So convenient next to metro Richelieu Drouot, walking distance to Opera/Galeries Lafayette. Many restaurants & cafes nearby. Even single room was super comfortable with a large bathroom. Very quiet & calm with courtyard view. Staff was friendly & helpful. Definitely my favorite Mercure hotel of the area.

The hotel is newly refurbished to a high standard of design, despite the fact that the rooms are rather small. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the location of the hotel is excellent. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Situated in a nice area of the city within walking distance of Gare du Nord which is useful in the strikes. It has small but well furnished rooms with a decent bed, air conditioning, tea and coffee making. The breakfast room is on the first floor. It provides a decent buffet ranging from croissants to scrambled egg or cereals to yoghurts. We would stay again.

Due to strikes in France and Belgium( 17-19 nov.) I tried to change my reservation with or without extra payment. The hotel was not willing to change to another date. For next reservations I will choose another hotel, lost money now due to strikes and unwillingness of the hotel. Too bad ! !

Dear Madam, Thank you for have taking time to write this comment to us. All reservations are subject to sales conditions; these one could be flexible or not flexible rate. We always give and leave a choose to the client during reservation process which is very important to us. Unfortunately, the non-flexible rate cannot be modify and cannot be refund as the sales conditions stipulates. Note that the hotel cannot be held as responsible in this kind of situation. The hotel can modifies or postpones only all flexible bookings. Sincerely Giové Beyeth/Quality Manager. Mercure Paris Opéra Louvre 95, rue de Richelieu 75002 Paris.

Hotel has almost perfect location in the hart of the Paris area next to various attraction. Rooms are relatively small but big enough for a short stay. Lobby praticaly doesn’t exists as it is just small reception area. Elevator (just 1 for 5 floors) could be a bit faster. Staff is very friendly. Breakfest could be better with more types of food to choose. All in all good value for money

Room was small with movement around with luggage etc. a bit trying. Room was clean and comfortable otherwise. On arrival found the receptionist a bit on the surly side. Location is very good and lot to do around the area with the Opera just a 12 min walk. Easy to get about too.

Stylish hotel in a beautiful mansion in the center Paris near the Louvre Museum and the Tuileries Gardens, we stayed at this hotel with relatives and friends, booked three Superior rooms, I, as Platinum member Le Accor, complimented me with the upgrade to Privilege rooms on the fifth floor, the rooms are spacious as for Paris, beautifully stylishly decorated, comfortable beds, functional bathroom, all made to the highest standards of Le Accor Hotels. Pleasant and attentive friendly staff and hotel management, proper and attentive hotel management, thanks a lot to the whole hotel team, we will come again!

I stayed here for 8 nights on business and informed the hotel in advance that I would need to check in early around 8am to have a quick shower before my 930am meeting. Thankfully they prepared and accommodated my request and I was able to check in early with no issue / extra charge. Hotel location is great, located 3 mins walk to the Richelieu - Drouot metro station and about 10-15mins walk to Opera and the big shopping malls, Galerie Lafayette / Printemps. On 1 or 2 days, housekeeping forgot to provide me with a bottle of water but otherwise I had no issues. Room was clean although the toilet area and shower was quite tight. I wished they had taken away some space from the room and put it towards the bathroom. After the 3rd or 4th night, the main elevator broke down and was not repaired even after I had checked out. This was quite a hassle as I had specifically booked a hotel with a working elevator to all floors. In the end, I had to take my luggage down to the first floor using another elevator (there are 2 in the hotel but only 1 goes to the ground floor where reception is located) and then carry all my luggage down 1 floor by myself. Overall, I'd consider staying at this hotel again but only if the elevator is working properly and if I need to be in this area again for business.
