The staff is friendly, the rooms are nice, but the breakfast is truly cringeworthy. Not what I expected from a place this nice. Its a typical buffet breakfast, which I found disappointing, but what made it cringeworthy was dry, overcooked sausage and grey, yes grey, undercooked bacon. The eggs ran out and I waited over half an hour before I had to leave, eggs finally came out as I was leaving. Stay here for the rooms, but eat elsewhere.

Extremely rude. I have 4 luggages to bring in and they barely helped. When asked, if it was as if they were the guest. Rooms are tiny and not clean. Very dusty and dated. The hotel fire alarm went off when I was in the shower. The front desk would not accept my Uber eats. What else can continue to go wrong…

I'm going home today after spending 6nights here. I almost didn't book due to negative reviews but glad I did. The staff make this hotel without a doubt. They are patient, understanding, extremely friendly-from the people at the desk to the bar (spent quite a bit of time there) to the housekeeping! I could find faults but won't as the people made it!

Where to start! This was out first time in Paris and we were blessed to come across this hotel while making our bookings. Right from the moment we entered the gate, it was magical! We were welcomed by Monsieur Nicolas and mademoiselle Nicole at the reception. They are both very sweet and funny! Welcome you with big smiles and light up your day after the long flights!! Simply felt like home. The rooms are great and are pretty big, knowing that this is one of the most expensive and happening streets in Paris. The location is THE BEST! This hotel is somehow very reasonably priced looking at the surrounding areas. The Opera is right next to you along with very good restaurants like cafe de la paix which is a must visit place again. You get everything you need right next to you. It’s the safest area in the city where you have a lot of tourists around even till late at night and you can easily reach the good places walking. I think the staff makes this place extraordinary! Must try!

Room Tip: Buy your water bottles from a grocery shop. Very expensive in Paris if you buy from restaurants...

We stayed at the hotel Westminster in july 2022- this was not our first visit – we have stayed with them a couple of times in the past as well but we keep coming back to them as we love the charm & atmosphere of the hotel. Its got a small old school boutique hotel vibe with the quintessential Parisian charm which is lost in so many of the newer larger hotels in the city. The staff is extremely friendly & helpful – our special thanks to Nikki & Jihad in particular for making our stay a wonderful experience. The hotel is currently undergoing renovation but we did not find it too disturbing at least whilst we were there. The best part is the location as it is right in the heart of all major tourist attractions & shopping. The opera house as well as the Place de la Concorde are a stone’s throw away. Would highly recommend.

After coming out from a 3-star nightmare hotel, this to me is a 5-star! The lobby was elegant, the room for the price exudes what we had in the previous hotel 6 minutes away. I felt home. This is what vacation should be at an affordable price. The breakfast was decent with coffee upon request; and my favorite smoked salmon was one of the choice in the buffet breakfast - just like home. My room was very quiet and the bathroom was clean. Had they only have a room this size available for the earlier part of my vacation, my trip would have been perfect. I should have taken what was available and just moved to another for the 1 day they could not accommodate us in the middle of my stay.

Our experience in Paris was made better because of Hôtel Westminister! The hotel is absolutely beautiful! The design in the lobby, restaurant/bar, and in the rooms were stunning. The service is great on every level. The room service is great, and the rooms are always kept clean. Mr. Jihade in the front desk also had a big role in our amazing experience at Hôtel Westminister, as he went above and beyond to make sure that we had a very good and comfortable stay. He was very friendly and helpful with everything we requested. Lastly, the location is top in Paris! It is walking distance from the best cafés, stores, venues, and park! I would recommend Hôtel Westminister to anyone who wants to visit Paris and who wants to stay at a hotel with high value, prestige, and great service!

Amazing boutique hotel! The best thing about our visit was the amazing hotel stuff, they were so very kind and helpful with everything we asked them! Especially Jihad, the costumer manager, made everything comfortable for us since we booked 2 rooms and we traveled with kids, also took care of everything we asked for, restaurant reservations, tourism attractions and more recommendations from him. Highly recommend!!

Our vacation has now sadly come to an end. But we will be leaving with great memories of our stay in France. From the start, the hotel was very nice. The location was spectacular as it is in the heart of the major tourist attractions, the restaurants and the shopping. Everything is accessible by walking and if you dont want to walk, the taxis, Uber or metro are conveniently available. But most importantly for me, the hotel is a 15 minute walk to the Paris Marathon starting area and is along the course route of the marathon. I was even avaliable to take pictures of the elite runners as they pass the front of the hotel, before going to my coral. During the marathon, my wife and our niece and her family were able easily and comfortably wait for me to pass by and cheer me on. The entire stay was complimented by the excellent hotel staff particularly Audrey and Jihade. Upon arrival Jihade quickly checked us in to our room which was upgraded, where we also found a welcome fruit basket and a card with well wishes for the marathon from Audrey. These kind and subtle gestures made our stay more welcoming, as it was a gloomy, cold, rainy day when we arrived in Paris. After the marathon, Audrey congratulated me for completing it and as it turned out here husband also ran it. We spent Monday at Montmarte sightseeing and had mentioned it to Jihade. I told him we went to eat Lebanese ice cream at Bachir. As it turned out, he is also Lebanese and he recommended a fine Lebanese restaurant close by to the hotel. However, because Tuesday was our last day, we were not able to go, but we will surely visit it next time we come back.

Well located hotel near all the shops, etc. Stayed here for our first visit to Paris after Covid. The rooms are quite large and quiet- despite overlooking the main road. Air- conditioning worked well and the bathroom was very large- we booked a deluxe room. The breakfast is good, but not cheap- it is suggested that you make it part of the package. Throughout the year they have special offers which give a considerable saving- they are part of the Warwick Group. Well recommended.
