Excellent aparthotel with a central location in a few minutes you can reach the Louvre, Notte Dame, Center Pompidou, Place Vendôme...
Brand new and very clean shelters, extremely quiet. There is the possibility of cooking something as there is a small well-stocked kitchen in the room. On the 1st floor an amenities room gives you the possibility of changing linen (you can still request the room to be cleaned daily for a small surcharge)
Courteous staff, complete breakfast with a sweet and savory assortment.
At the moment there are renovation works underway.

Stayed here for a week or two and enjoyed a pleasant experience. It is an apartment style hotel, so has a cooker, microwave, fridge, sink, cutlery, utensils, dish washer, etc. All along with the normal items you would expect in a hotel room, TV, safe, ironing board and WiFi.

The rooms are pleasant and are made up every week, though you can collect towels and fresh sheets at anytime. When I arrived I found a welcome bag on the side with a few items to help if you were cooking in.

Breakfast is a simple buffet style affair, but more than adequate. The hotel is well located, with lot’s of shops, cafe’s and restaurants within easy reach.

I came by train from Gare Du Nord (one stop on the B or D line), which is relatively straightforward. However make sure that when you get off at Châtelet Les Halles, that you take exit 1 from the station. Les Halles station is underneath a massive Westfields shopping complex and it is easy to get lost if you take the wrong way out.

Spacious and well appointed rooms in a great location. It’s right next to a major train and metro station, plus so many sights within a walkable distance. We did Saint Chapelle, Notre Dame, Louvre, Tulleries and Place de la Concorde all in one day on foot. We took Uber to get to the Moulin Rouge and it was only £17.

So many restaurants right on the doorstep, a great Boulanger around the corner. There’s free to use coffee machines in the lobby with tea and hot chocolate also available. The staff are kind and attentive. Areas to sit in the lobby as well as the space on level one.

Beds were comfy, pillows were plush. Shower had great pressure and they provided a disposable anti-slip mat. There’s a kettle, fridge, microwave and full kitchen in the room should you want to cook, but you won’t need to.

Windows open to allow a natural breeze plus you can control the temperature of the air con in the room.

Can’t recommend it enough, will be coming back to stay again when next in Paris.

Central location, convenient for first time tourists. Neighborhood attracts pickpockets and is noisy.
1- When you arrive with a suitcase in each hand and it is raining, the 50 meters to get to the door of the residence are very long. The fact that you can't be dropped off in front of the door of the residence is not clearly explained.
2- we wanted to use the chromecast function of the tv to stream our series as announced on the Citadines website . It was not working. 1- when I asked the first day, there was no follow-up. The second time I asked, day 2, a technician finally came and found... that it didn’t work and said he will report it to reception (second day), nothing. Third day you ask again and this time you are finally sent two technicians who try for an hour. Finally the fourth day they changed the TV.
3- it was a one-week stay. We expected cleaning to be done once in the middle of the week as is customary in other citadines, I was told I should have asked! My fault, what. Thank you!
Finally the last day, although we had put the do not disturb sign, the housekeeping person tried to come in the morning ( we were in) and then early afternoon again (the do not disturb sign was clearly on the door).
4- the shower doesn’t have much pressure and the floor is extremely slippery.
We left that afternoon and gave away a night, we had enough.
Otherwise the location was quite convenient because it was central, everything worked (apart from the TVs), very compact for the kitchen and the tiny bathroom.
What is wrong is the lack of follow-up at the reception. Some receptionists are competent and very charming, but when they leave a message for the next team nothing happens .
Other front staff members ignore you while they are chatting together.
Very disappointing.

Dear Travelistnr1, Thank you for your detailed feedback. We sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you encountered during your stay, especially as a loyal guest. We truly value your loyalty and are sorry that we did not meet your expectations on this occasion. We appreciate your comments regarding the drop-off situation. As we are located in a pedestrian area, we must adapt to changes made by the local authorities that are beyond our control. We will work on providing clearer information for future guests to help them navigate this better. We acknowledge your comments about the neighborhood being lively and noisy, which is common in Paris. However, we want to assure you that we have not had any reports of aggressive incidents, and we prioritize the safety of our guests. To enhance security, we have a dedicated security officer on-site to ensure a safe environment. We regret the issues with the Chromecast feature and the delay in resolving it. Your experience with the technician's follow-ups is not the level of service we strive for, and we will address this internally to improve communication and efficiency. We understand your expectations regarding cleaning services and apologize for the misunderstanding. We'll ensure our team is better informed about housekeeping policies to avoid similar issues in the future. Thank you for bringing the shower pressure and slippery floor to our attention. We will have our maintenance team investigate these concerns immediately. We appreciate your comments about our central location and the compactness of the facilities. While we did offer a gesture of goodwill during your stay and our reception manager personally attempted to address the situation, we understand that it may have been too late. We want to emphasize that your experience does not reflect our usual standards, and we are committed to doing our utmost to provide a high level of service. Thank you again for sharing your insights, and we hope you’ll consider giving us another chance in the future. Anaël Residence Manager

Stayed here as part of a city break with Eurostar. Arrived from station (Metro) and took advice of another traveller. It is just one stop South on line B or D. Get off at Chatelet Les Halles and exit at Exit 1 which brings you out about 50yds from hotel.

Reception friendly. Sold us an upgrade which was totally unnecessary in hindsight. It's the same style of room but with a couple of both robes, slippers and a coffee maker in the room. Free drinks in reception anyway so honestly don't bother with that if they offer it to you. Absolutely not worth it for the €40 odd extra per night!

Room clean and tidy and everything you could want in it. Cooking facilities, dishwasher (tablets left too), fridge, plates, cutlery, glasses, etc. Even hand-wash, body lotion and shampoo included. Separate toilet and bathroom, cloakroom area, safe, ironing board, etc. We had the main room and our girls the sofa bed (which is all made up ready - you just have to open it up!). TV in lounge and bedroom areas. We had room 609 and view to the street outside. You could hear the Fountain when windows open which was really nice. The top of the Eiffel Tower can be seen from behind the rooftops to the right. Can see the light brightly spinning at night.

We thought breakfast was included but it was not so it tuned out. It's €18 per person and I wish I'd checked. Never mind. We will skip tomorrow! Breakfast has a few hot options, pastries, fruit, cereal, yoghurt, etc. Totally adequate but bearing in mind what you have in your room, may be better to pop to the bakery just opposite to the right or the small supermarket and save a lot of money for 4 people!

Taxis pull up just to the right of the hotel down the stairs. They can't get to the front itself.

All-in-all, a nice, clean place to say with so much around it (restaurants, shopping centre, bars, etc). Lots to walk to and lots to see. Very well situated.

Shame one lift out of order (appreciate these things happen) but would wait quite a while to get downstairs in the morning as it only holds about 8 people.

Dear kazgodders, Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a detailed review! We’re delighted that our location made your city break convenient and enjoyable, and it’s great to hear that the cooking amenities and room setup were to your liking. We’re sorry to hear the upgrade didn’t meet your expectations and appreciate your feedback, which helps us improve. We’re glad you enjoyed the view and the atmosphere with the fountain sounds and Eiffel Tower lights – a lovely Parisian experience! Thank you also for noting the nearby breakfast options; it’s always great for future guests to know about nearby bakeries and stores. We apologize for the lift inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. Looking forward to welcoming you back soon for another memorable stay! Best regards, Asiyat - Guest Relation Coordinator.

First of all, the location is the best.

It is a 1-minute walk from Exit 1 of the station where 7 lines, including Chatelet Les Halles station (line 3) of the RER directly connected to Charles de Gaulle Airport and Chatelet station of the subway (line 4), meet.

It is within a 10-20 minute walk from the Louvre Museum and the Ile de la Cité (Sainte-Chapelle and Notre Dame Cathedral), the Latin Quarter, and the Marais district.

There is a wide variety of food options, from Michelin-starred high-end restaurants to famous brasseries on Montorgueil Street, cafes, bars, and fast food from around the world, all nearby. Breakfast is not included, but coffee and tea are always available in the lobby, and there is a kitchen in the room, so you can buy something from a nearby bakery and eat it.

By the way, there is a small convenience store next door where you can get drinks including alcohol, snacks, snacks, fruit, etc., which is also very convenient.

The bed is made about once every 3 days, but you can change your towels at any time if you take them to the first floor, so it's not a problem.

So I had a very comfortable stay.

The hotel was under renovation, so the walls of the elevator were surrounded by cardboard? I was a little surprised that the craftsmen also used the same elevator to enter and exit and stop on the floors where renovation work was being done. However, I was able to stay in a renovated room, which was very clean and cute, and I was very satisfied.
When I read past reviews, I saw that there were problems with the attitude of the staff, so I didn't have high expectations, thinking that this is probably the case in France. However, the woman at the front desk, who was probably new, was extremely friendly, with a lovely smile. She spoke English slowly and clearly, and was very kind, translating things in parts with a translator.
Although there was no room cleaning, there was a place to change bath towels and sheets, which was convenient because you can pick them up whenever you need them. Since I was staying for three nights, it wasn't a problem that there was no cleaning.
There were many supermarkets, general stores, and restaurants around the hotel, so it was fun to explore various shops.

From the beginning, the staff were very kind and polite and helped us with anything we needed. The room was big enough and its small kitchen had all things a couple needs. The hotel is located in the best location in the city, there's a Metro station a few steps away, and a lot of restaurants and bakeries around, and also a small grocery shop next door. The only problem is that the room cleaning is with extra charge.

This is an apartment hotel. So they do not provide housekeeping and you get to dump your trash or collect new towels from a room at the first floor. If you are fine with that, this is a very good place to stay. The room is nice enough. The location is almost right in the middle of things. If you want to walk, you can reach those places of interest by foot. Lots of restaurants and shopping options around. It’s near to the Seine so we were able to go for a run, which was a huge plus. What I love most is the cosy coffee corner. They provide free corner and tea . We bought dinner back a few times and ate there, because it so much more comfy than some cafes or fast food chains out there.

We knew about renovation in advance and it exceeded our expectations - the rooms are new, clean & BEAUTIFUL! Anna at check in was fabulous! She was so friendly and helped with all of our questions. Public areas are still under construction but it didn't affect us. Really enjoyed the complimentary coffee & water machines in the lobby. The location is awesome too - so many restaurants and bakeries just outside the front door as well as a main metro station. Able to walk to the Seine in just a few minutes. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!
