. We asked for help for the concierge throughout our stay and they went above and beyond to help us, even walking us around the corner to help flag down our missing driver. Treated great by all the staff and we will be back for sure.

Stay here reasonably often on business Very well located for av Champs Elysees Lovely rooms. Very comfortable and reasonable size for Paris. Well appointed. Good breakfast buffet with wide variety Gym with various cardio equipment- not much on free weights
