Staying at this hotel was a huge regret! Most of my things were stolen from my hotel room, and when we raised the issue to the hotel staff they were uncooperative, rude, and offered no help whatsoever, in fact they have actually decided not do anything about the stolen items even though it was stolen from my locked hotel room. They wouldn’t even show us the security cameras footage to help. Worst experience ever! If you’re considering on staying here, DON’T! You will be a victim of theft in this place. Safety -2/10 Service -5/10

This hotel ruined my whole trip, I have never experienced a situation like this before. I was really disappointed by how they reacted toward my problem which was a theft that happened within the hotel. I have placed the do not disturb sign and regardless of it they entered the room organized and cleaned it and STOLE two bags with expensive items in it. When I asked them for their help they didn’t show any interest and were totally unbothered by my complaints. When I told them what happened they started denying my words with no proof and tried to convince me that I left my belongings somewhere else, which is more frustrating than the whole situation. As a person who payed and stayed in this hotel I expected more from them but unfortunately I was really disappointed by their manners and communication this is a horrible place with a horrible staff that made me feel worse by asking for their help to find who entered the room while I was out. My advice is to never stay here because they do not deserve your trust even though they placed card of access for entry and make you feel they care about your safety, THEY DONT.

We paid for the premium room, some of which have a balcony, I emailed a week ahead of time to request a balcony which they said is not guaranteed, and upon arrival they said they never recieved this email. Upon arrival, the couple that checked in at the same as us received a balcony room, we did not, even though we paid for an upgraded room and requested in advance. Furthermore, one of the front desk staff jumped into the conversation and began to raise his voice at me which was very rude. They said they will try for the next day, but when I called they said no one ever reserved that specific room to chnage us so someone else got it. How hard is to see when someone with that room checks out and move us there. Point being: POOR COMMUNICATION AT THE FROMT DESK AND RUDE. Rooms are large and comfortable. No amenities. Basically you can pay less for an Air BnB. We are stil staying here so well see if it improves.

Fabulous!!! I visited with my mother and my two daughters for a long weekend. Perfect location, short walk to Eiffel Tower, amazing shops, cafes, restaurants nearby. Supermarket a few doors up for essentials and a pharmacy, also Carrefour over the road. Room perfect, we had a deluxe 2bed apartment, 100% cleaning standards, linen changed daily.. immaculate, could not fault cleanliness/hygiene at all. Only small negative thing to mention is that they leave some lovely L’occitane products in the rooms, nice that they replace them so much, keeping shampoos etc topped up but I used a lovely bar of verbena soap and it was replaced each day, bit of a waste, only used it for handwashing, I left it by sink each morning…came back later each day to find a new one in wrapper, so they were obviously being binned and replaced, a bar would of lasted months so just one for the whole 4 days would have been fine! Brilliant gym! Beautiful decor and art, free coffee machine in lobby, nice cappuccinos! Staff very friendly and helpful, excellent English! Close to Metro stations although we mostly walked and used Uber. Wasn’t bothered by any noise at all, was on 5th floor, busy street below but was so tired each night, didn’t hear anything at all! Room had iron/ironing board, hairdryer, a safe, coffee machine, all kitchen utensils, pans etc to cook a meal, microwave, dishwasher, oven/hob… Would highly recommend and stay again definitely, the hotel made our trip to Paris even more magical. 5 stars well deserved, Thankyou.

My wife and I had a great experience at this hotel thanks to Thiago. Great location, within steps of the Eiffel Tower. Everyone at the front desk was helpful and polite. We enjoyed our stay here. Would definitely stay there again.

So you thought you found a very nice, chic hotel, high end, best location at a super price? well, you didn't. If you want to pay good location and high end, go to the Peninsula up the street. If you want to pay high and have a terrible experience, gross, old room, bad service, expensive mediocre breakfast...stay here. I fell for the nice photos in the website, the name of the hotel and the fact that they had "laundry" for my family stay. WELL, wrong worst decision. there are 2 Laundry rooms in the whole hotel which don't work, so don't stay for this feature. The rooms, the amenities, the towels, the odor... what's up tin this apart-hotel. And in the front desk they don't want to help. because THEY CHARGE YOU UPFRONT the first day. So, you're a captive costumer. just don't fall for it! believe me. Even if it has a very good location, Paris has many more very good location rooms! "its not the last coke in the desert"

As I lay here, at 2 am, with white noise and headphones, unable to get away from the erratic base beat of the bar below us, I wonder at the wisdom of a hotel who would do that to a guest who reserved 3 weeks in advance and arrived at 6 pm. The hotel itself is a fine location, and the other room we were given was roomy and quiet. But then this. Beware the dreaded room 133. If you’re given that room and the hotel is booked, guess what? Its an apology note with a box of jelly candies plus 2 sleepless nights for you.

With fantastic features, remarkable attention to details and ultimate luxury, the Hotel is one of the best in Paris. Between Trocadero and Avenue des Champs Elysées, the hotel’s location is strategic, as it allows for a very easy access to other important landmarks such as Palais de Chaillot, the Arc de Triomphe, and the iconic avenues that derive from Place de l’Étoile. Pallais Galliera renowned for its fashion exhibitions, Musée d’Art Moderne and Palais de Tokyo. Cherry on the cake, the gorgeous Suite Tour Eiffel offers an incomparable view of its namesake monument.

Great location, we could not ask for more coz of my personal preference to be accessible to Tour Eiffel by only few minutes walk. The warm and professional welcome provided by young professionals, Ms Attitaya at the front desk and Mr. Louis Villeroy. Much appreciated! Room itself is located on 6th floor, with lovely balcony. Pros: Spacious, well better than what we could expect from Paris. Well equipped, L'Occitane amenities and clean. Cons: Bed is comfy but pretty small, many holes detected on the sheer curtains, only one bottle of water provided on arrival, but not on second day. And the noise disturbance from the corridor both day and night. Breakfast: Good variety of food offerings, with quality. Station for the hot drinks is not really my cup of tea, in particular at the 5-starred property. Should be more to be made by order, including eggs offerings for ex. But lovely services provided by both gentlemen. Thank you Property to be highly recommened!
