Great for walkers
Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travelers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
This well-known hotel chain property is nestled in a quiet street only minutes walk to the Trocadero, and only another 10min walk to the Eiffel Tower. As has been mentioned by others, there are plenty of shops, restaurants and a small grocery store all nearby.
Stayed a Studio Room, which featured all the usual fittings and features plus a small kitchenette, with a microwave, stove, sink and range of cutlery. The double bed consisted of 2 singles pushed together, and was comfortable enough. The bathroom was on the small size with a shower over the bath plus the usual wash basin and toilet. A nice addition was the wall mounted towel warmer, which doubled as a clothes dryer for things like sox, jocks and tshirts. Average size TV featured a large range of local channels plus English news channels, but for a SmartTV was surprised not to see Netflix or Chromecast available. I was also informed at check-in rooms are not serviced daily, so if you need towels, etc replaced you need to ask for them.
As for the rest of the property, the main foyer has a small sitting area. Behind reception is the breakfast area, which is small but well designed. There’s also a seperate lounge sitting area and a small outside courtyard with a few tables and chairs.
Didn’t try the breakfast, and as there is no room service or meal services at any other time of the day, expect to eat most meals elsewhere. Didn’t even see a refreshments coin op machine which would be convenient for late night drinks and snacks.
As already mentioned, the lift is tiny, so it can take a while getting to and from your room.
Overall, and compared to the nightly rate of other hotels, the Citadines was good value even without some of the features of bigger chain properties.

I stayed 2 weeks at the Citadines apartments for work during July. The apartment was a great choice as it was centrally located with the metro only a 5 minute walk away at either end of the street. The apartment itself was very hospitable, my own kitchenette, TV, bathroom and comfortable bed. My room backed onto a semi busy street so noise was only a problem early morning when the garbage truck came past. For about 15 Euro extra a night you are welcome to a full help yourself buffet breakfast, a good start to each morning.

Excellent apartments, great location, 5 minute stroll to the Trocadéro area to view the Eiffel Tower 15 minute stroll to the Eiffel Tower! Tube station 4 minutes away Trocadero and victor hugo stations, a bakery just next door supermarket just around the corner, comfortable and nice clean apartments with everything you need. Fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, ironing board and iron, quiet room, fanatasyic would stay here again. Had a sofa bed in the living area which turned into 2 single beds and packed away easily with all the bedding and pillows folding up inside so was easy to set up and take down. King size bed in the bedroom. Separate toilet and bathroom. Little tip- when you come out of the hotel if you turn left you will find McDonald’s at the end of the street, if you turn right and right again that is the way to the Eiffel Tower and Trocadero area but if you turn right and then left you will find a nice little area with restaurants and bars near Victoria Hugo tube station we didn’t discover this area until our last day but wished we’d seen it earlier.

I travelled here in September 2022 with my wife for 5 nights. Found it on Booking. Excellent apart-hotel, that is just like a regular hotel, but has extra bits that you would want to use during your vacation stay - including kitchenette and bath, free use of umbrella in a rainy day. Citadines also provide availability to leave your luggage after you check out, in case your flight is later in the evening, so you can enjoy the Paris few more hours. I really appreciate the location, very convenient and comfortable to get everywhere, and the view of Eifel tower is just 5 min walk from here. Loads of various supermarkets around, cafeterias and a lovely restaurant just at the corner next to the hotel. Hotel staff was very kind and helpful. I would prefer to stay here in my future visit to Paris. This place met my expectations and made my stay in Paris cosy, comfortable and convenient.

We are a family of 6 just back from 4 nights in Paris. The apartment was fantastic. Great location within walking distance of lots of Paris attractions and easy access to metros, taxis and buses. My son is on crutches and we hired a wheelchair and everything was easily accessible. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The apartment had everything we needed, the kitchen was well equipped, the beds very comfortable and lots of towels and great showers, even a bath! Yea and coffee downstairs, when required, was a brilliant bonus! I really couldn’t say enough good things about this accommodation.

We booked a studio flat for my friend (a very tall lady) and myself and we were very pleasantly surprised to have been upgraded to a one bedroom flat. Thank you so much. Citadines Trocadero is situated in a very safe district of Paris, within walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and the Champs Elysees and many museums to choose from. There are plenty of nice restaurants and coffee shops outside the flat. The flat we had was located on the 5th floor. It was modern and clean with lots of space including 3 full wardrobes for storage. The kitchen is equiped with everything you need. The view was of the roofs of Paris and a quiet courtyard and we even had a balcony with a table and chairs which was great! Downstairs, you could help yourself to free tea and coffee and water from a machine. There was plenty of space to sit down and relax and a lovely patio garden with tables and chairs. We did not have breakfast at the hotel. Thank you again for such a pleasant stay. We will definitely choose Citadines Trocadero when we next come to Paris. All the members of staff were very professional and pleasant.

A studio type apartment/hotel in a great location of Trocadero. We didn't feel like tourists in this quaint neighborhood and it pretty much matched all the reviews we had seen. The staff was responsive and polite to all requests and we loved the breakfasts, outdoor courtyard and relaxing 2nd lobby area Location was easy distance to Eiffel Tower with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The small grocery on the corner had plenty of choices for our small kitchenette as well as amazing bakery/sandwich shops around the corner.

Apartment sizes were OK. Front counter staff were friendly and helpful, and spoke good English. Rooms themselves were another matter. The one sole toilet (2 bedrooms for 4 people) had a smell and didn't go away after airing it for 2 days. Telephones in the apartment didn't work and we had to go down physically to the front desk to ask questions. Safe also didn't work and didn't have instructions which we had to get from the front desk. Heaters didn't work as well either, it was either too hot or not warm enough. Doing laundry was rather expensive as well (especially compared to the Residence Inn in the UK where we had just come from).
Good dining options for Breakfast and Dinner around the neighborhood along with a grocery store around the corner. Location not too bad as it was a 5 minute walk to the Metro. Overall, an OK stay but could have been much better.

Good choice for people seeking their home away from home. Kitchen is a great opportunity to cook your own meals if you want to avoid Covid 19 threats in a restaurant. Perfect location for Metro and walking. Champs Elysees 20 min walk away.

The location is excellent, just a 10 minute walk to the Trocadéro and another 10 minutes to the base of the Eiffel Tower, which is a huge plus. We were a group of three adults and booked a room with a double bed and twin beds for four nights.. While the beds were comfortable, there wasn’t much space left in the lounge area once the twin beds were pulled out, making it feel a bit cramped. However, the separate toilet was a convenient feature. The kitchen space qas good as well.
The service was inconsistent. We had a smooth check in with helpful staff despite arriving later than expected due to a delayed flight. However, when we requested something as simple as a roll of toilet paper, the receptionist on duty responded that she couldn’t remember and had a headache—which was a truly bizarre and unprofessional response. Fortunately, the next morning, another staff member was much more helpful and resolved the issue.
Overall, while the location is fantastic and the room setup was mostly practical, the inconsistent service left something to be desired.
