The hotel location is good exactly near the top brand stores, the management is excellent especially Alain, I booked for a superior room but I was upgraded, the breakfast doesn’t have a lot of varieties at all, main French items only. They have a good security system where no one can access rooms without having an access card, the hotel is in a quiet location.
Stayed here in May and again in July for the Tour de France. It's a lovely charming small hotel. The standard room is a bit small but the bathroom is quite sizeable. In July, we had connecting rooms with one massive room with a king sized bed and another very tiny room. The staff are all friendly. The best part about it is the location. My first ever stay in Paris was in Hotel Brighton and I remember loving that location. This is even better although the high end shops make you want to wake up early in the morning and be first in the queue. I think the Tuilleries metro is so easy to navigate. The area is walking distance to both the Opera, Samaritaine and the Louvre and a quick metro to Marais and Champs Elysees - you can even walk it if you like. We ate at Ferdi's a few times. Reservations by SMS only. L'Ardoise bistro was always an easy fall back option.…
THE HOTEL IS VERY WELL LOCATED IF YOU LIKE MUSEUMS AND OPERA. THE BEST ARE THE PEOPLE : IF YOU WOULD LIKE SOMETHING, FROM A TAXI, SPECIAL CAR, RESTAURANT RESERVATIONS AND ANY OTHER INFORMATION. THEY WILL HELP YOU INMEDIATLY, EVEN A LAST MINUTE APPOINTMENT AT A HAIRDRESSER. IT WAS A PLEASSURE TO STAY THERE.
Really cute, friendly staff, amazing location right near the Louvre and the Jardin des Tuileries. Perfect combination of affordable and luxurious. To top it off the hotel has that boutique Parisian charm that meet all expectations. Would 10/10 recommend and stay here again!
We arrived earlier then originally planned and even though we could not check in at 9am, we were warmly attended to and offered refreshments at the lobby (it was a hot summer day). Our luggage were also stored promptly so off we went to Cafe di Flore to have our favorite chocolat chad. We got room 209 which was small but had about 12-foot ceilings and 2 big windows. The room was clean, the bathroom had a tub and was a decent size, with Fragonard toiletries. The closet was also small with the kind of hangers that you can't pull out. It was a bit inconvenient but not a big deal. Breakfast at 22 Europe person was also reasonable. The best thing about this hotel are the people. Didn't get the names of the bellhops but they were very helpful and super friendly. We will be back in Paris in October for 4 nights and we will definitely stay here again.…
Stayed in this establishment as a test and this was the first and last time. The reception is nice and staff helpful but the rooms are tiny and of a poor quality. Shampoo dispenser stuck in the wall with a hand held shower. Each evening on returning to the room the coffee and tea had not been replaced and when asking for water was told that it isn’t complimentary. Location is good but the over all experience is very low end
Wonderful and very kind & helpful staff. The staff went out of their way to answer our questions and the concierge was the best!! This hotel is clean and in an excellent location!! Walking distance to so many attractions. Will definitely stay there again.
Hotel is well located for shoppers and tourists. Rooms are veryyy dated. Service at every step was pretty ordinary. Definitely not a 4 star hotel in any sense. Even something as basic as water is not given complimentary after the first night which is terrible service for a so called 4 star hotel!
Was in town for just a night on business. Room was clean and fresh, but very small (it's Paris after all). Shower head/handle was flimsy and wouldn't stay in place so I had to bend my knees while showering... and bathroom floor got soaked for lack of a shower curtain (it's Europe after all). Overall, location was nice and central, close to Place Vendome. Staff was impersonal but efficient.
Had a really lovely stay here recently. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Have to mention Alain in particular who was very pro-active in assisting us, even prior to our stay. The room was fab, we were lucky to have a balcony. Breakfast was very good, plenty to choose from both hot and cold. Location is excellent, very close to lots of attractions, handy for shopping, eating and airport connections. Would recommend.
