This hotel is very centrally located between the Louvre and the Champs Elysees. We stayed in a King room and the room was larger than the typical Paris hotel of the same class. The rooms were clean and well kept up and had a very comfortable bed. There was also a very friendly and accommodating staff.

Stayed at this lovely hotel for 3 nights last week. Room was beautiful and comfortable. Breakfast was very good with plenty of options. The best part of this hotel was the staff. Definitely need to compliment Tara and Eric at the front desk. Tara went out of her way to help us figure out transportation to Disneyland Paris and answer any questions I had. Both were so kind. We definitely recommend this hotel.

Beautiful boutique hotel - Fantastic location in the core of Paris a short walk to great restaurants, the Tuileries Garden, Seine, the Louvre, Musee D'Orsay and other galleries. The hotel is situated in the heart of iconic fashion designers and shops. The rooms are very well appointed and the breakfast was delicious. A highlight of our stay at the hotel was the professional and welcoming service provided by the concierge, most notably Mustapha and Morgan.

The rooms are wonderful and quite spacious! We have stayed at this hotel numerous times. . .always enjoying a great support staff. There is an outstanding free breakfast, offering incredible foods, that is open the major portion of the a.m. Guidance from the front desk is exceptional and very well explained. The location is unique. . .one block from a main street (the Rivoli) where numerous restaurants are available, a few short steps to the Louvre and walking to the Eiffel tower along the Seine river is a short distance and enjoyable! In addition, the Hermes store is quite close!!

The hotel staff is some of the best I have ever experienced. Each one is extremely helpful. Lobby and main floor are recently updated. Rooms could use a facelift but honestly we were only in the room to sleep. The hotels location is the best, so accessible to everything.

Traveling to Paris on business on a regular basis, I this time decided to stay here. The entrance level has been nicely renovated and suggested the hotel to be a modern good 4 star location. Unfortunately I was proven wrong. As soon you take the elevator to the room floors you’ll find yourself back in the 90’ if not 80’. Old brown carpets, scrappy walls. The room size was ok. The bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned and the shower dropped all over the place. Breakfast was below average. No proper coffee but a thin brown filter coffee soup. Plates for breakfast were dirty. As I wasn’t in Paris for pleasure it just needed a good hotel room to relax after a long business day, I will not be back in this place.

This hotel is wonderful. It's in a great location, near several Metro stations, and within walking distance to many Paris attractions. The staff was AMAZING! Everyone was helpful, patient, kind and knowledgable. We had a great time, despite the imperfect weather. The rooms were clean, as was the dining area for breakfast. We loved our stay!

I agree with the other reviews... this hotel is well-situated and the staff make you feel welcome and comfortable. Our flight arrived in the morning, they stored our bags until our room was ready at noon. The little ground-floor restaurant offers a full 'English' breakfast and is open all day for light meals. Lots of cafes and food shops nearby. The rooms are clean and everything works! Good lighting, windows that open for fresh air, TV, WiFi, fridge, coffee maker, safe, hot water for showers, AC. Elevator.
