I reserved the Executive Chambre with breakfast included at a rate of $450 per night. The staff was very friendly but the hotel was expensive for the quality we received. The Executive room is advertised as having a “view” of the Arc de Triomphe but really only had a small peek at the top of the structure through the trees. The first room we were in had a problem with the shower and only scalding hot water came out. Truly, it was burn-your-skin hot and couldn’t be fixed immediately so we were moved to a second room on a lower level with a lesser view than what we originally had. The bathrooms in both rooms had guides for how to use the bidet but the first room didn’t have one and the second room had a bidet but it did not work. Some of the decor was lovely, the thick curtains helped muffle the sounds of traffic below and the showers were nice, but the rooms needed a little attention as the carpets were bunching and the walls showed signs of wear. On my second day, someone knocked on the door around 3pm. Confused, I said, “Hello?” but I did not open the door as I was only in my underwear. A woman then used her key to unlock my door, opened it, and tried to present me with a bottle of Evian! I’ve never had anyone enter my room like that, most certainly not without my expressed permission when I was barely clothed. She apologized but I still felt shocked by it. Plus, on the mini-bar menu, the Evian is listed as €7. By the time my stay was over, there were 3 unopened bottles in my room. It felt over-the-top, especially if they weren’t complimentary. The staff, especially in breakfast/bar was very kind. All in all. I don’t intend to return and wouldn’t recommend this hotel to a friend, simply because I didn’t feel the price / quality were aligned. I admit, I was a bit disappointed in my stay. The location was convenient for moving around Paris though, so I did appreciate that. …
At check in it was fine but at check out, the receptionist was a bit rude. He was playing with his phone for at least a minute and did not apologise that he kept me waiting. I did not feel in my stay that the hotel was 5 start at all!! At best it is 4 start. No lobby area, facilities below average for a 5 star hotel. Only good thing was the location. If it was a 4 start hotel and 25% cheaper, I would have said it was a great and wonderful stay and would have rated it differently. But considering it as a 5 start hotel, it was by far the least value for money I ever have had.
We had an excellent stay. The customer service is very good and the amenities are very well maintained. Their people are very attentive and the customer service is amazing. We really enjoyed our time here. Would definitely stay here again.
My wife and I took our honey moon around Europe. We landed at Maison Albar Hotel - Le Champs-Elysees and were so happy we did. From the exterior to the lobby we were so impressed by the overall feel and aesthetic of the hotel we couldn't wait to get to our room. The staff was very friendly, attentive and helpful. Our room over looked the Arc and we couldn't have asked for more. The room was clean, wifi was fast, and the view was astounding. We will certainly return when we travel back to Paris.
Thank you so much, my hotel was beautiful Romantic, we felt safe The staff were professional, courteous friendly I wish the restaurant was opened late my breakfast was delicious I could not have asked for a better hotel, our location was close to everything the will always be a place in my heart that reminds us of Mason Albar hotel , 🏆
My wife and I stayed a few days in the junior suite to celebrate a romantic weekend in Paris. As per our request, the room was beautifully decorated by the concierge with flowers, balloons, and chocolate. The hotel is ideally located a few hundred meters away from the Arc de Triomphe and we also had a small balcony with a partial view of the Arc. The staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs. The only negative aspect is that we were a bit underwhelmed by the breakfast offered. We expected a bit more variety in terms of fruits, vegetables and pastries from a five star hotel, but this didnt affect the overall great mood that we had throughout the entire weekend.
The staff was wonderful and accommodating and specifically; Mohamed, Chaimag, Vitor and Stephan. We had a great breakfast each day as well. The hotel is quiet; the bed was comfortable as well. And the location ideal.
The hotel is looking ok. However, there was a horrible smell in the bathroom, a sewage smell that kept on coming back every day. The hotel staff did nothing. Not even a single apology. Customer service is very bad. Internet was not working at all, not a single WhatsApp message could be sent. And we heard a lot of other guests complaining about that too. The hotel staff said we should “email to their Managment about our issues”, which is absolutely ridiculous for many reasons but the funniest one is that the internet is not working, so how can we email?! Very bad sound proofing, you can hear the housekeeping banging the doors in corridors from 9am. Also, I put up a “do not disturb sign” and they are coming in the room whenever they want freely. In the end we had to run away from this hotel and checked out earlier. This is, on all fairness a 3 star hotel. Never again. …
wrong advise and poor planning made me late to to the airport and was made to spend 11 hours in the airport. they tried to help and apologized but does not replace the fact i had to spend 11 hours with two children in the airport because they did not secure a proper transportation that I had requested 3 days earlier. not alone having to buy new airplane tickets
Everyone was very friendly - from the front desk staff, to the restaurant staff, to housekeeping. They definitely made us feel welcomed. The breakfast was good and the cappuccino fantastic. Would definitely stay again.
