On check in, we were given 1card and the wi fi code. No map, no info on surrounding area or advice on where to eat. We were given a double instead of a twin room on arrival. When I complained, I was told nothing could be done until the following day. Received no apology. I asked for an alternative such... More

My room was one of the external ones. On arrival, I found the lock was broken. It was unsafe, and they wouldn't move me, despite it not being fit for purpose. Dreadful customer service. I had to find alternative accommodation at very short notice and we are still arguing over the "cancellation fee". One night at Hotel Aero (excellent but... More

Spent 3 nights here whilst working in Paris. It was really conveniently located for the metro and my work, and within easy walking distance of the Seine and views of the Eiffel Tower. There are a variety of restaurants nearby. The hotel itself was clean and welcoming and felt secure. The room was compact, clean and comfortable with reliable wifi... More

It's a small hotel on good location in Paris. It offers nice furnished rooms, which are quite small but suitable for short trips. I’ve missed breakfast, which is not offered within the hotel. WiFi was working properly, staff was helpful and place was clean. But the price was absolutely to high.

The room had everything I needed. There was wifi that worked, a small bathroom with a great shower and great designer wash basin with a dryer for those who have to do their hair. The closet was perfect to hang what needed to be hung. The bed was comfortable and the staff did the room every day. The room was... More

This hotel has been one of the worst I have stayed in for a while! The room smelt bad and I asked to be moved to another room, which smelt just as bad. The noise between midnight and early morning made it impossible to sleep. The curtains were filthy, bathroom although appeared clean was dusty and stains on the shelves.... More

Nice hotel, quiet area, good position to the headquarters of the OECD and nice bars and restaurants. The room is quite small and clean. The bed is comfortable for those who like a stiff bed. The staff were friendly and helpful. The metro is few minutes from the hotel.

Using this hotel for fifteen years. I lived and worked in this area, so know the area very well. It is so convenient and for culture vultures the Musee Marmottan (Monet) is closeby. Great shops and restaurants.

Stayed for 4 nights at this hotel and this location was perfect! Other than that, everything was just ok. Here are the pros and cons from my perspective. Pro's: Location: This hotel was walking distance to the Eiffel tower and the Trocadero area. There are restaurants all around the area for you to choose from. From Mcdonalds to fancy ones.... More

The street of the hotel is nice, and the hotel is walking distance from the Eiffel Tower, but the area is not exciting and in the evening there are not many restaurants. The staff was extremely helpful and very nice. The rooms were very small but comfortable, in a medium condition. Overall not a bad choice.

Staying in Trocadero

Neighborhood Profile
Trocadero
This is the neighborhood of grand and impressive Haussmann-designed apartments and buildings. National museums overlook the Eiffel Tower and embassies fill the avenues and streets. Locals head to the butcher, florist, or bakery on their daily rounds amidst luxury and splendor, all with a view over Paris and its most famous tower. Snuggled in between the grand buildings are small art galleries and homes of historical significance. With a rich legacy from 19th century politics, art, and architecture, you can’t help but be reminded of the belle époque, the Universal Exhibitions and the nobility that have frequented and shaped these streets.
