Service, Service, Service and then more service —always with a smile. The staff treat you special in a personalized way. If you’re looking for a five star hotel in the 6th arrondissment, on the left bank, then Hotel Lutetia is for you. The rooms are modern, spacious and lovely. The restaurants are wonderful and the bar is beautiful. We will be returning.
Our family loved our stay at this amazing hotel in Paris. The location was away from the super touristy areas, yet close enough to walk anywhere, near metro, shopping, restaurants and surrounded by a beautiful neighborhood. Attention to detail was unbelievable and seen all throughout the hotel and rooms, which were beautiful and some of the most comfortable, we have ever experienced. Every staff member we encountered was wonderful - welcoming, helpful and a pleasure to speak to. Highly recommend this outstanding hotel - a luxurious treat in the beautiful part of Paris!
The location was great for walking to nearby restaurants. We could see the Eiffel tower from our room. Staff was extremely accommodating. Wonderful visit. Would stay there again. Recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy Paris.
The beauty of this place is only enhanced by the politeness, attention to detail and professionalism of all its teams. Jocelyn and Etienne were very kind. The breakfast at the Brasserie was a delight: as delicious as beautiful. We were also moved at our arrival by the special and dedicated attentions prepared for our anniversary. Thank you Lutetia Paris for a wonderful stay!
Amazing Paris experience on the left bank. Close to metro/stores/ and beautiful neighborhood. Great staff well trained and rooms are excellently appointed. Our 2nd visit to this outstanding hotel surrounded by less tourists and more PARIS!!!
We had an unbelievable stay at Lutetia. Highly recommend this historical hotel for luxury accommodations in Paris. The staff is second to none that I have experienced at other luxury hotels, they are extremely helpful and attentive. The location is central to all parts of the city and a little less busy being on the left bank. We received an option to upgrade our room to one with a balcony and incredible view of the Eiffel Tower. The SPA was expected to be one of the best in Paris and certainly lives up to it. We look forward to staying here again on our next trip to Paris. Can't go wrong.
Even though we started with a hiccup at the check in it was a great experience . We were there for 5 dash's and our experience was extraordinary . Staff is so friendly and welcoming . The Consierge team it's so competent nice and helpful. The restaurant staff always greeting and smiling . Service a bit slow . Amazing bar with great ambience , live music on weekends. Rooms were perfect . I would say it's a classic hotel with q twist of fun in it . I loved the area full of walking streets and nice restaurants . Strongly recommend it and I will sure go back
Spent a few days at the Lutetia for a special birthday and was truly saddened to leave. From the moment we arrived, the service was second to none, and it continued until we departed. Leila, from the concierge desk, was wonderful and went above and beyond to make it a special birthday. We stayed in the Suite Amour, which was hands down the best room with the best view...right on the Eiffel Tower. We enjoyed the food (from both the Brasserie and room service) and Bar Josephine was excellent as well. Finally, the location can't be beat. Can't wait to return!
Yes, it is pricey, but worth every penny. This Hotel Exceeded our expectations – and my wife and I travel extensively worldwide about a third of the year, so it is not an easy benchmark to reach. The rooms were beautiful – the kind where you feel money was no object when creating the interiors.. solid marble tubs, separate huge showers with amazing water pressure, and hot, hot water. Beautiful Linens and Towels, Clean and fresh everywhere. We had a junior Suite, with a huge balcony overlooking the park… [and did I mention Hermes and Bon Marche were right around the corner]. The pool and spa are also marble filled [we had a couples massage and it was in the top ten!]. The Manager of the Hotel accomplished something amazing – the staff were omnipresent, yet respectful of privacy. There were many wonderful surprises, which I do not want to spoil – Would stay here over Crillon, Manderin, or any other of the “Name” hotels, which we have stayed in the past… not that they aren’t great, but that the personal touches here were simply phenomenal. Please note, the reviews vary in Paris, and I believe in part that it it totally room dependent - if you purchase the bottom rung room, I believe your experience will be different - this is very normal to Paris, where all the buildings are historic and thus it is impossible to have cookie cutter similarities..…
We had a weekend in Paris and I was so torn about what hotel to stay at. I tossed around The Ritz, The Four Seasons, Hotel Plaza Athenee, etc, and finally came across this amazing property. It met all my expectations. Everything was five star. We had the Writer's Room and it was very spacious and had an amazing view of the Eiffel Tower. The bathroom was just gorgeous-all Marble. Hotel is relatively small so we rarely saw people which was nice. The hotel interior/exterior is simply gorgeous. My husband said the gym had an A++. Its located in the Saint German des Pres neighborhood so away from all the craziness yet still close enough. A subway stop is right in front of the hotel so super convenient. Housekeeping really impressed me. They noticed I ran out of toothpaste and when I came back to the room they had brought a new bottle unsolicited. I have never had such close attention to detail at any 5 star hotel before. You won't regret staying here. Like Paris, you will easily fall in love with Hotel Lutetia. I already want to go back.…
