Good hotel, what is necessary for a good stay in Paris, it is not central but it is very well connected, the metro station is a 3-minute walk away, it is located in a quiet neighborhood and has several places around to eat, the attention of the Employees are very good, some speak Spanish. They only clean the rooms once a week, if you require another day there is a cost, free WIFI, breakfast on site. We only had one detail on our departure, we requested a taxi to the airport and at the counter they told us that the cost was 60 euros and was paid directly with the driver, when we arrived at the airport they charged us 78 euros in a very rude manner, I think they should allow Pay them at the counter to avoid these abuses.

We enjoyed our recent stay at this apartment hotel. We were in a studio which had a small kitchenette with a good size fridge, 2 ring hob and small dishwasher. Plates etc were supplied and there a plenty of supermarkets Nearby. We didn’t try the buffet breakfast but I think it was pretty limited but we did use the free coffee that was available once. We used the toaster and kettle in our room, the metro is literally a 2 minute walk at most and is the main line 1 which goes to arc de Triomphe, Louvre etc and trains are very frequent in Fact all the metros were good. Sometimes very busy but we never waited longer than 4 mins for a metro anywhere. The hotel receptionists are very friendly and helpful and they have a luggage room which is free of charge to leave your suitcase and rucksacks we used this on arrival and after check out. The neighbourhood around the hotel is quite smart and clean and is an easy walk of about 20-25 mins to Bastille, but the metro is only 2 stops so quicker. There are lots of bars and cafes near to the hotel and the area felt very safe.

I have stayed at many Citadines in Europe and this was my least favorite of the bunch and sadly was our longest stay.
I was definitely prepared for the lack of AC but having windows open when there were lots of little bugs around did not make for the most comfortable stay. The rooms were VERY run down. The sofa bed was not comfortable, the furnishings felt quite dusty, there were stains on the wall, stove was so old that the labels were worn off, fridge didn't keep things very cool, bathroom was not the greatest (very slippery despite the paper provided shower mat). They room did not come with luggage racks so we kept all of our items in our luggage the entire time... was nervous our entire time that bugs would somehow make their way into our luggage.
I am glad that the hotel knows that they are due for renovations because this space is definitely not comfortable for long term accommodations.
On the plus side, I enjoyed how convenient location was to both the 1 and 8 line making for extremely easy access to all the Olympic venues.

Look it is what it is - i stayed in citadines trocadero before and was really impressed at quality and size for the price. I went in with high hopes that were quickly dashed - republique called at 9am on the day of stay and said there was a ‘computer fault’ and they are overbooked. They had to move us down the road to gare de Lyon…they didn’t seem to understand that we were there for a funeral and a 15 min detour is actually a v v big deal for us - it meant we couldn’t walk to venue and basically added an hour to our round trip as we had to detour from airport then find a taxi back to cemetery then again back after Ceremony. Anyhow we arrived at gare de Lyon ..maybe 10 min unnecessary length check in again eating into our family Time. The room itself was like a poorly equipped studio apartment. The cold toilet was near the door…kitchen in the corridor v 80s poor equipment, no where to eat, the bed and pillows were lumpy and it was so noisy - literally you could hear the hoover going in the morning and people walking past. Again check out - not sure why this isn’t a 3 sec thing but seems to take them 5-10 mins to say that’s fine. Anyhow it was a difficult day made worse by poor management then doubly worse by a room that was poor. This whole situation means I won’t book citadines again - I can’t trust that I’ll have a room seems basic ask from your hotel. They waste so much money on CRM and loyalty but if they can’t given you room you’ve paid for then it’s just not a brand I trust at all.

Our 3. Experience within 5 years: Beds, rooms are apparently only made from 5 nights. The fridge did not cool (icebox completely iced) and buzzed so loud that we had to put it down overnight, although there is a door to the bedroom. The safe did not work, both bedside lights ( LED for reading) and the electric towel dryer defective ( thermostat ). A cooking pot dirty. The price for such defects without breakfast ( +15 € each) too high. In addition noise in the afternoon due to construction work in close proximity in the house .The staff friendly - taking the complaints,but it changed nothing. And the bill should be paid on arrival. Unbelievable! No longer recommended.

The pull-out bed was missing the pillows, which I was not believed. There was hardly any water in the shower. In response to the question, the shower head was changed without result. But on the last day I only had cold shower water, in December rather uncomfortable. When I reported it, I came up with an apology, I thought it was a little skinny. Also, on the first day I was told the cleaning was done on Thursday, which was great timing. Unfortunately, it took place already on Wednesday, without notice. Firstly, I don't like it if I can't put away my things like pajamas first, secondly warm to 10 days ridiculous, to clean after 2 days and then not anymore. We travelled to Paris on an 8-day trip. I was skeptical while booking the hotel and finally ended up booking Citadines Bastille Gare de Lyon Paris. The service was very warm and at first, we wanted to change the room which was initially offered to us. The staff were very cordial and immediately relented to do the change. The service was excellent, the rooms were clean. The Rue du Diderot metro was very close (just a 3 min walking distance). There is a Franprix to buy the provisions. Overall, we felt like at home and the stay was truly awesome.

Excellent location; well appointed, roomy apartments. We were pleasantly suprised at the size of the 4, 1 bedroom apartments that our family stayed in for 12 days while in Paris! No...there's no air conditioning, however, each apartment is equipped with 2 large fans and, once acclimatized, we found that we were comfortable. This apart-hotel is close to the main metro and RER lines and there are many bakeries and restaurants very close by. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again. It's clean and it's a 15 minute metro ride to all sites!

We stayed here for few days and it had been great. The service was nice. Staff is quite friendly and hospitable . Food was great. I was really impressed by front office staff oinam. thank you for your coffee Housekeeping have been very well trained and educated. They do accommodate special requests like early check-in and late check out that was really great I will recommended to visit this hotel.

Very good hotel, with attentive staff. Very clean, soundproof, functional room. Hearty breakfast, with a very warm welcome and fresh products. Pleasant, charming, caring and friendly receptionists. Close to Arena Hotel Agreement 15 mins on foot, near metro 3 mins, near Lyon train station 15 mins.

Our apartments are equiped with one bedroom that has double or twin beds and a rollout sofa bed in the living room. We can on fit 4 people in the apartment, children are included in the 4 people. We do have 2 bedrooms apartments that have 2 bedrooms for 2 people each and a rollout sofabed in the living room. All our rooms have been renovated this year and are very confortable. You may reserve on our website directly if you wish.
