I have loved everything about my stay at Le Général Hôtel. From Eugenia, Luiz, Ekaterina, Marwan, Ibrahim and all their others colleagues. They’re all wonderful Human Beings. It’s the first time that I have met such a kind, customer service oriented, wonderful, genuine and smiley team. The hotel is very well placed in Paris, very central to do your shopping and sightseeing. The amenities were very clean, well decorated and original.I loved the place and i will come back for sure !!!

Great boutique hotel next to Republique metro and steps from the Marais district. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Gave us great recommendations such as sites and good restaurants in the neighborhood. Room is not large, but it is well appointed with bath robes, nice soft towels and L’Occitane amenities. The hotel also has a small fitness facility with a sauna. The breakfast is also good at a reasonable price. I would stay at this establishment again as the location was perfect and place was clean and well maintained.

We spent our final two nights of a 5 week trip around France at Le General Hotel. From the moment we entered the reception area until we departed, we were treated in a personal way by staff who had a great deal of compassion in making our visit special. The decor is so creative, modern, and clean. A nice bar area to relax. The room was on the 6th floor….I’ve attached a photo to show evidence of the very special moments and visions it created for our last nights. The location is also excellent, in the Marais, and close to wonderful restaurants.

I have loved everything about my stay at Le General Hotel. From Eugenia (room maid), Ekaterina, Ibrahim, Marwan, and all their colleagues, they are all wonderful Human Beings. High quality breakfast. Very clean rooms with great shower. Very nice helpful staff. Great location of the hotel at a good distance to the metro. The Marais right outside the door. Highly recommended.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. It is small private cozy hotel with clean rooms, good breakfast and amazing service! Thank you for your care! ALso lots of restaurants nearby, close to the metro station.

I stayed here with my sister and friend in March and the staff was absolutely lovely. The suite was incredibly spacious with two beautiful bathrooms. Fantastic location — I would absolutely stay here again on my next trip to Paris!

This was such a refreshing change from chain hotels. This boutique hotel staff was incredibly accommodating and informed. The room was well appointed and every detail appeared to have been considered. A perfect neighbourhood too!

Such a great stay!! Excellent staff, friendly and welcoming. Great location at Marais - the hip trendy part of Paris. Breakfast perfekt - didn’t miss a thing. Room was clean, silent even though we had the elevator next to our room. I’ll come back next time I visit Paris!
